It was clean, well kept, parking available, made to feel very welcome, facilities excellent, fresh milk, bottled water, tea, coffee & biscuits replenished daily

Great communication from the lovely owners Vanessa and Cameron. Room spotlessly clean and comfortable. Fridge in room with fresh milk and bottled water. Nice hot shower and fluffy towels. Quiet area but close to town and 10 minute walk to the seafront. Free parking. Nothing too much trouble.

Everything was perfect on our 4 night break over the May bank holiday. First off the hosts are lovely, extremely warm and welcoming and make you feel really comfortable. The place itself was absolutely spotless. We stayed in room 2 (suite) that had a private outdoor terrace, we made use of this in the morning although all guests have access to the lovely garden so everybody can enjoy the outside. The room had everything you could ever need or want. Bed was comfortable. When we stayed we got very lucky with fantastic weather but the room stayed fairly cool which was great. The breakfast was exceptional! No buffet style breakfast here. The food is made to order as you like it and arrives very hot. The quality of the meat is 10/10. Parking included which is a rare find and the area is in the perfect location to access all of south Devon. You get can to lots of places easily by car or foot. We would definitely return.
