Inconnceting door could hear people was like they were in the room upstairs very noisy but 10.30 all quiet and very quiet though the night that was the only thing we would stay again maybe different room .

Top floor apart hotel

Clean and walking distance to the park and the dog friendly beach. Grateful to have a (extra charge) dog friendly place! Beautiful little flat. Lovely street and location. Enjoyed the tub very much. The views were relaxing. Enjoyed this space very much.

The communication was not good. I got very condescending messages when I inquired about a few different things. I asked for loo roll and they said I needed to buy it. They knew my car blew up and I arrived late and was heavily pregnant and didn't try to accommodate that request.They said there were tea towels when I said there absolutely wasn't. I just wouldn't talk to my guest the way they spoke to me. The flat was also live on another rental place for cheaper.. and they again, didn't want to see screen shots and were condescending from the get go.. and then didn't reply when they just didn't want to communicate with me. Their Moto said "arrive as guests leave as family". That could not be further from how I felt. The man didn't even smile or acknowledge us when we left. It's too bad really. Because the place was very nice. But, the personal experience does makes a big difference. It's 3 flights of stairs. Keep that in mind. And the lights are all motion sensors and you can't control them. So, getting up in the middle of the night the bright lights come on. I'd probably stay there again and recommend, if you go in with no expectation to be treated with a bit more friendly communication.

The perfect location for our family

The property was in a great location! Street parking was fine, lots of cars coming and going throughout the day so never an issue. The rooms were lovely and warm on arrival, easy to access. We several rooms and the 2 bed apartment at the top. It was perfect! Cant recommend enough and will definitely be booking again. Great communication from the host!

great to be able to walk to beach and over cliff path to harbour.

Staff very helpful when I found I couldn’t access the room- the instructions were not full enough to manage the keypad door entry, also they responded very quickly on discovering here was no toilet paper.

difficulty accessing room as complicated door code entry system. No toilet paper. Would have been good to have a small fridge for our fresh milk as hate milk in sachets.It is some distance from a cafe so this I would have also helped with hav ing our breakfast in the room. Parking initially difficult as busy park with lots of dog walkers using the road, but aftark there was lots of space,,also access road really narrow and rough.

Just what we needed for a 1 night stay with our dog in Paignton.

Clean and spacious room. Comfortable bed and lovely to have chairs in the window to sit and be able to see the sea. Great choice of drinks and biscuits too. Thank you.

The shower wasn’t very powerful and the light on a timer presumably, kept going off in the bathroom.

Absolute perfection, just what we wanted to celebrate my partners birthday 🎉

Beautiful curb appeal, inside looked and smelt amazing from the moment we walked through the front door. Room and bathroom were clean and decorated to a high standard. Lovely quiet road, views over the park and sea. Teas, coffees etc supplied and lush soap and moisturiser in the fab bathroom… hairdryer too! Ideal location for us, enjoyed our stay so much we opted for an extra night.

The keypad on room 2 door was a little temperamental.

It appears we were given a free upgrade to the top floor apartment with bath tub. The apartment was so lovely!

Throughout the apartment there are automatic lights (which repeatedly come on throughout the day and night). Also, we weren’t able to control the thermostat so the apartment was either hot or cold!

Comfortable and convenient

It's a very clean and comfortable unit. Has everything you need for a short stay like ours. Nice an modern décor, owners have clearly invested in quality items. Entrance into the main bedroom is a little unusual meaning anyone coming and going has to pass through that space. . Not an issue for us as we travelled as a family, but something to think about for different situations. On street parking, we were able to be right outside the property most of the time as it was out of season. But did note quite a few families coming and going to walk in the park and along the prom. So you might have t wait until evening to nab the perfect parking spot.

Only minor things. Arriving on a grey gloomy afternoon we couldn't see the keypad on the black door handles to open the door but you soon figure it out, then it is fine. We wanted to warm some pastries for breakfast no amount of button pushing would make the oven start, a few instructions would be helpful.

Stunning little gem in Goodrington

Very comfortable and very stylish rooms. Well decorated with lovely high ceilings and period features that were given a modern twist. Bathroom with the gloss black panelling was a 'wow' moment, but due to not full height of the walls, it never became oppressive. Great sea views - even if the weather was not the best!! Bed was super comfortable. A really stunning hotel - will definitely be back. Great, fast and reliable communications with James and Gary. Great location for Cantina or Brewers Fayre for food.

