Very comfortable. Staff were so helpful and thoughtful.

Needed parking. At booking we were guaranteed a save spot an dthis was honoured. Staff upgraded us to the best room in the hotel. Breakfast was plenty, good variey and excellent.

Location was quite good but we knew that at time of booking. Bus stops right outside.

Good location for .my stay on this occasion. Very friendly and couldn't do anymore for me. Did breakfast early which was great. Clean and tidy room with great views across torquay

Perfect in every way.

Everything! The property was spotlessly clean and bright. The location is perfect. Our double room was large with a huge comfortable bed and with a super sized balcony and had a beautiful view over the garden, swimming pool and the sea. The bar is well stocked. The pool was warm and clean. Breakfast was included. The owners are wonderful, friendly and could not have done more for us. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

The room was insanely hot, given it was a hot day but there were no fans and the windows only opened 3 inches. Couldn’t get any air movement. Didn’t sleep much, very uncomfortable.

Overall really nice, could do with a few small changes

-Free car park -15 minute walk from town centre -Perfect for a couple of nights -Really nice pool -Comfy bed -Good shower -Nice staff

-The hotel was clean overall but spotted some dust build up in some areas of the room -Some things in the room could do with an upgrade as they seem quite old and falling apart -breakfast was not too impressive, bacon was nice but the rest was a bit… meh

We thoroughly enjoyed staying at the Nethway

Hosts were a lovely couple and made you feell welcome and at home. The price we paid was excellent value for money and whilst the decor was a bit tired what it lacked in that it more than made up for in personality and we wish the owners every success for the future .

Location was great for the sea and harbour and some nearby restaurants though the steep hill might put some off. Torquay is a good location to visit surrounding beauty spots and places of interest and leaflets available in the foyer The hosts were really welcoming and accommodating serving us breakfast on the patio as my husband was Covid anxious. Advised me to chain my bike next to the front door so not visible from road and always around to help. Bed very comfortable, room spotless and modern with large mirrors. Breakfast was very substantial and a surprise as it was not included with the Booking.com package.

Standing under a cold shower after being in the outdoor swimming pool for over 5 mins until it warmed up perhaps because we were on the top floor Instant coffee at breakfast and no fresh fruit. A chain smoker on the linked balcony - I booked a balcony for cool fresh air, sea breezes and the view!

Really welcoming staff, great location with lovely view. Had refreshing dip in the pool. Just a 10-15 minute walk from the beach, harbour and restaurants.

This is a traditional hotel - rooms are well equipped, but don’t expect all mod cons.

Superb value for money, friendly, everything was perfect.

Superb location, lovely proprietors who were very helpful and made us feel at ease. Excellent value for money (two single beds) , I usually go to four/five stars hotels but felt very relaxed and happy at this one which has fewer stars.

For the money, I really could not complain about anything. One of the single beds near the window could do with a better mattress but that is all and I slept like a dream.

I really enjoyed a great stay at The Nethway Hotel and Torquay is heavenly.

I liked the small car park at the front of the Hotel. The Breakfast and table layout in the morning were very professional. The decor of the Hotel was very nice. The Staff were very helpful and friendly.

It would have been good to have a re-cycle bin in the hotel room. and perhaps an iron and ironing board.

Exceptional

Gary and Julie were very welcoming but not overbearing. We felt very comfortable and relaxed. The staff were all friendly and attentive. Room was lovely, bed was comfy and a great view. Breakfast was prompt and perfectly cooked. Liked it so much we stayed an extra night to enjoy the free entertainment! Highly recommend.

Déçue par la chambre.

L’emplacement, l’accueil, la propreté de la chambre.

Pas de possibilité de restauration en arrivant le soir, les restaurants dans le quartier ne sont vraiment pas terrible. La chambre était vétuste, le lit très inconfortable, salle de bain minuscule, pas de lavabo mais un lave main. L’évacuation de la douche bouchée… Parmi les 8 hôtel où nous avons logé c’était le plus cher et de loin le moins bien.
