The hotel and the room were comfortable and nicely decorated. The small, though adequate, bathroom meant that access to the shower would be difficult for a larger person or anyone with a disability. The location is very central: we walked everywhere. Very helpful, courteous and informed staff. The breakfast options were excellent. A little pricey but delicious.
A small matter. We understood a charge of 60 euros deposit would be placed on my credit card. However, we were surprised that this was per night: 180 euros. This is not clear on the booking form. At this point in our lives it is not significant but when we were younger and poorer, it might have been an issue.

The location was perfect, 5 mins away from the pedestrian and staff were extremely helpful and gave amazing recommendations for the city, where to eat what to do etc. my room was very clean and they had coffee and small little complimentary cakes to welcome me

Good location and staff responded well to issues with the room.
Room servicing to prepare the room was not great. Also, issues with the bedside lights that could not be resolved. It was fair but probably doesn't offer value for money compared to other properties in this price range.
