Sam & Trev are great hosts. Available to talk to if you need them, but if you don't, you don't see them. Superb room with great view across the bay (Attic room, Olive). Lovely breakfast served to your room - fruit pot, yoghurt, boiled eggs, pastry goods. Great choice of drinks in room. Great walk around the back onto the cliffside park and over to Goodrington Sands. Slight hill to the property from the Town Centre (5 mins to harbour, 10 mins to shops), but not cardiac inducing like some are in the area. Gentle slope.

Friendly and welcoming staff. Felt like a home from home. Breakfast was lovely and plenty of it. The room was fantastic, lovely sea view, plenty of towels and a very comfortable bed. Fans in room to keep cool in the hot days. Walking distance to the sea front and town. We will definitely stay again. Parking available.
