I really appreciated the spacious room, excellent location, friendly and helpful staff, and convenient luggage storage with a bathroom and fridge. The housekeeping lady deserves a big shoutout—I met her a few times and she had such a warmth about her and stood out in the best way. Despite our language barrier, she was always extremely polite and courteous when asking if she could restock items and provide fresh towels.

There are stairs but you know of when you book, sensor light in the bathroom is a little brutal in the night, heater adjuster was a little confusing

Excellent luggage store if leaving after check out. There was a toilet, shower, table and chairs, kitchenette. Everything you would need to freshen up before heading out to airport etc. Key codes - no need to remember a key or keycard.

An extra pillow would have been good.

Exceptional people and location!

My little family of 4 stayed for 2 nights. The apartment was exceptionally clean, tidy and very spacious. It was close to public transport and many restaurants. It is all self check in however, we received help from the team who takes care of the apartments. They were fantastic! A lovely husband and wife dream team! We were also able to pay for the buffet breakfast at the Cityhotel which was incredible! We were helped with our luggage upon arrival and departure. As the apartment was at the top, they also safely stored our pram for us so we didn't have to cart it up and down the stairs. We were very impressed with our stay in Salzburg and would definitely stay again! Highly recommend!

The stairs to the apartment are quite steep. There is no elevator.

Great location, large room was clean. Our receptionist was very friendly!

There was no airflow in the room. The windows opened out to the street and could not be left open to air out the room unless you were in the room. Heating was also set very low - was chilly at night.

Expensive Lesson

Very beautiful large room. Clean and comfortable.

There is no lift and our room was up 3 levels on very steep circular stairs. The parking situation was very bad. We were told to park in a parking place about 2 blocks away. But unfortunately we parked on top instead of under ground and were towed the next morning. They have a farmer's market every Thursday and if you aren't told you are towed. Very expensive lesson!

Highly recommend and would stay here again

Very clean, comfortable, shower was large. The luggage storage room is very nice to have for early arrival or to leave luggage after vacating the room. The luggage room has a toilet, sink and shower should you need to freshen up, a very nice feature

Great location to explore Old Town Salzburg within walking distance across river

Perfect location across River from Old Town Salzburg. Easy walking distances to Old Town and river. Good instructions for arrival and entry. Photos represent property. Recommend for couple in Apartment 8.

OK stay, nothing special

Clean large apartment, close to CBD and multiple tramway stops. Bed comfy.

Had to pay 20 euro extra for delivery of an extra blanket as the heating didn't work well initially (fair enough that this was fixed immediately). Apartment felt a bit bland though and facilities could be a bit better (cheap soap and no bath products provided). Would invest a few extra bucks to make this a more homey place!

Perfect location, clean, unique.

An issue with our booked room landed us in the loft instead. Cute and unique experience with the loft. Apartments are associated with the hotel across the street and they can assist in any needs, which is comforting. Perfect location. Had a nice baggage drop room with a bathroom for early arrivers or late departures.

Die Unterkunft liegt sehr Zentral und alles war gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Das Zimmer war geräumig, super sauber und leise. Ich würde es beim nächsten Mal direkt wieder buchen! Zusätzlich habe ich ein kostenloses Upgrade des Zimmers erhalten.

Vor dem Apartment ist eine Bar, im Sommer oder mit offenen Fenster könnte es lauter werden - mich persönlich hat es überhaupt nicht gestört. Wenn die Fenster geschlossen sind hört man davon auch nichts.

Für die Erforschung der Innenstadt ein idealer Ausgangspunkt

Das kleine Appartementhaus fasziniert uns immer wieder. Gut auch der Gutschein für die Mirabell-Tiefgarage

Da uns das Frühstückbestellen zu aufwendig war, haben wir auswärts gefrühstückt - wobei dies um 7.00h früh nicht so einfach war, da noch viele Cafes geschlossen haben.

Céntrica pero muy basica

Ubicado en una calle con acceso restringido de vehículos, peatonal y cerca del centro. El hotel de la misma "empresa" prácticamente en frente de los apartamentos hacen de recepción, desayuno si necesitas y guardar las maletas durante el día. También ofrecen un descuento en el garaje público cercano de 14e en la tarifa diaria.

Acceso con código demasiado simple, tanto en la puerta de entrada como en la habitación, en plan 1234 ... Sin capacidad de regular frío o calor o radiadores a la vista que puedas abrir. Una rejilla de ventilación, por aquello de las casas pasivas, donde entraba frío de la calle como si fuera un ventilador. Eso está bien cuando vives en una casa pero cuando solo vas a dormir y estás con frío de la calle no ayuda que puedas poner la habitacion caliente. La ducha y la pica con pulsadores, no podías ducharte más de 30s con agua ya que se apagaba y encima cada vez que abrías salía fría unos segundos.... La cama de matrimonio eran dos colchones y somier del IKEA HAFSLO, lo más los cost..... Bastante incómodos y más para el precio, que fue el doble que cualquier otro hotel, incluso de 4 estrellas de ese viaje por Alemania y Austria.

So macht Salzburg Spass!

Zentrale Lage, alle Sehenswürdigkeiten, schöne Geschäfte und Restaurants sind leicht und schnell zu erreichen. Das App. war grosszügig und sehr gut und zweckmässig eingerichtet. Auch kleine Details stimmten. Das Parkhaus ist nur ca. 250m entfernt und leicht zu erreichen.

Charmant, wenn auch nicht alles auf Anhieb klappt.

Nettes, historisches Gebäude mit viel Charme. Genügend Platz für Koffer. Ruhiges Zimmer, trotz aktivem Nachtleben in der Gasse.

Digitaler Zugang funktionierte nicht. Danke dem netten Herrn an der Rezeption des in der Nähe gelegenen dazugehörigen Hotels, konnte dies nach etwas Aufwand bereinigt werden, respektive, wir erhielten einen Ersatzcode für den Haupteingang. Das Gebäude ist mit dem Auto nur von 06h00-11h00 zugänglich, also vor der möglichen Eincheck-Zeit. Das nächste Parkhaus ist ca 10' Fussmarsch entfernt, was mit dem Gepäck je nach Witterung etwas weit sein kann. Bei der ersten Dusche lief viel Wasser in das Badezimmer und es brauchte mehrere Badetücher, um den Boden zu trocknen. Beim 2, Mal waren wir gewarnt und setzten nur die Handbrause sorgfältig ein. Dann ging's.

Strakke accommodatie midden in de stad

Een hele moderne accommodatie tegen een goede prijs, op een perfecte locatie. Top! Onze kamer was ruim opgezet en je komt het pand en kamer binnen met cijfercodes die je vooraf toegestuurd krijgt na online inchecken, dus geen receptie en lekker self supporting. Prima!

Het was ontzettend warm in de kamer, ondanks het laag zetten van de temperatuur. De handdoeken-radiator stond ook hard aan en kregen we niet uit, dus de badkamer was een kleine sauna. Lekker in de winter, maar niet in Juli. Als daar naar gekeken kan worden, zou het top zijn.