10 am check out was a bit racy but a quick question to James and Gary we were able to check out an hour later, 😊

Excellent dog friendly place to stay in Paignton

Modern, comfortable, beautifully furnished room (we had Room 2). Lovely en-suite bathroom with spacious shower cubicle. Tea, coffee and biscuits provided. Dog friendly. Free on street parking. Excellent location by Young’s Park and a 2 minute walk to Goodrington Sands beach which is dog friendly (at this time of year). Cantina at the end of the road is a great place for breakfast and coffee - a must visit. Short walk over to Paignton harbour where there a couple of good pubs for evening meals - Harbour Inn and Harbour Light. Food was excellent at both.

Great Stay, Highly Recommended

We stayed 2 nights, Room 6. Just been refurbished, so a great place to stay. Near the park and beach, walking distance. 2x TV's and a kitchen with Microwave, Fridge, etc. Highly recommended.

Car parking: no car park, room in the road luckily, but not guaranteed of course. just very minor points: Kitchen was quite narrow, just mind your head. I'd put some frosty glass above the shower, and net curtains at the front, saving closing the curtains. I'd also mention that you have a hotel down the road, in case any help ever needed

I would highly recommend this accommodation. Great location and smart!

This is apartment only and a lovely spec room. We had a large double room with small kitchen area. Everything was immaculate with most of the room to appear newly fitted. The bathroom had a walk in shower and was well equipped with shower gel/body lotion. Location was really good and very central. Close to the beach and boating lake.

The only negative was the technology! A very smart TV- smarter than me!-- which James visited us and sorted out immediately.

Absolutely loved my stay, it was just what I needed for a little break away.

Perfect location, just set back from the beach Room was beautifully decorated Tea/Coffee options plentiful with biscuits, and enough milk! Digital check in and room access

The only issue I had was trying to get the room access to work, but once I understood that, it was a great addition! The team were helpful when I rang to admit I was beaten by the technology haha!!

Great value: comfy, excellent facilities in the apartment and great location. The apartment was a stones throw from Goodrington Sands beach - which is great for families - and walking distance from the array of restaurants on Paignton sea front. The apartment was newly decorated to a high standard and the rooms were so tastefully designed. The roll top bath was an added bonus, also.

Great little break in Torbay.

The location is perfect for a beach break. 3 minutes walk to gorgeous sandy beaches. The room and en suite were finished to a high standard. Wi-fi was good and the door entry system was great. New to me but meant keyless entry and no concerns about losing keys.

The lack of parking caused me some problems BUT this was a bank holiday weekend and I did manage to get parked after the busy times. The nearest supermarket was not within walking distance for us.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful apartment hotel, fantastic location 2 minutes from the beachfront and right on the edge of the park, so easy for a day at the beach and waterpark. Super-easy keycode entry so it was convenient when we arrived late at night, absolutely beautiful apartment with loads of space, lovely decor, comfy beds, spotlessly clean. Loved that it was dog-friendly so we could bring the whole family!

We stayed in apartment 7 ! It was truly lovely and clean ! Shower was amazing waterfall one and was great ‘ Sheets on the bed were so soft and comfortable! All equipment provided ! Tastefully furnished . Short walk to a nice pub and a great beach .

Really clean, great facilities (could do with a fan) amazing location, really relaxing, staff very friendly.

When booking there looked to be a bath within the room, this however wasn’t the case. The place is immaculate, really well equipped but hard to regulate temp within the room.

The appart is newly decorated, modern and clean. Location is great as well. The en suite bath was a special bonus, we appreciated it a lot. Bedside tables with charges, WiFi and TV in every room, well thought.

Unfortunately there was no hair dryer and no drying rack for clothes. There was no parking space either.

Beautiful luxury, but at a bargain.

Everything about the apartment was beautiful comfortable and really quite luxurious for the price. A few moments walk from The Cantina and the dog friendly beach. The shower was glorious the beds very comfortable we all loved staying here & will probly return. The owner & staff could not have been more friendly, helpful & Welcoming.

There was nothing I didn't like per say. Constructive criticism and its very minor is I'd suggest putting the WiFi password somewhere highly visible in the room & more toilet paper in the loo.

Great location next to the park and beach, convenient for the coastal path. Rooms are recently decorated and clean.

I would recommend a blind for privacy in the front facing room.
