Great location, good value for money

Very good location close to the old town. Staff were all friendly and helpful. The room is basic, but just what we needed and clean.

The room was a little hot and stuffy and no matter how low we set the climate control, we couldn't make it comfortable to sleep in.

Disgusting stay!

The firm bed

my room's shower does not have water. I feedback to the hotel via message at 730pm to inform them but was told to go back to the reception to solve the issue. Went back around 10pm, waited for the hotel staff to check my shower, was told yes the toilet has no hot water but he has to change shift and had to wait till 11pm for the new shift people to come and change a room for me. But what was shocking was i got a smaller room, i couldnt even walk across my bed, the toilet has a huge spider, lots of spider webs.

Excellent professional staff. 10 min walk to old town. Hop on hop off bus stop outside hotel and also bus to and from airport number 10. Very quiet, 24 hr bar, restaurants and local bars near.

Needs updating, looking tired old fashioned. Wires hanging out, sales sticker still on fridge. Room was freezing cold when we came, took a few hours to heat up.

Disappointed

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location was great to explore old town, visit the fortress, and see all of the things we wanted to see!

The room itself was pretty outdated and dirty. We had holes in the walls, no outlets or plug ins next to the bed, and the shower was pretty dingy and dirty. It just wasn’t what I expected for what we paid for the room. I was disappointed.

Room was large, very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was very good with lots of variety and plentiful. Staff were always pleasant and helpful

The location is the main reason to book this hotel. It is within walking distance to the city center but not in the crowd. Parking garage is available and staff is very friendly and helpful.

The parking places in the underground garage are limited and not guarantied. It was the first time in many years when the parking was full and we had to find a parking place nearby.

Hotel within walking distance of the centre and away from the tourist routes

Convenient location close to the city centre and yet still a little off the main tourist routes. The centre can be reached via a pedestrian tunnel in about 5 minutes. Breakfasts are fine. Advantage is the possibility of parking directly at the hotel, although there is a little narrower entrance to the garage, but it can be managed with a larger car.

Hotel near city center

Great location near the city center, everything close by. If private parking is full, you can use public which entrance is right before the hotel (tbh its much more comfortable and cost 24 EUR per 24 hours, hotel parking 19 EUR).

Tbh the staff at the reception wasn’t very friendly and helpful (the men, women were okay). If asking for something they were like very annoyed, maybe didn’t understand english or Idk. But even though our stay was fine.

First overnight while travelling with family

The location and the practicality of the late check in and the parking place. Room was comfortable and OK in terms of space. The TV has the casting option which is a must with kids.

There is only breakfast option in the hotel. During the rest of the day there is no food alternatives. I asked for a knife to cut the pizza we ordered outside for dinner and there was none in the hotel available at that time.

Great location and hotel for a short stay.

Great location, only a short walk to town through the tunnel. The hotel is tidy, the rooms are an adequate size. It also has a small rooftop terrace. The only downside was the noise from cars racing outside and beeping their horns on the weekend. This would probably not be too bad if you could close the windows but the room (209) was unbearably hot as the AC is controlled centrally, so the window needs to be open all day and night. (I did mention this to reception who advised us to keep the windows open)

Very comfortable, spacious and clean room. Just a short 5min easy walk to Salzburg center and tourist attractions. Very friendly and helpful staff (Many thanks to Mr.Yiorgos especially) Would definitely stay here again
