Easy access to the shops and beach, however was unable to get to the beach as it work was being done on the beach..
Staff were very helpful and Catherine very friendly and chatty. Our bags were carried down to our car, which was a big help!
Parking facilities were very limited due to workman taking the spaces.
Building work was being done, this was not mentioned when booking our stay at the hotel.
Breakfast was a big issue, was not offered a cooked breakfast option the next day or given the opportunity to pre book, we were not made aware of this. When we pre booked the cooked breakfast on the last morning, it was very substandard and we could see the stress on the member of staff cooking the breakfast.
On booking.com, it stated that breakfast was included in the room price option we had chosen, however the hotel tried to charge for the cooked breakfast option!! Very misleading!!
