Great location, only a minute or two to walk to the seafront and the pier.
The lighting in the communal landing serving the rooms on my floor (2nd floor) seemed to be on all night, and there was quite a big gap under the door of my room allowing said light to get in which was mildly annoying. Might be better if the landing lights were motion sensor based.

Excellent sea view and close to amenities. Nice balcony. Good size room. Staff were excellent.
Could do with a bit of maintenance here and there and no breakfast service. Couldn’t find parking on site but not a big deal as on street parking was good although payable.

This was out of season in February so importantly the room was warm, the water hot the bed comfortable and the room clean and the duty manager friendly and available although services and facilities were minimal as one would expect for the price and the season Good for a winter break with a sea view
