Perfect location just hesitate just book, the room was so beautiful!

This property was so beautiful and the location is perfect!!!!! The breakfast was special also especially listening to classical music while enjoying our food. Truly you could not fault our stay we loved it very very much. The young joy that served us breakfast was just a delight it was lovely to see thank you

Don’t hesitate best hotel in old town!

The location, staff and the room!!! Breakfast was so beautiful while listening to classic music was a huge treat, the young man who served us this morning but a pure delight for breakfast

Excellent but slightly spoiled at the end.

Check in was very good and room was good. Very clean and comfortable bed and decor. The breakfast room, quality of staff and cold buffet choice were wonderful and we very much enjoyed breakfast every day. The location just off Mozart Platz was very good and we walked all around the Old Town and nearby city during all four days.

The only downside was that from Arrival though to the day before departure, we asked if a takeaway breakfast would be possible as the restaurant opens at 7.30 and we were leaving by 7am latest. We were able to get the day manager who arrives at 6am to book us a taxi to the airport but alas no breakfast was forthcoming. We were told that bread and croissants would be 'another 5 minutes' which was no good to us as the taxi was arriving. Sadly we left with nothing, which after such a good stay was a disappointment.

The location was perfect! Bang opposite the christmas market. A 300-year-old building with modern amenities; what else can anyone ask for.

The elevator, being extremely small. However, it is understandable, considering the building is apparently 300 years old.

Second visit, what a lovely hotel this is - had a cosy single room with everything you could need and a lovely breakfast before going to have a look at Salzburg. Amazing location for sightseeing, easy trip from the train station (hotel gave very clear directions). I hope to visit again!

Enjoyable stay in Salzburg!

My Mom and I stayed here during our trip to Salzburg. The hotel was very accommodating about us needing twin beds. The location is perfect! Very easy walk to the main square and close to the river. Breakfast was great! Staff is also very nice. The AC was fabulous and the beds were comfortable! Definitely recommend!

Great location

The location is brilliant, you will be right in the middle of the best location for Salzburg to see most things. Breakfast was really tasty but as we had a dog we couldn’t take him to breakfast so they very helpfully let us take a tray back to our room. Thank you so much to the morning breakfast staff

Park is a little tricky, you need a passcode to get in to the location and then park your car after. Easy once you know how….

I was appalled by the state of the bathroom towels which were small, grey, thin, hard and just too old. More appropriate for a student flat. There are no hooks in the bathroom to hang anything ! 8/10 for breakfast, mostly nice, but the pastries were mass produced somewhere else (? SPAR) quite a few days ago. Not a good look for an Austrian Hotel ?

Perfect place to stay in Salzburg...

Perfect place to stay in Salzburg... Best meals in restaurants right next to the hotel! Parking easy in a main carpark not too far away and a discount from the hotel if you pay them rather than feed the machine. Used a bus to go to the Zoo and did all the sites... We found that Austria and Salzburg is a wonderful place and will return!!

Horse carriage rides did not run every day possibly due to a big central main event being setup so we missed out...

Perfect location to explore Salzburg

Excellent location within walking distance of all the attractions on both sides of the river. Fabulous breakfast every morning with a great selection of cold meats, cheeses, salads , breads etc plus a bottomless pot of excellent coffee. Staff were very helpful with advice on sights and places to see.

The towels in the bathroom were small, thin and worn . I would have liked a more luxurious fluffy towel to use after my shower.

Cozy boutique hotel in perfect location

Perfect location, wonderful breakfast.

The first night was quite stuffy, and the air conditioner wasn’t working. The desk clerk said he would send someone to fix it but he never did. Luckily the next two nights were cooler.

A very wonderful hidden gem in Salzburg… Please only tell nice people

This is a very nice, very clean and well appointed hotel in Central Salsburg. Perfect for the discerning customer who wants to have the best time in this wonderful city. The hotel is very clean and very tidy and is friendly and well run precisely because it is not part of one of those big horrible chains that we like to avoid at all costs!

Excellent hotel, well priced for the value.

Lovely quaint hotel within the Old Town of Salzburg. Walking distance to transportation and key site. Small establishment with a very attentive staff. Rooms were recently renovated, very clean with fine linens on the beds. Decor was modern with a touch of old time European. Breakfast was included, which was more than abundant included breads, pastries, meats, eggs, cereal, a typical German breakfast. We traveled as a family and voted that this was the best stay of our weeklong trip.

Sorry that we could not stay longer.
