Everything, from location to facilities was excellent. Parking a little expensive.

Everything was great. The location is a short walk from the city center and the old city. The apartments are very spacious, well-decorated and cozy, and very clean. A lot of storage/cupboard space and enough places to hang coats and towels. The fitness and sauna are also well-equipped and very clean, so is the relaxation spot. The staff is friendly, and helpful when asking questions about city recommendations, moving around and other things. The bar is quite nice and the cocktails are absolutely EXCELLENT.

The one thing I would have to point out is that the parking garage is a little bit expensive (25EUR/night). If you book an apartment, an additional thing is that the portable stove in the kitchen only has space for one pan. If you like making your own meals as I do, this is a little bit inconvenient.

An enjoyable and relaxing stay in a beautifully designed apartment

The venue is easily reachable on foot from the main rail station - it took us maximally 10 minutes of leisurely walk, is close to the river banks and bridges, close to the Altstadt and has excellent transport connections. There is a kind of commercial center (Kiesel) with a big Billa right across from it, a Shell tank station with an express Billa too, it is close to two very nice book stores - one for kids. We had a studio facing the inner yard and with a big balcony. The studio had everything needed inside (towels, extra blankets, kitchenware, microwave, stove, water heater). It has a very beautiful design and it is cosy. We were able to check in almost an hour early, which was very helpful. Breakfast was also great. We will definitely book this place again when visiting Salzburg.

Great place to stay, would recommend!

Great location, close to the city centre. We had a lovely apartment, the bed was really comfortable and the bathroom was a good size. The staff were friendly and super helpful.

Would have preferred separate shampoo/conditioner/body wash as opposed to everything in one. Would have been useful to have a mirror in the bedroom for getting ready.

We really loved the apartment. The location, the amenities, the cleanliness, the cleaning staff were friendly and always smiling!

1. We found the apartment to be very warm. 2. We came back one day and found our apartment unlocked and worse still ajar. Possibly by the cleaning crew after they cleaned it the apartment.

Beautifully styled, plenty of space and comfortable beds. Bar downstairs had great wine and was easy to relax in. Staff very helpful and friendly.

Very modern newly built apartment house beside the historical hotel. Easy to reach by car with perfect underground parking. 5min walking from the Salzburg Hbf. Stylish and spacious apartment with super large balcony. All necessary kitchen facilities for preparing your own breakfast (stove, microwave oven, fridge, dishwasher, toaster). 1km walking to the old city center.

Our stay was great, friendly and helpful staff made even more pleasant.

The breakfast was substantional with high quality products. The location is absolutely perfect for visiting both the historical center of the city and Saltzkammergut. Salzburg Guest Mobility Ticket turned out to be an unexpected and impressive bonus!

Lovely apartment; would absolutely recommend it; will stay here again!

Excellent apartment, the place is so much better in person than what the pictures show. The hotel should take much better pictures of the apartment to show the size of the space and the comfortable amenities. It was SO nice! So spacious, huge balcony, lovely kitchen, nice dining area, lovely bedrooms, big bathroom, separate toilet, spacious bedrooms, but the absolute best was the central air conditioning and heating, which we have NEVER seen in ALL our years of travel and staying all over Europe! We had a wonderful time here as a family, and we would absolutely stay here again!

The water pressure in the shower could be much stronger. Also, we paid for late check out, but the door key had stopped working at the usual time instead of the later time. Thank goodness one of us was in the apartment till the end while the others had gone out, but other than that, it was a wonderful, wonderful stay!

The gym was a little lackluster. Needs an elliptical or treadmill. Upon closer inspection my floor was pretty dirty in one of my rooms. There is no one really who will help you take bags to room.

we stayed for 5 nights and the shower clogged for 5 nights, all 5 adults had been inconvenienced. even after logging in the defect, the fault was not resolved and no updates from staff. even after repeated feedback the following day, no one checked on us, service level could be better

Frühstück sollte 27€ p.Person kosten (zu teuer, nicht genommen). Parken 1 Nacht 25€ war teuer. Für digitale Steuerung der Heizung/Klimaanlage sollte unbedingt eine Anleitung bereitgestellt werden. Es fehlt eine Kanne in der Küchenaussteattung.

Wunderbar. wir kommen wieder

Die Gartensuite war wunderschön und ein Erlebnis für meine 6jährige Tochter. Die gesamte Anlage scheint sehr neu zu sein, wunderbar sauber. Die Lage und Verkehrsanbindung war hervorragend, auch nahegelegene Restaurants waren sehr gut. Absolut ruhiges Zimmer - haben unsere Nachbarn nie gehört :) (hab ich so in einem Hotel noch nie erlebt) Super freundliches Personal

Die Suite war einwenig hellhörig wegen der Raumhöhe.

Bel endroit au design soigné proche du centre historique, qui mériterait un peu plus d’entretien et de calme pour un séj

La proximité du centre ville, le parking, la literie, le design du lieu et de l’appartement.

Les moisissures dans le bac à douche, les cheveux sur le carrelage, aucun passage du service de chambre nettoyage pendant 3 jours, le manque de vaisselle pour prendre un petit déjeuner ni de torchon dans le coin cuisine et surtout le bruit des déplacements des personnes vivant dans le logement de service au dessus de nos têtes dès 6h30 du matin.

Trotz mehrfacher Hinweise und auch Beschwerden war der Roomservice eine absolute Katastrophe, sei es Handtuchwechsel, Nassreinung und alles andere....einfach nur mehr als mangelhaft ...überall gebrauchte Gläser übersehen, volle Aschenbecher auf dem Balkon jeden zweiten Tag.....der Balkon trotz mehrfachfacher Beschwerden voller Taubenkot.....und als Krönung lag der Apple LapTop nach der Reinigung zerbeult auf dem Boden.....trotz Beschwerde bei der Geschäftsleitung......KEINE Reaktion
