If I will visit again I would stay.

The breakfast was basic, still enough to fulfill. I did like the fact that free variation of hot tea was available till 22:00 hrs.

I did read the reviews and I knew that they do not have fridge in the room. I stayed in room 309 , single bed room. It was ok for me but I do not suggest an oversized person to book the room. Some rooms do have balconies, not this one. Some wall painting would be beneficial as I could see some marks.

Perfect place for a stopover. Very kind and welcoming staff.

We stayed for one night and had breakfast (it was very good). We wanted to take a stroll through the city center, and the super kind guy at the front desk gave us some great pointers and free bus tickets.

Enjoyable stay

Breakfast was excellent particularly the fresh croissants. Easy access to town centre with bus ticket if you stay in Salzburg. The bus stop was just over the road from the hotel and took roughly 10 minutes. All staff were excellent!!!

Be cautious with online payments at this hotel.

The breakfast was excellent, the rooms and toilet were very clean, and the staff were all friendly.

Be very cautious if you're paying for your room in advance. This hotel charged my card 371 Euros on 20-11-2025, instead of the actual booking rate of 120 Euros. It took 13 days (until 3-12-2025) for them to refund the difference of 251 Euros. Make sure to keep a close eye on card transactions with them.

Perfect place to stay

Very impressed with the room, the bed was super comfy and it was quiet. We were given complimentary public transport passes and this made our stay even better. Hotel staff were extremely helpful 😁 Very good breakfast. Loved the tea and coffee facilities and the honesty bar was a nice touch. Plus we loved the extra surprise when we opened our bedroom door on St Nicholas Day and found a chocolate Santa waiting outside. Lovely touch.

Room quite small. 2 single beds pushed together to make a double. No tea or coffee in room. Shower not always hot.

A very comfortable and memorable stay

Loved almost everything about this property. Nice, comfortable and clean rooms. We even had a lovely view from our window. Loved the breakfast - it was our favourite time of the day. Bus stop is just few meters away. 24/7 hot water was available in the shower. They even provided hot drinking water free of cost until 8 PM everyday. The hotel staff were very kind and friendly. They always greeted us with a smile.

My only suggestion to the hotel owners would be to have a kettle in every room because it is very useful especially in extreme cold temperatures

Comfortable room, but the location, noise, and service affected the overall experience.

Our room was comfortable and nicely decorated. Breakfast was tasty, and the free public transportation was a great benefit.

The room did not have a minibar, and the location is far from the main tourist attractions. The soundproofing is poor, with a lot of noise from the street and other guests. In addition, the service left much to be desired, and our room was not cleaned during our stay.

Property is a bit outside city centre. However - the bus stop it literally outside the hotel so that makes travel convenient.

Nice place off the beaten path.

Breakfast was a nice spread. The location is a bit far from sites, but a bus stop across the street takes you into the city within 15 minutes.

The sheets on our twin beds were too small and become significantly untucked throughout the night.

location was convenient for the centre of town and transport links were excellent. They provided oat milk as requested and the breakfast was plentiful. Good to have a honesty bar.

Very good experience, I will definately stay at this hotel whenever I'm visiting Salzburg.

Very friendly and helpful the gentleman at the reception desk when arriving; if I remember well his name is Antonio. Good location and good and rich breakfast. All the best.

Great location close to the city centre

Great location in quiet area, close to the city centre. Very friendly staff.

The cleanliness wasn't great, one of the beds was very hard. There was no air-conditioning (fans were provided though which was sufficient), had to pay extra for parking.

Pros and cons.

Good beds. The size of the room was great. Good breakfast. We got OV tickets provided by the hotel, great! Location is good, within minutes in the town centre.

Hot. The temperature outside was high when we stayed. The temperature inside was not bearable. There are fans, but that doesn't help much.

Nice staff, but filthy apartment

Staff was nice and helpful. Breakfast was perfect.

Anything which isn't directly visible was filthy. So drawers in bathroom, kitchenware, oven, fridge. In space bellow the fridge there were even dense spiderwebs which looked as this wasn't cleaned for months. Also oven looked as it was never cleaned up, with old grease and food parts. There were spiderwebs by side of living room doors and bathroom doors. Kitchen hood was completely dusty. This was in apartment, so do not take apartments in this hotel.

Worst experience due to too much loud road/traffic noise

Staff is very supportive, good breakfast, rooms are clean, hotel is easily reachable and accessible. 20 mins walkable to city Center.

Room was very noisy & the heavy traffic in front of hotel road. we had to open windows due to warm weather & non-A/C. the road traffic noisy sound is like every vehicle is passing by in your room. Too much loud noise caused very disturbing nights & sleep.

We came earlier than check-in time but were accommodated because the upgraded rooms were ready. The rooms we booked were upgraded at no extra charge. It was clean, updated and bigger than expected. Hotel was easily accessible to public transportation, restaurants and mini markets. The hotel staff were very helpful and accommodating.

The elevators stop on mezzanine floors where one has to still climb up or down a short flight of stairs to get to the rooms or the main lobby.

The Location is good. Bus stand is just opposite to the hotel. 50 meters away is FIT restaurant which is good option for healthy food.

The room was not cleaned when we arrived even after pre booking 15 days ahead and paid in full upfront. After complaining it was cleaned for the next day which was just satisfactory. It was too hot during our stay and were provided with a stand fan which was so slow that the 2 nights were horrible and we were not able to sleep properly. The breakfast was just ok.The room was exceptionally over priced. Later after talking to locals I realised that the room rent would ideally be within 80-100 euros.Spider were roaming in the rooms and a thick layer of dust at all the objects. Floor was full of hairs. After aggressively complaining about it was only cleaned next day up to a adjustable level.

- The housekeeping didn’t put new shower gel, the empty shower gel and hand soap still not thrown. - There is mold in bathtub and the floor of bathroom should be not with wood floor - The drainage of bathtub partly stuck - No air conditioning
