The hosts were extremely helpful and went out of their way to facilitate gluten free breakfast items

We had the basement which is quite small and wouldn’t do if we were taller than our short stature, it was however very clean and comfortable. The generous continental breakfast delivered to our room was good but we do look forward full English when staying away so a little disappointed.

very good location, short walk into town. hosts couldn't have been friendlier. felt at home from the moment we arrived, very accommodating with the motorbike parking, would highly recommend.

A warm welcome from Sam. Great sea views from the room. Hot shower. Enjoyed watching the owners cats on the prowl! Superb breakfast in a hamper that always adds a little magic.

A wider bed would have made for maximum comfort. Some pepper to go with the salt provided for the boiled egg. And we did run out of the nice Taylors coffee sachets. But these are all minor. An outstanding place.

Well, what can I say? We had a fantastic weekend at B's Place. We were met with the friendliest welcome we have ever had. Shown to our dog freindly room which was a basement room. Not knowing what to expect we was delighted. The room was filled with light from a large picture window looking out towards the car park. There was a large wardrobe area with a curtain and it was big enough for our dogs crate and was able to close the curtain to hide it away. The room was tastefully decorated and had everything we required. The assortment of beverages and biscuits was outstanding. We had a lovely welcome gift of a box of Maltesers which we appreciated very much after our journey. There was plenty of towels and beautiful toiletries for our use during our stay. The bed was so comfortable we slept well and the room was a comfortable temperature, with a fan and a heater available should it be required. The TV had a great choice of channels and we was able to connect our Netflix or Disney channels if needed. Now let's get to the delicious breakfast. Each morning we was left a picnic basket outside our room. Just expecting the normal continental breakfast we was delighted when opening the basket. There was warm pastries, jams, butter, eggs, yogurts, oat pots and orange juices. This was outstanding. The price we paid and the quality of service we received we can not fault anything. The surrounding area was very quiet. There is a lovely park area to walk the dogs a short walk up the hill. Paignton town is a 10 minute walk. The harbour is at the bottom of the road. There is also a few places down on the harbour for eating out and entertainment.

Having to go home after our relaxing stay

This is a magnificent B&B. If I could score higher than 10 I would. It is a lovely guest house near the town of Paignton. It has lovely views of the ocean and the town. Breakfast was just so yummy delivered in a picnic basket to your room. Sam our host was charming and full of information about the area.

We liked everything.

Spotlessly clean and newly refurbished in a pretty colour scheme. Lovely big windows. Gorgeous breakfast with plenty of choice delivered to the bedroom door. Free parking and close to the harbour.

Such a minor thing but a flask of fresh milk for the tea and coffee would make this perfect.

Personalised service, along with some nice little touches. Only a 10 min walk to the beach.

I am really clutching at straws here, but i would have liked a meat option for breakfast. This is just me being greedy, not a slight on the guest house

Me and my friend loved everything about B's Place guest house. The warm welcome on arrival, our beautiful room, the thoughtful attention to detail, little gifts, insane breakfast hamper and the most comfortable beds - location is spot on too. B's place is a real home from home and I would highly recommend anyone stay here!

Sam is an excellent host and a perfectionist. The property is done up to a high standard. We chose the attic since it had harbour views. Sam leaves a picnic hamper every morning outside your door containing not only a continental breakfast but enough food to take away for your lunch! We highly recommend B's Place.

Really good quality hot and cold breakfast basket delivered to our room, we had a sea view room which was perfect in every way

Very pleasantly surprised by this lovely B&B, when you visualize a loft room you think of something dark and cramped but our room was far from it, the velux windows gave us the best view of Paignton, the room was bright, spotlessly clean, there was lots of goodies chocolate muffins, a box of Maltesers and plenty of coffee and tea making stuff. At just after 8 in the morning a little hamper arrived outside the door with breakfast a veritable feast of warm fresh pastries, orange juice, hardboiled eggs and other lovely things the perfect start to the day

Superb guest house and only a stones throw from the sea front - lovely hosts, immaculately clean and comfortable room with a sea view, gorgeous continental breakfasts plus free wi-fi and on-site parking. The fresh muffins and box of maltesers was a lovely surprise on arrival :) Thank you so much for making our first mini-break in Paignton such a wonderful stay. We will definitely be back. Nothing at all, but our possessed kettle did made the strangest noises when switched on!! :)

The property was easy to find and a perfect location for access to the harbour and Paignton south beach as well as walking distance to goodrington sands. It was under 10 minutes drive to the zoo. Very welcoming, lots of tea, coffee, biscuits and extra treats. Breakfast was beautifully presented with a variety of things and enough to keep you going for lunch too. Super value.

Dispensers with shampoo and conditioner in the shower rather than the mini bottles but that is just my preference.

Excellent, a wonderful choice of pastries, yogurts and cold buffet for breakfast. We were in a twin room in the attic with wonderful views of Paignton sea front and harbour. The owner Sam was warm and welcoming and happy to have a chat. The whole atmosphere made you feel welcome. 👍

It’s hard to pinpoint anything wrong with our stay.

B's Place is located where you can walk either into Paignton or Goodrington. The house is in excellent condition and very well maintained. We had a lovely view of the harbour and bay from our room. Sam, the owner, is very hands-on and caring. The continental breakfast is delivered to your room and is second to none. Parking is available. We had a wonderful 3 night stay and would highly recommend B"s Place.

This is the second time we’ve stayed here and we love it! The location is great and we are made to feel so welcome. Love the little treats that are left and the breakfast is lovely x

Shower water a little too warm

Our room was a good size and felt clean , modern and comfortable . Plenty of fluffy towels to have showers as much as we liked . A lovely selection of extras felt spoilt . It was a nice idea having breakfast brought to us in a hamper as previous guests have said , no going hungry . We had hot weather so the room was a bit warm but we were left with a nice tower fan so this was soon rectified . We had a sensible place to park our car which we like . It was so lovely to be so close to the amenities of Paignton and to be able to park the car . We look forward to coming back and Thankyou

What wasn't there to like, B's Guesthouse is perfectly situated to visit both Paignton and Torquay on one side and goodrington, Brixham the other. Sam the the host was a first class host, nothing was to much, A warm welcome, beautiful fresh clean rooms with great attention to detail, extremely friendly and that makes a holiday so thank you Sam. We have raved about the breakfasts and have changed our minds on what a holiday breakfast should be, it was a gorgeous mix on a continental style breakfast, much better than the usual Full English type usually served. We HIGHLY Recommend B's Guest house and will be returning.

Close proximity to the harbour.

Location is perfect, lovely sea views. Our reception was very welcoming. The breakfast hamper is AMAZING. Welcome muffins and chocolates very welcome touch. Lots of tea, coffee, biscuits. Very clean room and guest house throughout. We have had a lovely stay and will definitely be back. Great that there is also on site parking. Communication was very quick and very informative

Nothing the whole experience has been wonderful

The hostess,Sam, was super…. She was very relaxed and like friend. The room was very clean, the house was lovely, the breakfast basket was awesome. The beds were very comfortable, I have no bad words to say really. The property was 5 minute walk to the closest shop and bar/ eateries… 10 minute to the town and railway station.

There was nothing I didn’t like…..

Sam made us feel welcome the moment we arrived. Very efficient but totally approachable for anything we needed. Really impressed by the cleanliness & the way everything in the room & whole property was organised. The room felt homely. The breakfast was amazing. A 5 star hotel couldn't have done it better! We'll definitely be back. Thank you all for giving us a fantastic stay. Gary & Penny.
