Comfortable and clean, 10 minute walk to all amenities
When asked for milk for bedroom I was told they couldn’t give it to me, breakfast was dear when we asked for a continental option he said yes and literally pointed to what food we could have and then kept his eye on us,
I feel continental breakfast should be an option in all hotels as a bowl of cereal and OJ doesn’t warrant the full price of someone having the full breakfast

There were no english channels except news and no Netflix either. That’s very disappointing

Satisfactory room when we eventually got into it.
We had asked for an early check in as our flight landed at 10AM. We did not have a problem with not being given this. However, when we returned to the hotel at 3PM we were told our room was still not ready. As the hotel staff knew we were already in Salzburg this was really poor and we had to wait almost another hour before we could finally access our room.
