The breakfast was great freshly cooked and the location was great
Unfortunately I booked the wrong room and I did not have the balcony, the view at the back was not great

The accommodation was so comfortable, had everything we needed for our stay and in the perfect place close to everything and just across the road from the sea. Liam was a great host.

The breakfast was lovely & freshly cooked to order, plus there was a good selection of fruit & cereals available. Fresh coffee would have been preferable.
The staff were friendly and helpful, and the location of the property was great.
I stayed in room 3, which is the one with no sea-view.
It has a super-king size bed, which is great in principle.
However, the mattress on the side of the window urgently needs replacing, as it is damaged and worn with the springs coming through it.
