The location of Barclay guest house is so convenient for walking to the beach, pier and Paignton town. I would definitely recommend for location. We booked the family room with double bed and bunk beds. The room was clean and comfortable and had tea and coffee making facilities. There was a communal fridge available on the landing for keeping drinks cold etc. windows were soundproof so the seagulls didn’t wake us too early.

The room was clean and presented well.
We thought we booked Bed and Breakfast but instead we had only book Bed. The website suggested breakfast was included. This needs to be made more clear.
The double bed in the family room was not very comfortable. The mattress needed to be renewed.
