It served our needs.

location was convenient for the centre of town and transport links were excellent. They provided oat milk as requested and the breakfast was plentiful. Good to have a honesty bar.

The shower was very cramped and the decor a bifold fashioned and tired.

Preis/Leistung ist eher mittelmäßig.

Das Hotel liegt ca 15 Minuten vom Hauptbahnhof entfernt und hat die Haltestelle in unmittelbarer Nähe. Der Empfang war freundlich, das Gepäck wurde aufbewahrt bis zur Zimmerübergabe um 15.00. Trotz nachfolgender Kritik, muss ich aber sagen, es war relativ günstig und man muss entscheiden,was einem wirklich wichtig ist. Für mich war es ok... für meine Freundin leider nicht so ganz. Deshalb ist die Bewertung so lala.

Das Zimmer ist eher klein, das wäre nicht schlimm,weil wie bestellt 2 Einzelbetten. Aber das Badezimmer ist wirklich winzig. Für 2 Frauen kaum Ablagefläche und man könnte sich vom WC die Zähne putzen. Auch die Dusche ist klein und die Tür geht nach innen auf. Das bedeutet,wenn man keine Modelmaße hat, wird's schwierig von innen die Tür zu schließen. Die Reinigung ist eher mittelmäßig.

Leider war unser Abfluss in der Wanne/Dusche nicht sehr durchlässig, sodass das Wasser nur sehr langsam abgeronnen ist.

Leider war unsere Unterkunft enttäuschend. Ich würde nicht empfehlen.

Entfernung von der Bushaltestelle war bequem, genau gegenüber einander. Uns wurde mal falsche Frühstückszeit gesagt und als wir zum Frühstück kamen, alles war schon fast aufgeräumt. Aber eine Mitarbeiterin hat uns trotzdem Zeit gelassen, dass wir frühstücken konnten. Danke!

Die Lampe im Badezimmer ist zu klein und gibt kein genügendes Licht; eine zweite Lampe neben dem Waschbecken hat nicht funktioniert. In der Duschkabine ist Schimmel auf den Wänden. Überall in Ecken unter der Decke sind Spinnennetze. Alles sieht alt, sehr gebraucht aus. Die Eingangstür war schon mal gebrochen, das sieht man auf dem Foto. Das Zimmer befindet sich auf dem Erdgeschoss, neben der Rezeption. Der Blick aus dem Fenster ist auf ein Parkplatz. War sehr laut morgens und abends. Da rauchen noch Mitarbeiter, ich habe nicht verstanden, ob von diesem Hotel oder nicht, und das kam natürlich rein ins Zimmer. Das Frühstück war einigermaßen ok, nicht besonderes.

Very good experience, I will definately stay at this hotel whenever I'm visiting Salzburg.

Very friendly and helpful the gentleman at the reception desk when arriving; if I remember well his name is Antonio. Good location and good and rich breakfast. All the best.

Petits déjeuners très agréable.

Réception fermée à partir de 20h : pas facile pour les late checking. Parking réservé mais pas disponible à notre arrivée. Chambre famille : globalement très petite, literie ok pour les parents mais pas pour les enfants : le lit double s'est "transformé" en lit simple + canapé lit pas du tout confortable. Salle de bain petite pour 4 personnes. Les photos n'étaient clairement pas le reflet de la réalité. Pour finir, pas d'eau chaude car chauffe eau hors service pour 2 jours.

Te ofrecían la posibilidad de ticket de autobús gratis para visitar la ciudad.

El hotel está bien, no entiendo que aún teniendo ascensor, para acceder a las habitaciones debes acceder por medio de las escaleras, pocos escalones pero hay. Por otro lado, estuvimos un día y sin agua caliente, el hotel por avería no disponía. No tuvimos problemas de calor, en caso de altas temperaturas, te ofrecen un ventilador.

Great location in quiet area, close to the city centre. Very friendly staff.

The cleanliness wasn't great, one of the beds was very hard. There was no air-conditioning (fans were provided though which was sufficient), had to pay extra for parking.

