DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL!!!

I didn't like anything

The fire alarm went off 3 times on my 2nd nights stay and I didn't get any sleep at all. I had to be up early (5am) to get an early morning train which will tale 6hrs. I'm absolutely shattered!!! The look of the room is very dated, looks like its stuck in the 60's. Plug sockets aren't in a good location and I had to unplug the lamp to be able to fit my UK plug adapter in it. The toilet seat was also broken and I had to climb into a bath to use the shower. The door didnt have a proper lock on it and just a chain to stop anyone entering.

Ok hotel not the best location and other guests extremely noisy!

Clean, friendly staff, comfortable. Supermarkets close by, bus runs along front of hotel.

Rooms very hot, couldn’t cool them down. Two Busloads of Chinese tourists staying here extremely Noisy yelling and talking extremely loud, when complained to Reception response was sorry about that, no care given. It’s a bit out of the way if you don’t have a car 1km to HBF 1km to old town.

Tired. Several room lights did not work. Some black mould in the shower. The two chairs in the room were not comfortable. Staff was very efficient.

A good break in Salzburg, while accommodation was average, even if we pay for a decent 4 star hotel.

Staff very friendly and professional.

The heating did not work and it was too cold especially at night. The bathroom had a terrible smell, something related to the evacuation. We changed room as the one we got initially did not have any fridge and we paid for one with.

Weeds growing on the balcony, black water stain on the bathroom ceiling, aircon unit rattled. Location ok but in a fairly industrial setting.

Great location, comfortable beds

A/c is very old, loud and not very efficient. We left an item behind and called the hotel twice to see if they found it, both times they said they would call back but they never did. They did help when we showed up in person though.

Good location but needs improvement

Well located and easy access, the rooms were cleaned everyday and WiFi was decent.

The air-conditioning system just made some noise but hardly had any effect. The beds were not very comfortable and the layout of the room was very cramped.

Visiting Salzburg

The location is a plus. You can walk to everywhere, old town, meeting tour locations, restaurants, etc. It also appears the hotel is in a safe area because we returned very late during the 3 night-stay.

The size of the room is relatively small though the room is well coordinated from an open closet, safe box, table and chairs. It would be a plus if the TV is a smart TV.

Staff were great, room as expected, I got what I paid for. Breakfast was worth it.

The staffs were very nice with us.

Not good. The room had old furniture, smelling like cigarettes, bad air and with mosquitoes inside. No breakfast included. Needs updates. For the price, you can find better options with breakfast included.

Breakfast was excellent

Staff said they would book us a taxi for 445am on leaving. They wrote it down but didn’t book it. The night porter got us a taxi at short notice. Our bedroom was very cold the whole time despite extra bedding and turning off the air conditioning

The room was consistent with every other holiday Inn. You know what you are getting

Wouldn't say the breakfast was on par with other holiday Inns. Secondly,this is not the hotels fault. The taxi driver we had to the airport was well dodgy. Did not know where it was. Unusual for a taxi driver and was very unnerving.

A bit overpriced for its offer.

in first view, the room looked very cozy. There where elevators available and the reception was also open for any service. It had a nice looking bar. This was the first room we stayed in that had completely darkening shades in front of the window. The bathroom is very big and functional (looks are less)

parking offers are very limited and SUPER expensive (20 euros a day). Around the corner you could get a place for 6 euros. Location is not very central. The beds where not very comfortable, the room was very hot. And the strangest was the lights where not centralized, nor easy accessible. . So we had to search for all buttons which seemed a bit weird.

Good breakfast spread. The rooms are a bit small and cramped. The location is not the best and the surrounding is okay. The food was good, with good variety for everyone.

The rooms are small, there is no view at all. They should provide laundry bags in the room. There is a bus stop close by but the frequency is not as good. The hotel is overpriced although it is not located in a prime locality.

Superb

Very convenient and close to the historic center. The breakfast buffet was really good. Clean and very comfortable. The staff was excellent.

The breakfast was amazing, and the location was far from the old city but it was fine the room was very tight.

I don't like that they change our room and put us far from our children's room just because of AC was not working. I am pretty sure that this room has an AC problem before we arrived and yet they gave us this room.
