Our hosts , Michelle and Mike were super friendly. The location is very quiet ! The breakfast ,freshly cooked by Mike was fabulous ! Our room was lovely as was the bathroom. The bed was very comfortable !
One little niggle , we were provided with a little cooler /fridge for the fresh milk provided for tea and coffee. It was quite noisy , so much so that I had to unplug it as I wouldnt be able to sleep with it on.

The instructions for booking in were clear and helpful.
Would have liked an en suite but we did know about the situation before we went and had the chance to cancel. And the bathroom was right next door to our room with bathrobes provided.
At the top of two flights of stairs, which we were also warned about and the views were fantastic.
The road works right outside which obviously couldn’t be helped. But would have been nice to be warned as it was frustrating waiting at a red light for 12 minutes just yards away after a long drive.

It was so clean and the best bathroom I have ever had with a lovely jacquizzi bath which I had to try the owners were lovely couple breakfast was lovely

Plenty of choice for breakfast location was very good 5 mins walk to the beach and the shops slite hill back up amazing view from a gorgous spacious room two doors opening on to very large balcony gorgous choice of decor soft towels water and fresh milk in fridge tea coffee and chocolate drinks