Klare Empfehlung :)

Die Lage ist perfekt und man ist mit den Öffis (man bekommt beim Check-in ein gratis Ticket) gleich in der Altstadt. Das Zimmer war größer als erwartet und sehr schön, allerdings war es sehr warm (das Klimagerät im Zimmer hat nicht wirklich geholfen). Das Personal war super freundlich! Ich komme gerne wieder. :)

Wir haben extra einen Parkplatz für €14 pro Nacht reserviert. Als wir zum Hotel gekommen sind, war allerdings kein Hotelparkplatz frei, also mussten wir auf der Straße parken (es war Feiertag also hat zum Glück keine Kurzparkzone gegolten). Wir mussten die Gebühr für den Parkplatz dann nicht zahlen, dennoch ist es ärgerlich, wenn man extra einen Parkplatz reserviert und dann keiner frei ist.

Pros and cons.

Good beds. The size of the room was great. Good breakfast. We got OV tickets provided by the hotel, great! Location is good, within minutes in the town centre.

Hot. The temperature outside was high when we stayed. The temperature inside was not bearable. There are fans, but that doesn't help much.

Właściwie wszystko było na plus. Śniadanie – super i w dużym wyborze. Lokalizacja? Idealna – rzut beretem do przystanku trolejbusowego, a dla fanów pieszych wypraw po Wiener Schnitzel, Salzburger Nockerl czy nutki Mozarta – centrum też w zasięgu butów.

De locatie was prima, een paar bushaltes van Altstad. Het ontbijt was ook goed geregeld en vers.

Kleine kamer en badkamer, slechte bedden (zweterig door de plastic matrasbeschermer). Relatief gezien voor wat je krijgt aan de prijzige kant.

🔸Wir waren zu viert mit einem Hund und hatten ein Zimmer mit zwei Räumen und einem WC. 🔸Das Zimmer war insgesamt in Ordnung und ausreichend für unseren Aufenthalt. 🔸Das Frühstück war sehr gut – lecker und mit guter Auswahl. 🔸Das Personal beim Frühstück und an der Rezeption war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. 🔸Die Lage war ruhig und angenehm

▪️Sauberkeit war leider nicht optimal – der Boden war schmutzig und es lagen Haare herum. ▪️Sehr weiche Matratzen, man ist stark eingesunken, was für den Rücken unangenehm war. Drei von vier Personen haben deshalb schlecht geschlafen. ▪️Ein Zimmer war ein Durchgangszimmer, und die WC-Tür war eine nicht abschließbare Glasschiebetür – das war etwas unpraktisch. ▪️❗️Zusätzliche Ortstaxe (ca. 4 € p.P.) wurde erst beim Check-out erwähnt – die Info steht zwar irgendwo auf der Buchungsseite, ist aber leicht zu übersehen.

Stanza piccola e arrangiata sommariamente per 4 persone, non hanno cambiato le asciugamani e alle 16 la stanza non era stata ancora sistemata, obbligandoci così a rimanere fuori nella hall per circa un’ora. Prodotti da bagno insufficienti, cuscini scomodi.

La proximité avec le centre-ville L’hôtel fournit un bon pour voyager gratuitement à bord du réseau urbain. Un trolleybus s’arrête d’ailleurs devant l’hôtel Le personnel est agréable et de bon conseil

Nice staff, but filthy apartment

Staff was nice and helpful. Breakfast was perfect.

Anything which isn't directly visible was filthy. So drawers in bathroom, kitchenware, oven, fridge. In space bellow the fridge there were even dense spiderwebs which looked as this wasn't cleaned for months. Also oven looked as it was never cleaned up, with old grease and food parts. There were spiderwebs by side of living room doors and bathroom doors. Kitchen hood was completely dusty. This was in apartment, so do not take apartments in this hotel.

Snídaně byla skvělá, velmi ochotný a vstřícný personál. Dostaly jsme volné jízdenky na městskou dopravu a přejezdy proto byly velmi rychlé a pohodlné. Skvělý výlet. Mohu jen doporučit!!!!
