Excellent location and wonderful room just located in the wrong part of the hotel

Room was right beside the breakfast area so from 0700hrs onwards it was noisy with no chance to sleep.

This is really a wonderful place to stay in Salzcurg, it is a modern, very comfortable and very clean hotel. The size of the room was perfect for 3 adults. Very kind, helpfull and friendly staff. The location is also amazing, just a short walk to all main attractions, restaurants, christmas markets. OIverall, we had a great stay :)

Comfortable central stay in Salzburg

Couldn't recommend this hotel enough. Location was great - very central and less than 10-minute walk to everything. The staff were friendly and professional and allowed us to store our bags before/after check-in and check-out. The room was large, comfortable and very quiet, so we had a great sleep. Wish we could have stayed longer.

There are no plug sockets near the bed.

Great location, friendly staff, reception was staffed rather than automated, modern facilities well designed within an older building. Quiet - even with a popular restaurant next door.

Very disappointment considering that hotel was more expensive than any other throughout our trip around Europe

Having one side of the bed up against a wall is a stupid design . Maybe the hotel should state in their advertising it’s suitable for single people only . Who wants to have to climb over someone else during the night to use the bathroom .

Would be useful if you could arrange with the garage for parking to accept motorcycles as well as cars. However, there is a different garage with reasonable rates for motorcycles a similar distance away

The hotel helped make our stay very enjoyable!

The question should be “what didn’t we like?” Everything was excellent. Especially notable was that the room was very quiet. Also the breakfast was very enjoyable. All was made better by the friendly and helpful staff. My wife stated that it was now her favorite hotel.

Great location in Salzburg. Friendly staff

The welcome prosecco was a wonderful touch, and the staff were very kind and helpful. The location is amazing, a very walkable location to many cool places around Salzburg. The room was a typical hotel room, not bad, not great. We are on the top floor, which only has small high windows; it was a little claustrophobic.

The tiny windows we had to keep the blinds closed because of the angle and the sun heating up the room made you feel like you were in a box.

The location of the hotel was convenient and close to many attractions. The room was comfortable, with working A/C and a nice bed/pillows. The breakfast buffet offered a variety of delicious foods.

I wish the hotel had hair conditioner, as the 2-in-1 bath and shampoo was harsh on my hair.

A big cozy room in the heart of the action

Everything is well done. The location is great; not bad if walking in from the street, lots of restaurants nearby, walking to old town was easy, and it’s right near the main bus line. Breakfast was great, staff friendly, nice elevator, room was spacious and air-con appreciated. I’d stay here a week if I could! It’s been very cozy for our few days.

We were on the top floor and didn’t hear much noise on Saturday night but it could be noisy if staying on a lower floor.

Great location, everything we wanted to do in Salzburg was within 15 mins walk of hotel. Hotel bedrooms were clean and hotel was well maintained. Staff at reception were very helpful. Breakfast was first class, excellent range of cold and hot food (the scrambled egg in particular was fantastic)

Very small bar with limited choice of drinks & area to sit, but not an issue as there were bars within 5 mins walk from hotel.

Budget hotel

The staff. We found 2 members of staff very rude and unhelpful and very unprofessional.They slammed the phone down twice when I asked for a hairdryer because the one in the room didn't work. Even though we had reported it that morning. Very bad customer service. It was a lot of money for budget hotel service and room. There are no products in the bathroom except body wash on the wall. At €600 for 3 nights, I would expect a lot more! There were 3 herbal teabags for 2 people for 3 nights. We were luckily given 2 black teabags by Starbucks, but we had to use the coffee machine for hot water. Then I realised there was no milk! The poor customer service and lack of 'boutique' and lack of products and working hairdryer make this a budget hotel, in my opinion. Having to go out into the cold with wet hair isn't acceptable. Never mind having the phone slammed down twice!! We reluctantly returned to our room to find 2 small bottles of wine and 1 wafer biscuit to apologise "If there was any inconvenience"?! Neither of us drinks, and to assume that alcohol apologises for poor customer service is wrong when you don't know personal circumstances!
