Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Excellent location, very nice breakfast buffet with vegan and vegetarian options, parking was convenient (29 euro per night).

Maintenance should improve (outdated carpets), small lobby and sometimes too loud.

A solid budget offering just a short 15 minute walk to the old town of Salzburg

Decent location in a quite part of the city only a short walk to the old town.

Rooms were quite dark. The Hotel allows dogs and there was a dog on the 5th floor which apparently been left unattended by it's owners - leaving the dog upset and barking/whining.

Staff were very friendly and helpful

Breakfast was over priced. I ordered pancakes with berries. There were 2 blueberries on the plate. One less and it would have been “pancakes with one blueberry”…

A fine place to stay when visiting Salzburg.

It’s a long walk from the train station but very close to the lively pedestrian street that leads down to the river and the historic centre. It’s orderly and updated inside. Nice bar in the lobby. Room is a decent size for two people with luggage.

Good location, friendly staff, lovely stay.

Really good location. Friendly and welcoming staff who were able to assist when we were looking for local food recommendations.

The doors don’t seem to be soundproof. We were able to hear very clearly people’s conversations walking past to go to the elevator/room. One of the mornings the cleaners had their trolleys outside the room and their chatting woke us up. Otherwise there is nothing we could fault, we had a lovely stay and would definitely come back again!

Staff were helpful and very knowledgeable which is a welcome feature if you are a first-time visitor to the city. Beds were very comfortable. Breakfast was excellent with every option.

Brilliant location. Easy & beautiful walk through the old town to the Christmas markets & funicular to the fortress. Super clean, big comfortable beds, very quiet at night. Lovely friendly helpful staff. Easy walk to & from main train station

Overall, a reasonable experience but a little on the expensive side.

A good range of breakfast options; location is excellent. Within 10-15 min walk to main central station and also the old town. A reasonably equipped gym for light workouts available 24/7.

Decor was a bit gothic; restaurant for evening meals was very limited; Spent ages doing an online check in as prompted by email in order to have a smooth and fast key pick up on arrival. Despite confirmation of a successful online check in and room confirmation, had to go through the whole process again and was allocated a different room. Was quite annoying.

Great location with lovely atmosphere

The hotel location was great since it trailed into the walking street 100 yards away. Very lovely atmosphere with bar and restaurant. The room was spacious but not huge and the breakfast was great. Staff very helpful. After my visit I started looking for other NH hotels and found one at the Vienna airport.

Location is convenient. Rooms were spacious. Comfy beds.

Cleanliness wasn't the best. Under bed was dirty. Towels were stained. Fridge was dirty at the bottom (smelt like off congealed milk) and had someone else's old stale food in the fridge. Must not be cleaned or checked between guests.

A truly lovely stay! The hotel had a cozy, home-like feel, and the reception was exceptionally friendly and welcoming. Everything was smooth and comfortable—such a great experience overall. Can’t wait to return! Also location was good in city centre no need car or taxi also room service was good and fast everything was beyond my expectations

Location 10mn away from the old city, but just next to the pedestrian and commercial streets. Staff was super good. Breakfast was good. Fitness room very good. Parking on site was easy and available.

Perfect location and exceptional service

We had a fantastic weekend stay. Everything was perfect, from the comfortable room to the great location. But what truly made our experience unforgettable was the outstanding service. Nicole and Oleksandr went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. They greeted us warmly, offered helpful tips about the city, recommended great restaurants and local events, and were always available with a smile and a kind word. Their enthusiasm, professionalism, and genuine love for both the hotel and the city created a special atmosphere for us. Thanks to them, we would gladly return to this city just to stay here again. They truly made us feel at home.

Was ok shame about the credit card issues

Very local and enjoyable great walking distance to town and the old center

We had issues with reception and were stated on checking that they needed a card for extras but they charged again our card with the full stay which was already arrange on my Booking.com guarantee card. Still waiting for the falsely applied charge to come back to me, reception team is slightly bothered when you ask them anything and we somehow felt we had to feel privileged to be attended to ! Not Austrian hospitality we know.

Little comfort for a lot of money

The location was great and the stuff very helpful! Also the beds were comfortable.

We had difficulties closing the rooms door, also the toilet's door wasn't closing properly. Someone sitting at the room's armchair could easily see the person in the bathroom. Too high price for the room's size and the rest of issues mentioned above.

Great quality hotel in a convenient location

Great hotel with everything you need, good quality and l like the bar and restaurant area by reception. The staff were very helpful especially the lady who helped to book us a restaurant at short notice and a taxi back to the airport. l'm sorry l didn't get her name!

Pillows are a little too soft for my liking but that's a personal preference. Also the safe in our room didn't appear to work.

great hotel right next to the old town. walk to all landmarks - really comfortable room, staff really helpful and great breakfast included and nice bar downstairs. many good restaurants and bars right by. Parking under the hotel (paid) is also a bonus.

There was a goof up from booking.com for one of our rooms but the Manager there was very cooperative and accommodated us in an additional room of higher category without extra cost. Also the staff was very helpful and always smiling. breakfast was awesome, more than expected. 5 stars to the Manager(don’t remember his name) who was always ready to help.
