Pete, Trina and V were exceptional. Polite professional just great people. Room 2 was a great room, very spacious lots of storage, beds were so comfortable we both slept so well. Room was spotlessly clean as was the en-suite. Breakfast was quality, no cheap ingredients here. All in all it was a lovely stay with no complaints whatsoever. We will definitely stay again. Thank you so much for a fantastic stay 😊

Nothing to dislike

A lovely place to stay just a 15 minute walk from Babbacombe Downs. Lovely clean comfortable room with excellent bathroom - it had everything you could possibly need. There was plenty of on street parking. The host Peter was very welcoming and nothing was too much trouble. A great breakfast in the morning too. We look forward to returning again in the future.

It was very clean easy to park the room was bright and had amazing views into Torquay would definitely go there again , the owners were so friendly and welcoming

The room was tired the carpet in places was thread bare and smelt musty due to mould around the window needs updating The tv is very small and flickering a lot The balcony is very small don't expect to sit out on it!
