Amazing staff and tasty food

Staff were lovely and welcoming and very helpful with information. Food was awesome and fresh.

The shower screens were broken, couldn’t close shower, it also had black mould. You can hear everything and everyone, quite loud in the rooms. The pillows were not good at all.

good basic location!

Ceiling so low! I'm, 1.92 m and I was about to smash my head Continuously. Zard eventually happened in the morning, because the entrance though was so damn little!! Aside from this the room clean and normal all around. The bathroom was not separated from the bedroom with the door- okay for me but not for every situation or everyone. Also I got there at 9:30 p.m. and the kitchen was already closed I would have loved to eat something but they were nice to having some snack corner which I could benefit from.

Not the best

Close to the airport

Staff were rushed and unhelpful upon check in, I couldn't read the German form I was to complete, I was told "zipcode" then she walked away, not sure if I completed the form correct or not. No info was given about WiFi and there was no air con, it was so hot, definitely needed at least a fan in the room. Tried to fill my water bottle before leaving in the morning but there was no one about and the doors were all closed.

Excellent find

It was an adorable building with a nice restaurant, we did t eat any food but had some drinks on the patio, very clean and comfortable. Staff was very helpful and friendly! Location was great, close to public transport, easy to get downtown! Check in/out process was very easy, we had access to free public transport through check in at hotel which was very nice! Free convenient parking!

Cool place to stay, bar and restaurant at the same place. It's not super modern, but great service.

Amazing staff, we had good room, but since we traveled as a family, the other room was slighty older and different then our room. So it might depend which room they will give to you. But both were nice. You'll have nice bar and place to eat at the first floor, so we really enjoyed.

Neutral room, absolutely the best Austrian restaurant in Salzburg

The restaurant was SO GOOD. It was a highlight. I went twice and had multiple courses each time. Whenever I am in Salzburg I will eat there-the best restaurant I tried! It is real, authentic, well done Austrian food. Great atmosphere, too. Nothing fancy, but so well done. They had a few non-austrian options but they are a real restaurant-packed with local people but at the same time I never had to wait for a table and the staff went above and beyond to make sure I was happy. It was so good. I would change nothing from that experience and the second time was just as magical as the first.

Honestly, the room was only barely passable clean. There was dried toothpaste on the bottom of the cups in the bathroom, it was just after easter and I found some crushed easter egg shells on the windowsill, and there was someone else’s detangling hair spray under the bed. But, the surfaces in the bathroom were clean and the beds were clean.

Exceptional

Great great service! We were well accommodated and the rooms were very clean. The chef at the restaurant downstairs was also very welcoming and he gave great suggestions and constantly checked in with us to make sure that we we were prepared and even helped us with some itinerary details. Definitely would recommend this stay to everyone!

The parking place was for free. The main big bed was confortable, but the additional bed the opposite. A good place for one night. A big tv with netflix and YT.

The additional bed I slept on was extremely unconfortable. There was a lot of mold in the shower.

The guy on the reception was great and try to help in aby situation Location was great

Bad internet connection Reception was closed at 9 am I cant find where to live my bags. Nobody answered on booking and phone calls. From 7 am people are repeating something and it was noise. If you want to gave a breakfast, there is no space for that and you will not gave it at 8 like it said. Outside the room was so dirty

Good option to stay for a couple of nights

Good small restaurant-hotel for affordable price. Nothing spectacular, a room was a little bit old and required a small renovation, but all necessary things were at place. A guy at the reception was nice and friendly. They accept credit cards and have very easy check-in/out policy

Superb

I found it very cozy. Lot of space in the room and a very big bathroom. Very comfortable and big bed with white bedsheets. Private parking. The hotel has a restaurant with a nice yard that had an amazing food, we really enjoyed having dinner there. It is a walking distance to the city center (or you can take a bus but we walked). They don't provide breakfast but there is a nice bakery 1 min walk where you can have coffee/tea and some baked things for breakfast, they have tables so it is comfortable. I think it was a good price for this location.

Black Substance Coming Out of Drains

Very unsatisfied with our stay here. Although the restaurant is very polished and they seem to take great care in regard to cleanliness, the guest room we stayed in was pretty awful. A black muddy substance which smelt of feces came up out of the en suite shower drain in our room, leaving the bathroom unusable during our stay. Although we raised it with staff, their attempts to use drain cleaner didn't fix the problem. To a lesser extent it also seemed like the same substance was in the sink, although it didn't come back out like the shower. The bathroom as a whole was fairly poorly maintained, and the single dim light gave it a very dingy feeling. Aside from this we really loved our time in Salzburg, so staying here was a big disappointment.

:/ It had a soup so when i ran out of soup i could use it.

The water wasnt hot enough and stop being warm while i was showering. The bathroom didnt have a door and it was near the room door so everything could be heard. The room was very small. Far from the center (too much!) . A plain little bad, the lights wasnt so good and clear. There was a TV- i didnt need! And the sigh that it is a hotel wasnt clead- i though it is a restaurant. I was so dissapointed so i did not take a photo.

The price was a good one for Austria. Location was not so far from key sights and supermarkets.
