Staff were amazing - really lovely people who take customer service the extra mile. Nice to have the outdoor pool & hot tub facility. Rooms clean & tidy, smart TV Netflix etc. good stay.

Ian and Deb were so lovely and fun to chat with, and we really enjoyed our stay. The house was cute, full of good vibes, and in a great location. Everything felt welcoming and comfortable — we would happily stay again!

Didn't really stay long enough to experience much. We got to use the pool, which was nice. The host was friendly. Oh. They had an EV charger.

We found the hotel to be extremely noisy. I know that noise can be very subjective. And will probably be different week-to-week. For every person complaining about noise, there's probably someone upstairs having a whale of a time. So, I've tried to be fair and not mark it down to a level that we probably would have on the day. But we seemed to be walked to the far end of the hotel, placed next to the swimming pool/smoking area on a hot day, when we needed the windows open. There was a lot of noise from the pool and people right outside our window chatting in the early evening, and later in the evening we could hear phonesex-girl down the corridor in the sort of social area, even if we went and closed the door in the corridor. We tried staying, but when everyone upstairs came back after midnight and decided to start dancing and moving all the furniture around, followed by seemingly continuous showers, we gave up. We paid for 3 nights. Left after 1am, the first night. A decision not taken lightly (with a 3 hour journey back). It didn't seem the best area, if you needed to take your dog out for a walk.
