Comfortable bed and modern quality fixtures and fittings. Great shower and bathroom. Plus a mini fridge and lavazza pod machine.

I liked the location, very close to Paignton and Torquay. The room had a fridge and good TV with access to the inputs so we could plug a laptop in and watch media online using the included guest WiFi access. The room and ensuite were very clean.
The room was very hot even with windows open making it quite uncomfortable and the water pressure for the shower was very low. The rooms did not feel very secure with old key hole locks. The on site parking was awkward and worsened by people parking parallel to the house instead of in the bays- maybe a sign would help with this?
