Peaceful and quiet stay in Salzburg, wonderful breakfast

Very peaceful and cozy stay. The proprietress, Frau W, really makes sure you feel welcome. Very quiet, and wonderful breakfast. Easy access to city center and airport via bus. And not too far to walk either (which is nice if you're in Salzburg during a busy weekend).

Occasionally the wifi would slow down a little, but it really was a very minor issue. I would gladly stay here again.

The property has no AC and no elevator, HOWEVER, it was cool and rainy the three nights we were there so comfort was not an issue. My knees aren’t the best but I navigated the stairs slowly and made it up to the room quite okay.

Nice spacious room room,comfortable bed.Also great to have a fan in the very hot weather!The breakfast was very good also with generous quantities of everything.

Perhaps a location nearer to city centre would have been better for my needs but to be fair I should have checked before booking!In the UK there is a tradition in most accommodation to provide tea/coffee making facilities but maybe in Austria this is not the case?

The young lady and the older one were very nice very polite. The atmosphere perfect. The area is very close to the center on foot. Have Peny nearby . Also two buses to the center.

Nice and cosy old school hotel stuck in a time warp but somehow I like it.

Location and cleanliness of the hotel and room was really good. Room was really spacious and old school radio was top. Parking lot was good to. Staff friendly and polite.

Breakfast could be definitely better. It felt like bare minimum, if you don't ask for extra you don't get. Old cat Buffy shouldn't roam freely up and down breakfast room. Pillows could be definitely firmer :)

Comfortable, quiet and excellent value for money.

Location is perfect, in a nice area just 15 minute walk from the town centre. It's run by a lovely lady who is very helpful. Good breakfast, homely atmosphere.

Superb

Loved the location as it was in a quiet section of Salzburg and very close to our friends' apartment. Walking distance to the center of Salzburg, but also close to a bus. There were some restaurants nearby and we recommend Kathmandu. The breakfast was very good and a great value. The host was very friendly and accommodating.

The internet did not work in our room. Fortunately we were able to communicate with our friends via What's App which worked for some reason.

Een klein kwartier lopen van de Altstad, in een rustige buurt. Voortreffelijke en sympathieke bediening, ruime kamer, en alles charmant ingericht. Heerlijke ontbijtjes, prima sanitair, alles schoon en fris. Het enige minpuntje is de verkeersdrukte 's ochtends op straat. Een echte aanrader.
