Aziz at the reception was the highlight of our trip. What a lovwly gentleman! So sweet and full of life, trying to cheer up my kids and very helpful. The room was great and clean, only the pillows were very uncomfortable. Breakfast had a lovely spread, the only 2 things I can fault are the coffee had no taste whatsoever and the veg and non-veg options were not separated which I wasn't comfortable with as I dont eat pork. But other than that, the hotel was excellent, location was so apt, everything was walking distance, so easily accessible and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. I highly recommend this hotel.

The bed was quite comfortable. Within walking distance of Old Town and also has a public transportation stop right across the street. Not a lot of dining around the hotel but lots of options in Old Town.

Good location and nice to have parking. Some of the staff was awesome - some efficient but not overly friendly. Rooms were meh…. Our first room shower leaked like crazy and we moved to the end of the hall which was better. Easy access to public transportation and the Altstadt. I was not overly impressed with the property.

Wonderful staff and excellent location near old town. The 24 hour bar service was a welcomed reprieve after all-day sightseeing. Rooms are comfortable but a bit warm, even for September. The price can't be beat, especially if you consider the convenience.

Parking was an issue. They have limited hotel garage spaces. Had to move our car several times (street parking, if you can find it) - we were there for one night. Breakfast was fair (not worth the additional cost), hotel could use updates, staff was great. Wouldn’t stay there again.

Leonardo Salzburg City Center is conveniently situated a five minute walk away from the heart of the tourism sites. The hotel is very clean. The staff is attentive. The buffet is good. There are some nicer restaurants in the opposite direction from the tunnel to the city. Also we were able to catch the bus right in front of the hotel, even to get to the airport at the end of our stay which was very convenient too.

Good location and friendly staff. The hotel was fine for what we needed, comfortable bed, safe, clean bathroom etc, nothing fancy, but did the job. However, the air in the room on the days when it was warm didn’t work and it was so hot and stuffy at night. I also heard other customers say the same to reception and were told that the whole hotel was controlled centrally. It was fine when it cooled off, but annoying not to be able to control the temperature when it was warm. The in room coffee was awful, only dispensed tiny shots and tasted terrible. I didn’t like that the bathroom handwash was Hair/Shower Gel (same as the shower) - would have preferred actual soap. Didn’t have breakfast but it looked good with lots of options, our family who did eat there said it was good.

One of the worst properties we have stayed at. The staff are rude and unhelpful, from check-in, dining and even cleaning staff are very rude and do not care about general manners or hospitality in general. Having worked in the hospitality industry, I'm baffled. The rooms are so uncomfortable: you have no temperature control so the room is boiling at whatever temp the staff decide and you only have a small 2 inch gap all the top of the window to TRY to cool the room down at all and i get cold easily and it was way too hot for me to the point of feeling sick. Oh and that 2 inch gap in the window offers you a lovely surround sound of the road construction that starts at anywhere between 3-5AM, so you will be awake early. There is no where to put your things in the bathroom or shower. Lighting was out in the room, i didn't bother to even ask after having other things repaired. The shower was missing a lip on the door so water got every where and we had to ask for them to fix it. Outlets in the bathroom didn't work, on top of the lighting so getting ready can be difficult. Breakfast wasn't the greatest, most of it is just not cooked well so just stick to the cold food they have. Cleaning staff did a poor job, so we requested no service after day 2. Issue after issue (I'm sure I'm forgetting a lot) the management did nothing to try to eleveate or even give a partial refund, they offered 2 free sodas which we declined.

This hotel is an easy walk from the Old City through the Sigmundstor (tunnel). There are also several bus lines that stop right in front of the hotel. The hotel itself is clean, modern, and (at least if you have a room facing towards the back of the hotel) quiet, and is a good value compared to some other hotels I looked at in Salzburg. We had a one-bedroom suite on the top floor, which was super spacious and comfortable, and featured a fridge, microwave, and even an extra toilet. Worth reserving that, if available, but I suspect the mini-suite is also very nice. The breakfast was also very good, and the staff was nice. I highly recommend this hotel.

We enjoyed our stay at the hotel except one thing, the air conditioning did not work in our room so the first night we were very warm and did not sleep well. We did contact front desk and were told that since it was cool outside all systems for the hotel were on heat only. Well this is fine if it is cold inside but it was not and there was not any air circulation in the room either. We attempted to sleep with window open but street noise prevented us sleeping. The front desk staff did offer to move us the following morning for our second night and did make some concessions on payment which was positive. We just think for a mid range hotel you should be able to have air temp allowing sleep at any season. Maryana at front desk was very helpful in trying to assist us. Location is convenient and area walkable. Staff was helpful and friendly. Restaurants near by.

1,000,000 statrs wouldn't give this place justice. Ive been to many hotels throughout the world, and especially in Europe, and this was the greatest hotel staff I've ever experienced. Unfortunately, due to my irresponsibility, I'd left my phone charger at my previous hotel, but the staff was super generous in letting me borrow a phone charger and telling me what store to go to to get a new charging cord. The last night I was at the hotel, and at this time, I was able to find a new permanent cord to charge my phone, I ordered a beer at the bar, and a young lady at the desk, who couldn't have been older thst 25 talked to me for a long time, and we commented about out political views in our countries, and her home country, and we agreed on everything. She was such a sweet young lady, and I hope this hotel keeps her employed as long as she wants to work there. The room was clean, and warm, as I was there in early October, when the weather was in the 50's in fahrenheit with rain. The hotel is a very short walk to the city center, and on bus line 1, it's a 20 minute ride to the train station.

Great hotel with fantastic location. Staff is super nice and they all speak very good English. Maryna Rabchevska Was amazing and went above and beyond to make our stay superb for us and the kids. Highly recommended if you are looking for a safe convenient location right close to all the attractions.
