60th birthday celebration

Great hosts, took our luggage to our room on arrival. Room very clean and comfortable. The ensuite was spacious and clean, with toiletries included. It was very close to the train station, beach and all other amenities. Would definitely stay here again. Thank you Dev and Binita for a brilliant stay.

Great location and everything you could need in the rooms which were ample sized with comfy beds. Tasteful decor with lovely spacious clean bathrooms and helpful friendly host. We did have a little issue during our stay but I contacted the host, they responded immediately were extremely helpful. Resolved the issue really well, were apologetic and extremely considerate of us and our needs. How a host deals with an issue really shines a light on what kind of establishment they are running, in this case I would highly recommend this hotel and the owners. You have the peace of mind knowing you’ll be well looked after.

Perfect stay in Paignton

Room excellent in hotel 3rd floor, huge window lovely view. Bed soo comfy. Location perfect 2 mins from promenade, 5 mins from town. Breakfast was full English plenty of choice of cereals and fruit juice, toast jams, fruit and main event cooked perfectly. Host very sociable and polite and helpful

we came here for a weekend break the B&B was outstanding, it was really clean the owners couldn't do enough for you. we are thinking of coming back again next year. The bed was really comfortable too and clean. The breakfast was delicious

Convenient Stay Close to the Coast

The P&M Paignton Residence provided a comfortable overnight stop just a block away from the coast, which made it very convenient for exploring the area. The bed was queen size and quite comfortable, though the overall size of the room felt rather small. Breakfast was decent, but it could have been improved if canned ingredients were replaced with fresh produce. On the plus side, the room had efficient shutters that kept the sunlight out in the morning, allowing for a good rest. Overall, a pleasant and practical stay.

Brilliantly situated for sea front and high st and good parking

Water pressure was non existent in our top floor rooml so it took ages to wash ya hands and fill the kettle but worst was impossible to balance the electric shower so it was either scalding hot or cold. I expected better of such a high rated place.

Beautiful place for a short break.

P&M deserves a 5 star rating. Perfect location to all local amenities Dev the host can’t do enough for you, and you always get service with a smile. Breakfast is delicious and plentiful. (Pre order evening before) The place is immaculately clean , good quality bedding in all rooms. Nice touches like sweets/toiletries/water etc in your room. I’d definitely stay here again

The property was in a great location walking distance to all amenities 20 minutes walk to the waterpark. 3 minutes walk to the beach. The room was really clean. Great staff and really quiet at night for a great nights sleep.

Great location Only saw one person and he was very polite and attentive

This was not in my opinion a 5 Star B&B Everything was there but basic Heavy toilet seat,not soft closure TV buffering all the time Electric shower was warm at best As a single traveller a towel and two pillows were taken away from my double bed As for breakfast,poor quality sausages the rest fair for the price I paid, Need background music in the dining room as very quiet and felt uncomfortable Address these issues and it will be a decent B&B in its Market

The accommodation is lovely . Very quiet, so I slept well. Room fabulous - We had a sauna in our room and used that . So near everywhere - perfect location. loved staying here Only 2 carpark spaces are available in front of the building, but after some jigging by staff member, he let us park our big pick up outside, so that was very helpful..

4 night stay in Paignton - Room 6

Room size was very good. The ensuite was a good size with a large shower unit. The bed was large and comfortable. The room was very clean and kept up to a good standard. Breakfast was tasty and all well cooked every morning. Very nice overall and would go back again. Good central location to get to the shops, pubs and pier. Very friendly host and always helpful when required.

There is only space for 2 cars on the front, which can be hit and miss. But our host kindly moved his car for me to park there throughout my stay and made it much easier to get out and about. I only had to pay to use the local carpark once throughout my whole stay and was only for a few hours, not overnight.
