Lovely B&B located a few minutes from the ship inn where we had a meeting which is also a very friendly pub, the room was very spacious and clean with a very comfy bed
The only reason we gave a 9 was because somebody had locked the front door so we were waiting out in the rain whilst the owner had to come and open the main door for us! But he was very helpful and couldn’t do more for us

A clean place and a pleasant breakfast. Only a short walk to the Pier and the town etc
Booked a room advertised as "quadruple" for the extra space. However when arrived was blocked from using one of the beds unless paid alot more money. Suspect this is some sort of miscommunication with booking.com (as booking clearly shows quadruple) however was told that it was a "lesson to us to check what we'd booked" and that booking.com accounted for only a small amount of their business...which may explain why the owner didn't care.
Shame as its a pleasant enough property to stay in.
So as a BOOKING.COM CUSTOMER BEWARE
