Nice place to stay, clean, spacious and great location

Good location, nice spacious rooms

The bidet wasnt working, soap wasnt refilled in our bathroom so we had to the soap dispenser attached to the wall in the bath. We didnt raise it as we only stayed one night.

Excellent!

Nice room , breakfast & great dinner at the roof top restaurant. Just some minutes away walking from the train station. Very friendly staff as well , we had a small issue with the bill but it was solve in a minute! Thanks to the very professional young man at reception, I'm sorry i didn't catch his name!

The rooms are quite spacious Location is ok

• The rooms feel outdated and worn. • No coffee machine in the room, which is disappointing considering the very high price. • The room did not meet the expectations for the cost.( no coffee machine etc.) • The bathroom design is impractical and inconvenient. • Very early morning activity underneath the hotel. • Loud voices from workers made it difficult to rest properly.

Great if u want a comfortable stay and east on the pocket

Staff at the front desk was very helpful, hotel has everything, rooms category comfortable, 3 min taxi from station salzburg hbf or a 10 min walk if u have easy luggage. hotel diagonally opposite Mirabell Platz garden and tons of cafe and restuarants. Walk of 1.5/15 min kms to main xmas market and city centre but yeah very east walk and great loafing around.

Location. Room was huge! Very quiet. Restaurant / rooftop bar is rated as one of top 3 in the City! The bed was very comfortable, the staff were very friendly/professional and spoke excellent English. I would stay there again. About 4 blocks away is a great neighborhood full of restaurants n bars n shops. It was a 5 block walk to the old city or the trolly was a 2 stop ride to the walking bridge into the old City. They had good parking

Centrally located, well-known traditional hotel. Clean, nice staff. Parking in a parking garage one block away from the hotel is convenient (cost 25 Euro/night).

Room is a bit on the pricey side, considering the standard-type interior. Sky Bar-Restaurant is overrated in my opinion: food (breakfast and dinner) is expensive for the quality. Better head out into town for both.

It was clean and extremely quiet, which is crucial for a relaxing stay. Everything I had for breakfast was delicious (except coffee from the coffee machine which was poor). The view from the balcony at breakfast was just as promised - beautiful.

At check-in, the man at reception wasn’t particularly friendly, rather neutral. It was my wife’s birthday. The hotel refused to offer a discount (which is ok), but a small gesture in the room (one flower) would have been nice. Instead, there was no reaction at all, which felt strange. The photos of the room certainly looked much better than the reality. The rooms were decorated quite plainly, with no interesting details to create any atmosphere The pillows were uncomfortable, feeling as if they were filled with old or cheap material. For a good night’s sleep, I’d recommend bringing your own.

Great central location in Salzburg. Close to the train station and walking distance to St Peter’s. Great rooftop bar and restaurants around. Staff were friendly. Rooms were comfortable and good size as advertised. Able to use the sauna was a good way to end the day.

Good, with a couple of reservations

Good bed and lighting. Fridge, safe, storage spaces, TV and kettle all welcome.

Most aspects were fine, pleasant room (but see below) and the front desk team was very helpful (particular thanks to Marata and Kirsten). Just two issues. First, we were happy to go along with the 'no room cleaning' (environmental) option most days, but the downside was that on the days we had no room cleaning we had to ask separately for tea bags and milk and on the two days we asked for room cleaning the same thing happened and also, mugs, glasses and spoons were removed. The second point is that showers in baths are hard enough to negotiate for older people, especially when there are no support bars to help climbing in and out. Oh, and the water pressure was so low that the shower barely reached the body.

This hotel exceeded my expectations. I would like to comment how pleased I was with the service provided by the staff at this wonderful hotel! The staff was very friendly and accommodating. This hotel is conveniently located for all the main tourist attractions of Salzburg. And the best part is the beautiful view of the old town, including Festung Hohensalzburg, from the hotel window! (The night view is even more special.) I was also very satisfied with the welcome champagne at the rooftop bar and the free minibar in the room. I want to stay at this hotel for our next trip to Salzburg.

Underground parking offsite not easy to reach. Room was tiny, with outdated furniture. Bathroom was minuscule with no space to place toiletries. Bit dissapointed...

We extended an extra night with same ecpectation as we enjoyed our room & nearby attractions + breakfast.

The food was good both breakfast and dining (had lunch at the bar & dinner at the restaurant), however the staff were not attentive and unprofessional resulting in poor service for a quality restaurant.

Great Convenient Stay in Salzburg

An elegant hotel, well-located within walking distance of the city center. The staff were welcoming, friendly, and helpful. Our room was clean, spacious, and well-equipped, featuring a very comfortable bed and efficient ventilation. Parking is available within a five-minute walk.

The toilet was a little cramped and tight, which I think was due to the bathtub taking up space.

The location is fantastic, the Staff go above and beyond at every level. The restaurants were all amazing. The gym facilities were perfect. It happened to be my birthday while I was there and I came back to a little cake and birthday wishes in my room.

City Break.

Lovely hotel. Warm welcome from the staff particularly Danielle the receptionist who couldn’t do enough for us.Room upgrade was a very nice surprise.Room was spotlessly clean with large comfortable bed. Shower great. Breakfast was tasty and plentiful. Sky Bar is a wonderful spot and the views are fantastic.

Inviting hotel within walking distance of the train station and to Salzberg;s Old Town (Altstad).

My hotel room and the hotel itself were exceptionally clean. A shower/ bath was provided. The restaurant is conveniently located on the top floor of this hotel and their food is exceptional. The staff were friendly and shared good information during my stay. Loved seeing the Christmas Markets in and around Old Town.

I was a solo traveler. Because of this stay, I've started verifying my room size before booking to ensure it meets my expectations. Prices here and Austria in general were higher which caused me to expect a bit more.
