Location was unsurpassed, right in the middle of the sightseeing. The staff was excellent: very friendly, eager to help.
Our room was the top of the line, standard rooms were probably more modest, but I am confident comfortable and everything was very clean.
Try the hotel restaurant, it is very good. Make the reservation.
Not sure, would have to think

The hotel is right in the middle of the old town. It is very convenient to all the tourists attractions. It is also near the place where Salzburg’s Oktoberfest is held. The hotel is surrounded by old charming buildings, narrow laneways. The front desk staff was very friendly and answered all the questions we posted.
The breakfast was average. Sometimes it is hard to navigate back to the hotel with all the tourists joining the Oktoberfest festivities.
