Gorgeous room, fantastic location, and great customer service.

Great size, people wrote in previous reviews that I saw saying that it was small. But that was not the case at all. Our bathroom alone was the size of some standard hotel rooms. We couldn’t have been happier. Bonus points for the amazing housekeeping.

Really beautiful cosy little apartment

Really beautiful cosy little apartment - we stayed in the Solo Attic room. All packed in small little space. Comfy bed, smart TV, coffee machine. Easy check in. Very quiet. Good location.

Cozy but nice

Property is close to the Main Street and offered umbrellas at the door. Room was cozy and very comfortable. Bathroom was modern and clean.

Overall we were happy with the accommodation.

The rooms are well maintained and look to be recently renovated. The room we had was small but set up to take the best advantage of the space. The shower was really nice. We are always pleased when the room has a coffee machine, and here a kettle and fridge are also provided.

We were not aware that the property doesn't have an elevator. The stairs are narrow and winding which makes carrying the bags upstairs a challenge. This was even more difficult for us as we were travelling with a young baby and had to take the pram up two flights of stairs.

Comfy cosy room

Check in was very easy. The room is small but clean and comfortable. 15 min walk from train station. Tram/bus stop outside. Very good location.

No hooks to hang up your towels. The pillows were too flat for us.

Really lovely place near the centre

It is a lovely hotel, very pretty and sooo comfy! They really have an eye for detail and the bathroom was amazing. Not too far from the centre. Would recommend!

It was really hot.. We turned off every heater we could and left the windows open as long as possible, but using the airco in october just seemed too silly.

Nice modern decor and clean but to compact for the price

The hotel was a straight shot to old town, very walkable. The room was modern and as expected however the ceiling height is shorter than anticipated.

Compact size and lack of outlets by the bed. Luggage racks would be helpful. It is overpriced for the space provided and location to the city.

great room design, absolutely loved the bathroom, super comfy beds and generous room size for salzburg :) easy check-in/check-out and nespresso coffee available

i don't know if 'hotel' is the right wording for it? :D there is no common space and no staff on site (eg to help with luggage up the rooms) - no problem for us, but def something to be aware of unfortunately there was a loud recurring noise during the night that we couldn't find the source for

Very nice place for a trip to Salzburg

Clean, nice furniture, 10 min to Center (Getreidegasse), Bathtube was so nice, very good smelling of towels, and Nespresso Coffee Machine, big Room.

No milk for the coffee, TV was small and not centered for the view.

We definitely appreciated the AC unit on such a hot day in Salzburg. The room was tiny but excellent for the 5 of us and super cute. I especially loved the little details as Nespresso coffee machine, a fridge and a wine opener! 😉 Thank you!

We had a little chalenge unlocking the door to the room but we figured it out and since we couldn't park in front of the hotel, we had to go and look for a parking space but it worked out as well.

As soon as we entered the building, we had a great first impression - the entire place was spotless, clean, it smelled nice. The room was great, beds were very comfortable, we had everything we needed. The location was fantastic, super close to the centre, but in a quiet neighborhood, I highly recommend this place!

View from the window wasn't great, the door didn't close 100% so you could see the light coming from the hallway, and when I contacted the support as there were no check out instructions, sadly I got no answer.

There was no sink in the bathroom, so you had to go in to the bedroom to wash your hands - which Im not a fan of. Unhygienic in my opinion. The room is small (referred to as -cosy room) for moving around with suitcases etc but we were only there for 1 night so made do. We travelled around Austria for a week and stayed in different hotels every night. Sadly this was our least favourite and we would not choose to stay here again. The larger rooms may be better.

Gorgeous boutique rooms right by downtown

Beautiful, cozy rooms just a stones throw from the heart of Salzburg. Check in was simple, all amenities were super clean and many thoughtful details and touches to help make for a lovely stay. Amazing local food recommendations too!

Only one small thing which was that our room didn’t get cleaned during our stay so we ran out of tea and coffee. But otherwise it was sensational!

A gem in Salzburg

Location is close to the city center. Even it’s on the main road you don’t have any noises from the traffic. It’s so central. Down the road finally open a new Chinese restaurant “Sonnenblume”. You can’t find any more authentic Chinese food in Salzburg! We love the location, the style and comfort and for sure the owner is a blessing. If in Salzburg we always stay here, there is for our purposes and standard nothing better. Thanks to Pia and her team.

These rooms are beautifully decorated and thoughtfully put together . They were impeccably clean and the bathroom was lovely - we particularly loved the shower gel and shampoo aromatherapy.

Nothing it was great. Slight hitch with needing the access code to get in but quickly resolved.

We left the place after 2 nights i/o 3. This place is in no way a "boutique hotel" and it is a shame and completely misleading to call it as such : its is just an "airbnb like" rooms rental and Booking.com should clarify this asap on its website or get them out. No onsite personnel to welcome you (just access code received by email if and when you have done the online registration (hello airbnb !), not even breakfast : you call it a "boutique hotel"? Add to this that summer rental is difficult as the street is so noisy even during the night that open window during the night is not an option, plus the fact that the sound goes freely between room 5 and the neighbouring room : you just hear everything ... very nice !

Excellent property near heart of Salzburg! Would stay again!

Beautiful decor, pleasing to the eye in every room. Easy self check-in. Walking distance (10 min walk) to heart or city. Very comfortable stay for our family. City Loft had a lot of room and furniture to spread out.

No one on the premise to talk to if needed (although we didn’t need anything during our stay). Being a new property, may be missing some necessary items (toaster, knife), but these are minor, all key things are there.
