Sweet hotel in Salzburg!

Loved the vintage building and the vibe of the hotel. Front desk staff was super helpful.

It was on a busy street but also super close to the train station and public transportation. Thankfully the windows were soundproof!

A great stay in Salzburg!

The hotel was perfect for us. We stayed here for a weekend (couple + 8 months old baby). At the booking we requested a cot in the room and as the room we booked was spacious enough, there was space for all of us including a baby stroller. The room was quite and clean, breakfast was very nice and we loved the location - close to the main station and to Mirabell palace and a nice walk to the city center. All the main bus lines are nearby as well and there are many restaurants to choose from. Overall a great stay at a lovely, cosy hotel.

Nothing too big, there were just a few small things: - As it was snowing outside, our room's floor got very dirty. The housekeeping did clean our bed but the floor was left quite dirty so our baby wasn't able to be on the floor. - We thought we might get a refill of coffee for the coffee kit but we didn't, we also didn't ask so it's nothing big, just a small detail that could have positively surprised us. Overall it's a great hotel and a safe choice.

Loved this hotel, was everything I wanted

I loved the convenience of the underground parking. The hotel was spotless and the rooms were warm and well appointed.

I would like to see breakfast being charged at a reasonable rate. Not everyone eats everything on offer. Coffee and croissant can’t cost £28

Great location, wonderful breakfast, clean rooms and would stay there again

They accommodated the booking changes seamlessly and able to get us rooms adjacent, which was great. Excellent breakfast and great selection of local foods. Also wide variety of gluten free options which we appreciated.

The cleaning of the room the first night was only towel exchange and we notified the front desk and they addressed it.

Every stay at this hotel feels incredibly cosy. The team is warm and welcoming, the rooms and interiors are beautifully designed and spotless, and the breakfast offers a great mix of healthy, local, and international options. A truly lovely place to stay

Expensive and disappointing

Location was fairly good and staff were nice.

Initially the hotel felt lovely but over the days it became apparent that there was little value for money. I spent a lot of money on the room and felt things should have been better. I requested some water be refilled in the room after our first night and was told that I’d have to buy that. Understandable in a budget hotel but not at the cost I paid. Our last night after the room was cleaned there was a rag left in the bathroom on top of our products and the beds weren’t made up properly. Towards the end of the stay it was almost as though “they are leaving it doesn’t matter”. Towels were also tatty with lose threads and holes. We also had to have cold showers on our last morning as there was no hot water. Sadly it wasn’t made easy to contact the hotel reception with issues as there wasn’t a phone in the room, so to be able to contact reception once in your room you either had to go down (not ideal in shower situation) or phone from your mobile - not great when travelling over seas and have call restrictions. I was celebrating my birthday and told the hotel this, nothing was done to mark the occasion which would have been nice (based again on how much I’d paid) but worse all of the above made it a rather disappointing stay. It’s pretending to be something it’s not, more high end that it actually is.

Fresh, clean, modern & homely hotel, with excellent proximity to train/bus station. Brilliant staff!

Absolutely wonderful and welcoming staff on reception as soon as we arrived, and were very helpful throughout. We were offered a complimentary room upgrade which was a lovely surprise. The hotel and room itself were very clean, fresh and modern - I'm pretty sure it's only opened recently because everything looked so new. Room facilities covered all the bases - with a kettle for making tea/coffee, water and Mozart chocolates (a nice touch!), some extra toiletry bits in the bathroom. There is also a cosy bar/lounge by the entrance. The breakfast bar is very spacious and homely. The location of the hotel is super convenient, being only 10 minutes walk away from the main Salzburg train and bus station.

Only small notes that we would mention is there seemed to be a lack of ventilation in the toilet (the toilet and shower are separate). The buffet selection at breakfast could be more varied.

Trendy, design hotel to explore Salzburg from!

Impeccably designed, clean hotel. I was really wow-ed when I walked into the lobby, and into our room. The value for money is incredible, and we quite enjoyed staying outside of the touristy Salzburg centre! The walks back to our hotel each night were welcomed after evenings of beer & carbs.

Clean well situated hotel for Salzburg city break.

Well situated hotel close to main train station and several bus stops. Hotel provided a guests card which allowed travel on public transport which was very helpful. Room was clean and comfortable. Small gym was also good for a workout. Short walk to the old town.

Fantastic Hotel - Love everything about it!

Great location: 5-10 minute walk from the railway station, close to shops & bus stop (Rainerstraße, near corner with Elisabethstraße), restaurants (5 minute walk to Braurestaurant IMLAUER which was fantastic) Facilities: Breakfast (buffet style) was fantastic every day with a wide assortment of food available. In addition there were some options to order breakfast (eggs benedict, Austrian pancakes, Omelet were all fantastic!) Bar: Lovely place to sit & enjoy a drink inside or out. We were lucky to get some live music in the bar area as part of the ‘Take the A-Train’ music festival as well. Serve Pinsa as a quick & easy dinner option if you don’t want to go out. Room: Clean & comfortable. The bed was perfect - not too soft or firm & the pillows were great too - one thick & one thin! Staff: All were wonderful, friendly & accomodating

Extremely pathetic stay. The hotel staff is very rude. Do not recommend this hotel for a family

The breakfast was average. But the staff at the restaurant were not at all polite. They were rude and had an attitude.

The staff at the reception was extremely rude. The hotel room had no intercom service, which I feel is basic. If we have to call or inform the reception about anything, we had to walk all the way to the reception.

Clean and very good breakfast. You may order an omelette and have breakfast in the garden.

There was a major issue with getting out of the parking. I had to ask the receptionist to open the parking gate every time I needed to drive out. Even after mentioning this issue at check-out, the staff at the front desk did not open the gate as promised, and my wife had to physically go back and ask again. Far from the city centre.

We stayed in the two bedroom with balcony and loved it for our family of five. The hotel was beautiful, clean, close to the train station and offered great amenities like a we'll equipped gym and sauna.

It isn't in a very pretty part of town but it does feel safe.

The drive to the Hotel,, well I thought I botched the location, but how could I,.. Anyway,, the location was good,, the driver just took us a round about away. Only 600 Meters from two of our main stops so not too bad at all. I only ask for a coffee machine,, but apart from this the room was fantastic and the staff were lovely. The fresh water on arrival in the lobby,, seems to be the trend in Salzburg and this Hotel took it to another level with a fresh natural flavour each day. The Hotel was a simple walk to the train Station with our luggage so. big tick.

Good for a short stay

The interior of the hotel is pretty. Everything was new and modern. The staff was nice and accommodative.

They close the AC every night at 10 pm, but if you ask them to turn it on they would. Don’t expect deep cleaning and a super tidy room from housekeeping. For example, I had left the used disposable lenses cover next to the bathroom sink and it wasn’t thrown away (it is obvious that it is disposable). Also, we drank coffee from both mugs, but only one was cleaned, the other was kept beside the bed table as it is.

it was very close to the Railway Station . Also walking distance to many attractions. you have nearby shops for your daily essentials like BILLA. Room was comphy and spacious for 3 people . it was nice experience and would love to visit again.
