Location was good.

Would of been nice to know the circus wS right outside. The noise from the bikes and the band was very loud and annoying. The TV in the room was to small and the towels were old . Everything a bit dated

Amazing veiw

Everything, the hosts, the breakfast, the room was alittle on the small size but the balcony and the veiw made up for it, would 100% stay there again.

There was nothing we didn't like, only thing I would say is, we stayed in room 3 with a balcony, the room next to us also had a balcony but it was vacant so it was great but if both the rooms were occupied there would be no privacy, there needs to be a screen or something that can be pulled across.

It was inviting and it had a smiley bush in garden and we was welcomed on arrival

The shower in the room was very good but couldn’t get hot water from the basin tap !! The bed was comfortable but the springs on the top left hand side edge had given way !!

Absolutely Amazing and Great Value With Amazing Location and Views

Fantastic location right on the seafront, our room had a lovely balcony with a seaview and was spotlessly clean with very comfortable beds. Stephen the owner was very friendly and helpful and breakfast each morning was fantastic. We are looking forward to returning soon.

The accommodation was clean and comfortable and perfect location . Breakfast was OK

The landlord was very abrupt in fact would say rude I message him a few times before we went and he was rude then but thought might be better when there but NO had no idea what we were going to get for breakfast until it came would have liked more toast but scared to ask . While sat at breakfast could hear them arguing and doors being slammed won't be going back . No hairdryer no fridge towels were a bit smelly .would have been nice to be able to sit in breakfast/lounge are to watch t.vbut all locked up after breakfast

Wish we didn't bother. Parking is non existent.

Poor quality. No choice for soft drinks no fruit only 2x cereal. Poor breakfast quality and amount. No choice of white or brown bread. The bread was disgusting struggled to cut it or pull it apart.
