The room and garage

We phoned twice to the reception asking for two extra pillows each time the receptionist telling us that they will get them but in reality the pillows never arrived!

Amazing, highly recommended.

Location was quite central, close to the Train station and 15min walk to the old town. Had a variety of choices for breakfast and also included a English Breakfast. The breakfast venue provides a picturesque view of Salzburg, the Train Station, the Fortress. The rooms are clean tidy and luggage storage is free once you check out. Highly recommend.

Super convenient location

Location was super convenient - right next to the major train station where we arrived from Munich, short walk to the sound of music tour and we got the train from the same station to Vienna afterwards. Really recommend staying.

Modern hotel close to train station and old town.

Location to Bahnhof. A very new building -modern amenities.Easy walk to the old town. Fantastic view from 12th floor in a corner room. The corner room has extra space compared to the standard room. No noise from the street. Great bar on 14th floor. Friendly reception.

The bed was too firm for me. Maybe add an extra chair instead of a stool.

Spacious clean and great service

The room was great. We had 180 degree views of city, train lines and mountains. The rooms are quiet, clean and spacious. The mini bar is complimentary. Breakfast is good and parking was free. The area near the station looks a little dubious but we had no problems. Plenty of local supermarkets and shops as well as restaurants. The bar staff are outstanding. We went up to the bar on a couple of occasions and really enjoyed it

Location was great. The gents at the reception were very helpful and nice.

Room was so hot the cleaner must of put the temp up all the way cause it took forever to cool down, left the room door open. No soap in the shower, coffee machine water tank needed a clean. The ladies at reception were rude and had attitude.

The location was superb. Close to the station for our arrival and departure by train. Our room was amazing! Superb views of the city from all 3 sides, and we loved the floor to ceiling windows. The gym was a great added bonus, and the rooftop bar also made a great place to spend some time.

Disappointing

Location

Highly unprofessional and unfriendly staff specially the lady at the checkout. The rooms were not cleaned thoroughly and no response after complaining. We were a group with a baby. They messed up our booking and later acted like it was our mistake.

Great, modern hotel with stunning views!

The hotel is modern with beautiful views of the city and its surroundings, it is definitely worth taking rooms on the upper floors. Breakfast, although not cheap, is on the 15th floor of the building with an excellent panoramic view of the city. Located next to the train station and, considering the size of Salzburg, it is easy to get everywhere on foot, public transport is also available nearby. Our room had a great, modern ventilation system that worked perfectly and overall there was a great climate, which served for an excellent sleep!

From the design, the only downside is that the toilet only has a pot and the sink is in the combined shower/hallway room, but otherwise a great hotel.

Great location if you need the train station.otherwise you will experience in full the negative side of Europe

Not a touristic location, the bed is not very comfortable.the shower is rediculously located. Location of hotel 7. Room 8.view to the trains 8.bed 6.shower 5. Breakfast 8 cheeses meat pastries some vegetables and fruits. No omlet or special dishes. Scrambled eggs. Nice bread options. More than average variety.

Business hotel near train station, not in tourist area but not far?

Central location near rail station. Smart elegant hotel, upper level room light and airy, and near to 14/15 floor bar and breakfast rooms.

Hotel electrics old..no USB sockets for phone/pads. Location bit far (10-15 min walk) from scenic old town. No local restaurants if want to stay close at night, nothing at station.

Modern, but with limitations

Good location, it was always clean, modern, nice shower, good linnen and very clean. Main bed was comfortable

The sofa bed was terrible. We were in 3, my parents slept on main bed and I slept on the sofa bed. I woke up all days with my back hurting a lot. The problem is the division that was right on the back (pic attached). Even a sofa bed from Ikea is not that bad.

We were little put off the room was without water boiler /cooker for coffee and hot chocolate. Especially in winter country. Anyway everything else is perfect. They did give us free beer and cola each day. Check in was super smooth. Staff all very friendly and professional.

Big and clean room with extraordinary view

Carpark is a plus - safe and just below the hotel. The room is big with extraordinary view. Very good location - just next to the train station and not far away from major attractions. You can choose to walk around or take the tram / bus for just a few stops. The staff is very helpful too.

A modern, very interesting hotel with a breathtaking view of the city with friendly staff

We had a beautiful suite on the 13th floor with a panoramic view of Salzburg with its castle ♥️ The hotel has an absolutely amazing location. The hotel has a sauna with a perfect shower, a gym and a stocked bar and coffee machine included in the price. There is a very fast elevator and breakfast on the 15th floor with a breathtaking view of the entire city. There is an equally magical bar on the 14th floor.

I don't like the open shower solution here.

Very good stay

It was a comfortable & spacious room , very clean , nice decoration,nice view from medium level,great location for both who has a car or for one who wants to use public transportation.

An excellent value for a great night's sleep!

The hotel is perfectly situated at the Hauptbahnhof, making travel effortless. The sleek silhouette of the building stands out, making it easy to find while walking. The staff is superbly friendly, the rooftop bar was such a nice touch, and the room was modern, comfortable, and quiet. Overall, this hotel surpassed our expectations, and I wholeheartedly recommend them for those travelling by bus or train.

Bring your own toiletries; the shampoo is a body wash/face wash/shampoo combination, which dries my hair out terribly. The room is a bit cozy, but nothing insurmountable!

Great location

Location was great, next to the train station and about 15 minutes walk to the center, shops and cafes were right downstairs so this was a great advantage. I liked the room, it was really comfortable and AC was great. The staff were accommodating and helped me change the rooms so I can have the two rooms close to each other.

The room wasn’t perfectly clean. Upon checking in, we found used items in bathroom’s trash can from the previous guest. The room lacked slippers and kettles which you have to ask the reception to provide. The kettle were given as a loan and I had to pay €20 deposit, which is a bit annoying.
