Great location, clean rooms.

Nice Hotel, the beds were very hard though and i woke up with very sore back.

A little bit expensive for what it was, but good location and nice clean rooms. The beds are very hard.

Loved being back in Salzburg

Breakfast was great. Staff at the hotel were very helpful. I was happy with the location, someone else might have wanted to be in the Old City, but I was happy. I walked from train station to hotel. I could get to city activities in 5". Tram was easily available for when I went out to Hellbrun. Loved being next to sister Imlauer Hotel with the roof top restaurant/bar. Went up there few times for cocktails

Very clean,close to Mirabel park,short walk from station,great breakfast,all youneedtohaveagreat stay in Salzburg restaurant on site,skybar nextdoor in Imhauer piffer, close to old town (2km 🚶‍♀️)

Lovely staff!

Very warm welcome. Got my dinner order in before kitchen closed and they brought it to my room. Enjoyed the minibar! Excellent breakfast. The portable crib was excellent and quite large (compared to US pack-and-play)

We didn’t know what time breakfast ended so missed it our second morning. A little worried about the heat coming from top of mini fridge (properly venting??)

Comfortable hotel, great location

Our room was exactly as pictured online. It was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The bathroom was large with a big walk-in shower and good toiletries. The staff were friendly and helpful. We were offered a choice of a room on the 4th floor with a city view or a 1st floor quiet room. We opted for quiet. It was peaceful. The location is great, approx 10 minutes walk from the rail station on a hot day. Similar distance to the Mirabelle gardens and 20 minutes to Salzburg old city.

the location was excellent with buses outside the hotel and the main train station 5 mins walk away. From 1 may 2025 tourists ride local public transport for free

the room had a large bath/shower, but no hand rail to hold onto to safely enter and exit the bath. Everything else was excellent.

We enjoyed our stay in Salzburg a lot, unfortunately the hotel was not up to standard

The location

The room was very dirty, due to renovations, when we arrived after a very tiring trip, we were told we could wait for the room to be cleaned, or we can get another room, which they were not too keen on. The floor of the room they first gave us was full of saw dust from the ongoing woodwork in the hotel. The water in the bathroom was not warm after 7pm at night. The bathroom door does not close properly and therefore cannot be locked. Staff at the hotel were extremely rude after we complained about the room. They actually made us feel unwelcome They blamed the dirty room on staff shortages because of the long weekend. I booked the room in December 2024. This is not an excuse, rather unprofessional Most of the staff at the restaurant were also rude when we complained that they served us a wrong drink, not what we ordered. I found the customer service really bad

we did struggle to get our luggage in as there was no staff help. Lift was not working during the checkout and we had to wall down 4 floors with all the luggage. staff was helpful in getting our luggage down or it would have been a nightmare.

We had only a day in Salzburg so we wanted to book a hotel which is near to the old town. Didnt realize this hotel is not, it was about 30mins walk away, it was near the train station though. Too near in fact, the railway was just outside our windows, there was quite a bit of noise from the rails.

Great stay!

I loved how there was plenty of space for all my family in the room. My kids lived having their own little sofa bed and being in a separate area of the room than their parents. We were able to walk from the train station to the hotel with all of our luggage without much effort.

The half glass shower pane didn't do much for keeping water from escaping the bathtub. There was an extra "energy fee" that I had to pay at checkout that wasn't disclosed when I checked in, but it wasn't a lot. I just feel like these things could be included in the base price for booking instead of nickel and dimed after the fact.

Hotel was at a really great location, walkable distance around the town square and main train station which was an additional bonus! Good at the hotel restaurant was really good, it’s a traditional Austrian restaurant which serves really authentic Austrian food.

Excellent Location….Excellent Hotel!

The location on the property in relation to the Bahnhof was perfect for us. Salzburg is a very walkable city and everything is near enough to reach east. The hotel was well appointed and very comfortable for us. We also made frequent use of the beer garden/restaurant and found the service and food excellent. Overall, I would rate the staff and hotel as excellent.
