Poor service.

As a seasoned traveller, I cannot give a good assessment of the hotel. There are serious shortcomings when it comes to cleanliness. We took over the room with yellow drips on the toilet seat, and the glasses were also very substandard. Check-in is slow despite advance booking. Parking spaces are in public areas and are limited in number, with the hotel charging extra for its own parking spaces. Which is almost mandatory because of the congested and signposted public space described earlier. As a bonus, they wanted to charge me (drinks ordered from the bar) for consumption that we did not drink/order. This was poor in this form.

Comfortable convenient rooms close to great public transport.

Good location. Able to walk to most tourist locations but very accessible to Public Transport. We were given passes for free public transport during our stay. Very comfortable rooms. Staff were very helpful.

No Laundry Facilities. Luggage storage didn't seem very secure. Breakfast not really value for money.

All was good, except I booked three rooms with view but was put on the ground floor and first floor. Didn’t see any view

Close to the main station and easy walk to buses to catch to old town. The room was clean and the best is the neighborhood is quiet.

I enjoyed the breakfast, staff were courteous and friendly.

The dark ceiling made the room dark and gloomy. The lighting wasn't bright enough to offset the dark ceiling. There were no drawers to place your garments, only open shelving.

Fabulous winter market weekend

Super Hotel a short bus ride from the airport and 20 mins walk into the centre of Salzburg old town. Would definitely recommend.

Please put more lights in the bedrooms! It was very cosy, but very dark.

Fab stay!

Very clean and modern. Room was a perfect size and the bathroom was lovely. Really great shower. Staff were amazing as well - Sonny was great and really helpful. 3-4 minute walk from a bus stop to take you into the old town which was great.

OK after the flood

Staff pleasant, close to train station

First night there shower backed up flooding our room with water. Pleasant front desk employee mopped it by hand which of course took some time. We tried to speak with a manager 3 times over the next 2 days seeking some tiype of consideration and they were never there.

Reasonable room size but bad reception people/manner

The reception guy is always a bad face and no manner of politeness, even after I spent eight nights there, and he never said "hello" or "thank you" or "goodbye" once.

- 24h frontdesk, no problem with check-in late at night - good location close to the railway station, as well as to the Salzach river, for a nice walk to the old town. The hotel surroundings are very quiet. - clean, comfy, well equipped (ironing board and iron available by default in the room)

- some device (likely AC) made weird random sounds, also at night

A home from home to rest your weary feet

The room was very comfortable, spotless with daily room service. A ideal place to come back to after long days walking all around Salzburg. The hotel is about 20 min leisurely and scenic walk along the river to the main interest points. We very much liked our 5 nights stay

Staff excellent - the main reason why this rating but various issues needs urgent attention

Bed and pillow good and I had some good sleep. Shower pressure good. Location accessible given the price compared to other hotels in Salzburg. Staff good, especially Eva who is at the front desk, kind and helpful (respond to my questions as much as she could). She even gave me some suggestions after returning with a twisted foot when returning from a day trip. If not for the staff I can only give no more than 8/10 instead of the current rating due to various issues.

For my first room, one of the light near the bed is not working (not well attached to the wall), for the second room (staff offered me to change the room), the light under the sink in the bathroom is not working (this time I didn’t change due to it’s on my last day). Breakfast okay but expect more varieties. The housekeeping team keep forgetting to send me the complimentary bottles of water everyday (When check in, I was told by the front desk I should have the water), but the staff at the front desk does give me when asked.

Lovely Hotel in Slazsburg.

The room was very nice. Very spacious and the bed was extremely comfortable, and pillows were comfortable. The hotel is in a lovely neighborhood. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Quite satisfaction

The location is quite near the Salzburg HBF and main river so we can walk and run to the center of the city. The hotel is quite clean and the room is enough for me and my wife

Breakfast was very good. Good variety, including an omelette if one so desired.

The building has apparently been finished for less than a year, and I was told it was built quickly. I also observed it was a modular build. The functionality of the air conditioning system was very poor, and I had to change rooms because of an issue with my first room. One member of staff was not truthful in her response to me. Believe me, normally I don't use AC, but on hot days in Salzburg in July, on the top level, cooling was needed to get to sleep.

Lovely staff, left a personal (handwritten) birthday message for my mum and gave us complimentary drinks in the mini bar. A nice new, modern hotel. Games, books and magazines in the main bar area. Nice selection of breakfast options.

The staff was very accomodating, the room was clean and the hotel had a really nice interior. It is a little bit far from center (about 20 minutes of walking) but it was near the train station and a shopping mall.

There was not enough hotel parking spaces. Also, the staff needs better barista traing.
