Good location, value for money. Nicely decorated
Would be great to have basic amenities like cotton pads to remove make up / cotton swabs

Room was clean, cosy and nicely done with everything you need for a city stay.
Check in process was easy and luggage storage lockers useful although do get full quickly I think they could do with having more.
Someone opened the door to our room in the morning before check-out time and without knocking. Not what you want at all in a hotel and luckily we were checking out later that morning as we felt uneasy after this there is no way to double lock the door from the inside.

Didn't have breakfast at accommodation.
Good location. Nice views.
Bathroom and toilet not close to each other.

You can watch the street in the morning while sipping coffee in bed. They had prepared a cot for my 3 years old and he beautifully repurposed it into his indoor playground.
This is a miss on my part. Apparently there is a whole facility with laundry service and ironing board. If I only knew that, I would not have worried about oversized luggage on the way back and would have brought lighter luggage.

Very well designed. Amazing view from our room. Cute bust of Mozart in the room
Was a bit dusty. The self checkin is a bit laborious

Gorgeous room, great facilities, good location
Checking in, I didn’t receive the email with the check in code, so spent a couple of hours whatsapping back and forth sorting it out, but they were helpful, and it was sorted although would have been easier if they just re sent the email with the code like I asked straight away!

Clean, central and nice breakfast
Would’ve been nice to have better pillows.
The room was also quite warm, unable to fix this.

This accommodation was very clean, beautifully decorated and in a great location. We loved the balcony and used this spot for some relaxing afternoon wines and charcuterie ☺️

Simple Neat Clean … Few min walk from marktplatz
Pretty much everything was perfect - there was some infrastructure upgrade on roads during daytime , we had a technical issue with safe / locker staff helped us through online chat & a visit : resolved quite efficiently

Great location! Close to the main cbd, but not right in the thick of it. 5 mins walk.
The street parking was also available, not too difficult to find.
The self service was also very convenient.
Nothing!

Clean spacious lovely bathroom
Probably the only fault was I didn’t like the coffee pod machine. Would have preferred so coffee granules to make my own . Very minor fault

I love Numa properties. I always know they will be a brilliant stay
I was a solo female traveller. I noticed that there wasn’t an additional internal lock to give extra security from inside the room. But that is quite small detail. It didn’t ruin mg stay at all.

Not much
No staff located in the suburbs noisy
Too much required from the customer from self check in to scanning passports

The room was very clean.
I didn't like the lack of staff and no communal area.

Don't order the breakfast. I asked for eggs on the last day and they didn't have eggs

Well, to begin with, the bath/shower is very small and is in need of some fixing up. Doesn’t look very clean. But: How difficult must it be to provide enough toilet paper in the room?? For a fife day stay a small roll?? Even in the shared toilet downstairs wasn’t enough. Painful. And the breakfast is more a joke then a breakfast. Two days they were out of eggs. One morning even out of roles. What can I say. It’s not cheap and a lousy service. One time and never again.

Love that it’s on the quieter side of Salzburg away from the main tourist sites, but near Mirabell Garden which was perfect for us.
Relatively easy check-in and check-out process digitally even though there’s no human staff on site or reception.
Location from the inner city and main train station isn’t too far either. We walked from Salzburg Hpf with 3 luggages between the 2 of us. It’s very doable.
The room is exactly as shown in the pictures. Love that they have a coffee machine in the room. Towels were abundant and available in the self-service closet. (We had heard from friends who stayed at the other Numa hotel in Salzburg that they couldn’t get fresh towels because it was constantly taken up quickly, but we didn’t have that issue here)
The restaurant downstairs allowed us to bring our drinks up to the room. He was very relaxed about the glassware, just told us to return it when we left the next day or when we checked out of the hotel. My partner enjoyed unwinding the day with a cold glass of local draft beer.
There are a few steps at the entrance of the hotel, so if there’s heavy luggages or guests with mobility difficulties, it might be a slight inconvenience.
The room felt a little small for us, but it wasn’t a misrepresentation on their part. Perhaps people traveling with more than 2 luggages might consider getting a bigger room size.
Something that threw us off before we arrived was that the hotel sent us an email saying that there has been a security breach on their site and that guest information has been impacted. It wasn’t ideal as we had just done the check-in online prior to arrival and had to upload sensitive information like our passports on their site as well.
The email also stated that guests’ booking info such as dates of stay, etc were compromised. This made us a little worried at night especially because the rooms can’t be further secured from the inside. There aren’t any latches from the inside of the room on the door. And all rooms are opened solely from the outside via the PIN provided to us via email. To be honest, it made us feel a little paranoid.

Very well located, close enough to the historical centre yet far enough to avoid noise, Numa Mozart was an overall good place to stay. We liked the minimalist décor, the view of the mountains from our window, and in general how easy it was to book, check in and out and use the on-premise luggage storage. The eco-friendly cooling system was a pleasant surprise, too.
Little bit hard to get fresh air in the room, we visited during a heatwave so opening the windows wasn't very helpful, and due to the lack of air conditioning (and ventilation in the bathroom), the air was very humid. Our towels never got to dry, and when we went to fetch some new ones, there were only tiny ones left. Only a single roll of toilet paper, which was interesting for a longer stay, and impossible to get a new one. You have to go out with the trash yourself, but no extra bin bags were provided. Granted that we didn't contact the staff on WhatsApp to resolve any of this, but these things are quite standard at other hotels. Finally, 'd previously stayed at Numa Prague Flow, and was surprised to see that it was 40% cheaper in Prague, and with much better facilities than Numa Mozart in Salzburg.

