Very nice price and location good value for money

Friendly helpful staff. Clean tidy room.excellent location. Car park was an added expense but not to bad at just over £10 per day. Nearby pubs restaurants but most fish and chip shops shut at 9 or before. Weatherspoons nice and cheap for a drink food was awful Fish and chips fantastic. But a bit pricey at over £20 for 2 We went to Brixham lovely boat trip. Reasonable £24 for 2 return. Fish and chips there over £14 for 1

Fresh air and screaming seagulls

I love the location just a short walk by the pier and lovely fresh air

Thin walls make it too noisy and seagulls screaming all night on the roof kept me awake

Great location close to the sea and main street. Welcoming staff. Tea and coffee facilities. Clean room and bathroom. A peaceful home away from home.

The room was quite hot. We did have a fan in our room which we used so that helped.

Lovely guesthouse

Steve and Lynn are lovely and I felt at home during my stay. The room is small, but clean and comfy, there is a TV, comfy mattress and the shower has good pressure, the road is quite so I could have a good rest after a long day walking. Their guest house is very close to the train station and there is a Lidl half way which is very convenient. Lynn cooks the best scrambled egg I have had and the breakfast was ready when i came down. I really enjoyed my time with them.

Everything was great!

Bedroom was very big and bed super comfy! Bathroom was lovely and the shower was very nice. The facilities were amazing and the owners were both very lovely and very friendly. TV also had apps on for use in the evening when done with the days activities.

We thought we booked Bed and Breakfast but instead we had only book Bed. The website suggested breakfast was included. This needs to be made more clear. The double bed in the family room was not very comfortable. The mattress needed to be renewed.

Outstanding hosts, delicious breakfasts and lots of lovely personal touches.

Hosts were absolutely lovely. Decor was lovely and everything was impeccably clean. Breakfast was fantastic. Great quality, range and served with huge smiles.

Bathroom was very small! We are fairly big people and it was a bit restrictive in the shower! It was also probably the wrong side of town for us as we preferred the north of the town for atmosphere away from the main strip.
