The owners are so helpful and polite and make you feel welcome from the very start, as soon as you walk through the door the first thing you notice is the cleanliness and fresh smell! Such good value for money. Would always recommend. Thank you for having us!

A great find

Everything about the Millbrook B&B was excellent we had a lovely stay & will definitely be booking to stay here again on our next trip to Torquay. The breakfast both in choice & quality was excellent, we had a ground floor suite with our own patio which was an added bonus. The Millbrook also has a great location only a short walk from the seafront & it also has it's own carpark which is another massive bonus.

Great B&B!!

The Millbrook exceeded our expectations. We couldn’t feel more welcomed. The hosts are absolutely amazing and work so hard to make your stay perfect. Freshly prepared breakfast was delicious with a wide range of choices of hot food and also a breakfast bar to add to it. The room was perfectly clean and the bed was very comfortable. It was very quiet and the back garden where you can relax is beautiful. Free private parking is a great bonus too.

I liked everything about the property, it was very clean, comfortable and the breakfast was lovely, lots of choice. The owners Vanessa and Cameron were also really nice. I couldn’t say anything negative about my stay. I would definitely recommend, and i would definitely go again.

Lovely few days in Torquay and a day trip to Babbacombe. Definitely will visit again soon.

Very nice and clean and nice touches with the mini fridge in the room with fresh milk every day and chilled bottled water. Handy location from the town and sea front 5 minute walk.

Parking was a little tight space wise but owners were on top of this to ensure we all had somewhere to park.

It’s not far from the sea side at all just a 10-15 min walk away, Vanessa was lovely, very accommodating and couldn’t do enough for us, we didn’t have the pleasure of meeting Cameron but I’m sure he’s just as great , we would definitely stay again the room was cosy and clean the guest book was great with lots of useful information we also tried two of the restaurants that had been recommended on one of the pages and they were very nice also Vanessa filled the fridge with bottled water and milk each day and replenished the coffee, tea and biscuits and although we were out sight seeing each day it was always nice to come back to a nice brew with real milk not that I wouldn’t have been happy if there were only sachets of milk but it was a really nice touch to have a little bottle of milk each day, I can see why this property is hardly ever available and always fully booked so I hope to be lucky enough when I return to Torquay next year to book a space for another lovely weekend away 😊

When we arrived we were greeted with a warm welcome, the B&B smelt amazing and it was so clean and well kept. Myself and my daughter slept so well whilst we were there. We will recommend this place to anyone and will return for sure!

Home away from home with amazing hosts

Location was great for us, a nice 8-10 min walk to harbour, breakfast was fabulous every single day (even got some black pudding for us northerners) both the rooms we had were good, especially the deluxe super king with a brand new en suite. Vanessa & Cameron couldn’t have been any nicer or more helpful with recommendations for restaurants & places to visit. We will no doubt be back to Torquay & will definitely be staying at the Millbrook.

When staying somewhere new, one doesn't know what to expect, Millbrook lived up to our expectations,

Perfect two day stay. A warm welcome from Cameron, our room was fresh, clean, and well equipped, having fresh milk, and water daily in the mini fridge, along with tea and coffee making facilities. Off road parking is adequate, which is a bonus.

Close to perfect as it is. If there was anything you wanted, or any information, you only need ask, if it was available, it would be provided.

What a Fab b and b in great location with parking ,could not ask for a better stay, owners went above and behind I would highly recommend this place to any one ,nice 10 minute walk though a park down to harbour and shops ,lovely backgarden to sit and relax and what wonderful breakfast you get great value for money .

The property is pristine and maintained to a very high standard. There is a lovely peaceful ambience and relaxed atmosphere about the place and Vanessa and Cameron are cheerful, friendly and very accommodating. Excellent full English breakfast which appeared to be cooked to order and a great selection of alternative breakfast options

Amazing comfortable stay

Cameron and venessa were both amazing hosts and as soon as we arrived we were greeted into the b&b and our cases were taken to our room right away. Everyday Vanessa made sure to come and say hello and ask if we needed anything during our stay, and always made sure we had enough milk/water/tea/coffee/biscuits in our room. The b&b itself was very clean, comfortable and also very quiet and relaxing. Would defiantly recommend!

Fabulous B&B

Vanessa and Cameron are wonderful hosts at this superb B&B. Its conveniently situated with a flat walk to town. The premises is immaculate, the room was very comfy and we'd recommend the garden suite ground floor room with its own patio. Breakfast was exceptionally nice with lots of choice. If in the area again we will definitely visit again. Thanks for a great stay.

Amazing place to stay in a great location

The Hosts were totally amazing so very friendly and Knowledgeable on the area. The room was so comfortable and clean. The location meant you could easily walk into Torquay via the aea front without having to negotiate any hills. The location was easy reach to the Train Station The sea front, bars and restaurants as well as Bis stops too. Parking was available at the property too

Such a beautiful part of the world, and the Millbrook really epitomises that. Very warm and welcoming from the moment I arrived. A bright, clean, airy room, and spotlessly clean. Tasty breakfast too, which is important! Nothing is too much trouble, and I appreciate that attention to detail.

Best B & B in Torquay

This B & B is amazing. I could not find fault with it. It is spotless clean in easy walking distance to beach. The rooms are lovely beds comfortable and the breakfast was supberb. The owners made us feel like they had known us for years and it felt so comfortable. I highly recommend The Millbrook and would stay no where else in Torquay. Beautiful and being from Australia best value for money.....thankyou Millbrook for an amazing stay.
