I had a really bad experience with the facility parking spot which was always full, and also the breakfast was unexpecte

Lovelyyyyy

I had a great stay at Numa. There is free parking available right outside the front of the hotel, which was very convenient. Guests can enjoy unlimited free juice, beer, and coffee, which was a really nice touch. The staff were extremely helpful and welcoming throughout the stay. Overall, a comfortable and enjoyable experience. I would definitely recommend this place.

Breakfast was provided in a box; however, it would be better if it were a buffet with hot food options available, especially since there is a food hall in the basement. Overall, it was a comfortable stay and a good experience.

Comfortable digital checkin: clear expalanations. Quality bed and mattress. Room parfume at the building. The scent at the room was so strong that I asked to take care of it because it make me allergic. Finally I was offered another room Baggage locker was not wide enough . So I couldn't leave my suitcase in the hotel before my late fly The room itself is a bit small

Excellent hotel, can highly recommend!

The hotel was easy to find, and great to enter with the press of a button on my phone. The room was immaculate, bed was comfy and the heated floors were excellent. Bathroom was spotless, shower very powerful, and overall modern decor was great. It is a short 20 minute walk along a quiet road to the old town, with bakeries and a shop en route for breakfast. Great value for money.

We stayed there for 3 days but no cleaning during our stay. But to be fair, there was a place where you could place your dirty towels and linen and take clean ones.

I liked that there was accessible lockers for early or late check in. I asked for early check in, which unfortunately i couldn't use.

We liked the lounge, which provided free coffee and other drinks as well as fruits in the morning.

Not worth the money!

The check-in and check-out was easy! Location is decent, a short walk to the buses

The room did not have a mini fridge, microwave or an AC. It made our stay pretty uncomfortable. The space was very very small. 2 people coule barely move around without bumping into each other

Spacious, comfortable stay with great lounge perks, but could improve on guest information

The bed at Numa is spacious and very comfortable for two people. Since we stayed during the summer, they provided a fan, and the room also had a mosquito net so we could open the window at night. Numa also provided a large hairdryer for guests. In addition, the bar & lounge offers free orange soda, beer, coffee, tea, fruits, and a fridge where you can store your supermarket purchases. The lounge area is quite spacious, making it a nice spot to enjoy lunch or dinner.

It would be great if there were a microwave available to heat up food. Also, the staff and the check-in email should inform guests in advance that they can receive free guest mobility tickets to travel around Salzburg — we only found out after calling and messaging customer service on WhatsApp.

Lovely hotel

Clean and comfortable, with online support for questions. Can't fault the accommodation. No 27 bus round corner and takes you into centre in minutes

Felt a bit sterile with no reception. Would have liked to ask a couple of questions about the area - how the buses work, local amenities etc A little further out of the centre than I anticipated, but I should have researched better.

Nothing

Firstly there was to AC in room. Fan was also not working. Too hot in room. The handwash was all water. No staff in bar, where there 4 time but No one was there. Too small a room. High cost as compared to the facilities. And last but not the least too far location from the main city. Do not recommend it to anyone.

Interesting all digital, no reception hotel. If you're used to this set up, I'd recommend hotel.

The coffee machine was awesome. Fruit and free beer, drinks were also really nice. Lounge room was wonderful. Quiet street. Great location in Salzburg.

Didn't realize (my fault when booking last minute) that there was no reception and everything was digital. After a long day of traveling, that was a hassle. To have to write a message for any question is a something I need to get used to. As in, how do I get more toilet paper. The breakfast did not arrive the first day. The second day it was the wrong choice However the hotel refunded both breakfasts.

It was fine, the location is good but the mattress was very hard and there were hairs in the shower.

Feels safer because everything is digitalised. Complementary drinks and coffee provided in kitchen/lounge area.

It’s costly with the facilities it’s providing. Mostly lonely as not a single person is there to help if you face any issues. To open a property door you need to mandatorily check in which you don’t have any idea before you reach there. We were lucky to find a kind cleaner to guide us through a process and who was unable to speak English at all. Property is not regularly cleaned and towels are not changed

Comfortable stay

The property is clean, the room and bathroom are spacious and well maintained. The properly has provided with enough bath linen and toiletries to last for a few days, though I had just stay for two days. The location of the hotel is in a quiet neighbourhood , just 10 to 15 minutes drives from the town centre but well connected by bus and train, the train station is just ten minutes from the hotel. Check in and out is easy peasy.

This stay was convinient for our travels exploring the city of Salzburg but bed and bedding need improving.

Property was situated in a very nice location and only a 25 min walk into the city centre. We liked the balcony and local bus routes for ease.

The bed was hard and not comfortable. There was one pillow and single duvet per side. There was only one iron to share amongst everyone staying which not ideal.

Was everything super clean , the room it’s nice , and the free coffee , beer and soft drinks at the lobby was nice .

I wish the room could at least have a small fridge , so we can stock something to eat and drink , as I’ve stayed 4 days , that was a bit inconvenient for me .

Superb

Great location.

On arrival I was misinformed about the parking and ended up with a parking ticket (25 euros plus a 10 euro bank fee plus the stress). Not a free parking zone from the beginning of July. Hotel staff should keep up to date with these kinds of changes and provide the guests with correct information as I ended up paying for their mistake.

Not bad but should be better

Alp water in the kitchen and free beverages. Nice and quiet location. The rooms are decorated well.

We did not have a clear information about parking, although it is easy to park both outside and inside the territory. The room was not clean (both the floor and the walls) and the cockroaches were often the guests starting from the first day. The lid of the kettle was broken, although it still works. The safe did not work. The air conditioning did not work even though it was set up at 15 degrees. The room needs upgrade, a few cabinets or bedside tables would work, because one small wardrobe is not enough for the long stay of two people.

Love the design of the room ! Is cozy and clean ! The customer service is superb, although the service is done via online platform (WhatsApp), it is super efficient and prompt reply. On top of that, all the beverages are free and you can just take the drinks from the pantry whenever you want ! Love it ! ❤️

Not spacious enough, very difficult to open our two big luggages. But given the price we paid for the room, it is a fair deal 😎
