I had a lovely stay at Silverlands. The whole guesthouse, including my room, was immaculately clean, with fresh and well maintained décor. It was wonderfully peaceful and relaxing, and the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was excellent, with plenty of choice, and it was lovely to have tea, coffee and biscuits in the room too. The owners were friendly, welcoming and very accommodating throughout my stay. I honestly didn’t want to leave and would happily stay again.
Apparently, guests are expected to leave eventually. Very unreasonable, considering how much I enjoyed my time there and how peaceful my stay was! 😂

Very comfortable room with it's own bathroom. Bed was very comfy. The guest house is on a main road so you do get traffic noise but I wear earplugs anyway so no problem. Rose was very welcoming and provided us with a lovely cooked breakfast in the morning. It's a 10 minute walk down to the front where there are some bars and restaurants. Would definitely stay again if I was in the area.
The room was very warm but a fan was provided in the room which helped.