Stunning room, clean outside and in the communal areas. Perfect. Facilities for locking luggage on your departure day after check out until 8pm!
Nothing at all we didn’t like!

Excellent location for exploring Salzburg.
Coffee machine at breakfast didn’t work properly

Only location is convenient and close to the center
This hotel operates with no on-site staff, meaning any issues take an unreasonably long time to resolve as you're forced to go through a chatbot first. During our five-day stay, there was no cleaning service at all, and email responses took several days.
The hotel should not be marketed as a 4-star property given the poor level of service. The breakfast was extremely underwhelming: limited to two types of cheese, two types of ham, and a few apples and oranges. At £20 per person, it’s simply unacceptable.
There’s no lounge or bar, and although there’s a restaurant on site, it’s independently operated and rarely open.
We’re now dealing with a refund that was supposed to be processed within 5–10 days of departure. Only today, well beyond that timeframe, did we receive confirmation that the process had begun, and even then, it’s for just a fraction of the agreed amount.
I strongly recommend reading recent reviews before booking. For the same price, you can likely find a hotel that offers proper facilities, regular cleaning, and actual staff support.

Clean and comfortable. We particularly liked the heated bathroom floor and the mini fridge.
Communication via What’s App was frustrating on occasions.

My room was great, the bed placement was very close to the bathroom door but was manageable. The bathroom was great, shower head amazing! Great location and so easy with digital pin!
It was clean, but the floor in my room was a little dirty. Was disappointed with breakfast options.

Brilliant. Comfy beds. Fast wifi. Nespresso machine. Close to everything. Given it is a 'no-contact' hotel it was very slick and seamless operation. Loved it and will be back!!
Nothing. All great.

Quite central
It is not a hotel it is run by a mobile app.
It was the loneliest most frustrating place to stay. It had no atmosphere and it was very difficult talking to what’s app to communicate your needs.
You go away to be without a phone not spend all your time asking a phone how to get breakfast! And then, complete a survey with yes/ no answers about the service. Dreadful! You can’t replace people with AI

The room was beautiful.
Quiet.
Need a sink in with the toilet not hygienic.
There was no information in the room about the facilities or surrounding area. We did not understand the cleaning regime so had to message constantly for help, spoiling our time.
Bathroom overflowing wet smelly towels. Bins overflowing, smelly in the heat.
We did not eat the breakfast ,2 people, it was awful poor choice, not what was shown on hotel advert. So we had to eat out costing money we hadn't budgeted for. We feel this money should be returned as a good wil gesture and we will remove it from the comments.
6.0 / 10.0
The hotel was close to shops, restaurants and attractions. The bed was big and comfortable and there were good curtains and blinds to block out the sun. Handy to be able to self check in and out.
We had to put the code for the door in 5-10 times each time before it would unlock the door, very annoying. The toilet and the shower/sink are separate, not shown in pictures. No cleaning/toilet roll restock for 6 night stay. Only one drawer for clothes and minimal storage. There is no built in AC but there is a plug in fan. The lift is tiny and very slow.

Very easy to get to from the airport (bus stop one minute away), and close to the main train station. The area is quiet but with plenty of restaurants nearby, and with the centre of Salzburg being relatively compact, this is within walking distance of the main sights. No staff on site but we communicated easily via messages. Would definitely return.

Everything. We had the large room with balcony and it’s beautiful. It’s large, spacious and well designed. Loved everything about it and absolutely every box is ticked. All the usual things are covered like comfy beds, great location and lovely shower but the decor is beautiful and also great selection of teas & coffees, Heated bathroom floors, blackout curtains + external electric blinds, lovely soft furnishings. It’s easy check in and out and everything is automated so don’t even need keys.

The area of town and the room layout
The floor was dirty. After taking a shower we had hair on our socks. We asked for toilet paper (2) times and the closet was never stocked with toilet paper. Someone came in our room and took are two dirty towels and only replaced one.

Location was good easy walking distance to the old town. Bed was comfortable. Storage lockers available for luggage if you wanted to use before check in or after checkout.
Bathroom was clean but not spotless. Didn’t like the automated messages generated on WhatsApp if there were any questions about the hotel. There was a baby cot in my small room despite not requesting one - this was never removed and took up a lot of space when I had luggage to store.

Room was big enough, bathroom was clean, a bit small. Bed was ok, it had elevator,
In the bathroom, there are hair conditioner and lotion.
check in was on line . They had coffee machine in the room, plus 1l water.
At night or early morning, it was loud.
The floor was not clean.
The blanket was too thick/warm.
Bathroom was too small.
Breakfast was expensive, 20 Euro per person.
For checkin I had to try sevral times, it didn't work a few times.
