Convenient hotel, lovely staff but large variance in experience

We experienced both extremes of this hotel First night = disaster: neighbouring guests were young and drunk, doors slamming incessantly, smoking and shouting up until early hours of the night. Unable to speak to staff (as reception doesn't operate 24hrs). Our young daughter was scared of the raucous, but this was also a good life lesson for her to not date random Y chromosomes in the future. Subsequent nights, we changed rooms and it was amazing! Quiet, spacious room, clean, smoke free. Guess first night was just our bad luck :/

Worth for a city break, close to Train station, center and all facilities are to be appreciated

Very close to the train station, easy to check-in, comfortable bed and clean and great bathroom utilities. Comes with AC, hairdryer, fridge and locker. The breakfast location and options are to be appreciated! After closing hours, you can access the breakfast facility to buy to-go things.

The TV is nor smart and if you don’t speak German, it s useless

Not much.

Very dodgy surroundings and people loitering outside. The building and room felt unclean, and it's self Checkin so no one to talk to. The room included a crib, which we did not request. And the team were.not supportive when contacted.

Room and service was top notch.

Parking was less than ideal when you are coming with family and need to carry bags for the kids. If you are coming alone by car on a business trip, or by train, I don't think there is anything that can beat the value for money of this hotel.

Good value, great location, excellent service.

Wow! What a lovely place to stay at when visiting Salzburg. First off, correspondance with the staff at the hotel was great and they were very helpful. Because we had arrived after staff has finished for the day, I got an email with full instructions on how to get in, where to get my keycard from, room number etc., which made it all so much easier. Our room was on the 1st floor and once inside, the view overlooked a building site/main road, but we didn't care about that as there was hardly any noise and we didn't choose that hotel for views. Our room had a really comfortable double bed and a sofa bed for our daughter. Lots of space, storage, lovely bathroom, and it also had a separate toilet (very useful). Air con was good, good size TV, and soft towels too. Overall, a really decent room to have. In the morning we went downstair for breakfast, which is in another building, 30secs away. We were greeted by really friend staff who were very polite and smiled a lot. Boy! What a breakfast! Great choice of hot and cold food, cakes, breads, drinks, and you could even cut up fruit and squeeze your own. Though the coffee came from a machine where you could choose the type, it was very good. The breakfast room is bright, colourful, filled with plants and great to chill out in, or have a second breakfast - well, I had to try the pastries. As to the location, yes there is a building site next door, but you're not going to spend your whole day in the room, and they don't work during the night. The centre is only a 15min walk and as you walk to the centre, you pass lots of really nice bakeries. Oh dear, more pastries to try.

This isn't so much as a "didn't like", but more of a suggestion. As I said, the room has a useful separate toilet, and in itself, is also a decent size, so much so that I found it surprising that it didn't have a wash basin. The side wall has the bathroom on the other side, so plumbing in a sink wouldn't be an issue and it only needs to be a corner basin. Because going to the toliet and then having to then go through the main room and then into the bathroom to wash your hands, is not only unhygenic, but really odd too. Parking can be found in front of the hotel on the street and is free, but it's only if a space is available. There are parking places around the hotel that can be used, but it would be useful if the hotel (or any hotel on the Booking site) actually specifies what the parking is, rather than just saying that they have parking. I was lucky and found a space right in front of the hotel entrance.

A cozy and convenient hotel with great breakfast and friendly service

We had a very pleasant stay at Levy’s Hotel in Salzburg. The room was cozy with comfortable beds, and having parking right in front of the hotel was a big plus. It's just a few minutes' walk from the rail station and about 15 minutes on foot to the city center — very convenient. Breakfast was delicious, with plenty of options and the added bonus of fresh-squeezed juice you can make yourself. The staff were welcoming and pleasant throughout our stay.

The only downside was that the room could use better lighting, especially in the evening.

Bizarre- looks like a wework. Overpriced for what it is!

Good location, good breakfast

Horrible entry as there was no staff at all at 330pm. Checked in online, provided all info but still got a message saying room was not ready. No staff to speak to, had to call emergency number to put 3 different codes in. Bizarre! Terrible beds, I have a backache. Room was in the basement/ road! Cold at night, heater didn’t work.

Very nice room, great breakfast

The room was clean and spacious and the bed was comfortable. Alina was very friendly and helpful with our questions and gave us very good advice. We also loved that it had a bathtub. The guest breakfast was great!

Our only concern was that there wasn't a clerk on-site after 3 pm.

Well maintained rooms

Rooms are very well maintained. Easy access to buses and trains.. hardly a minute walk. There is a super market below and shopping centre is also a minute walk. Car parking is available.

For low-maintenance travelers

The room was spacious, clean and very comfortable. Breakfast was wonderful with lots of veggie and vegetarian options, meat lovers can appreciate bio/organic quality bacon. The server during breakfast was also very polite and friendly, greatly recommended.

The reception is unstaffed. We had a problem with parking and there was simply no one to help us. There is an emergency number one can call but it went to voicemail. Similarly, we wanted to check out and there was no one at the reception to return the keycards and pay the city tax to. Luckily, we settled the payment afterwards, but expect very little service.

Overall a good stay for a 2 night visit to Salzburg.

The room was bigger than we expected. The AC was quiet and in working order. Location was great, near the train station. Neighborhood was not the nicest and a bit of a food desert except for a few middle eastern restaurants, McDonalds, Burger King and a mediocre bakery inside the train station. The location is very convenient since we used buses to go everywhere. Bed was comfortable. Room very clean and quiet.

We had power outage the first day but luckily the receptionist was able to reset it. The second night we had no hot water and because it was Sunday night, we called the hotel and the person who answered said sorry, there isn't anything they can do about it on a Sunday night. However, the hot water came back on 3 hours later but by then it was too late to shower. I assumed someone came and fixed it!

Loved the cleanliness, amenities and convenient location of Levi's Rooms and Breakfast.

The room was very clean and spacious. We were a party of three. Liked that the shower and sink was separated from the toilet. Self-check in was secure and efficient once we figured it out. Breakfast offered a variety of food selections, including fresh fruit and a juicer. Convenient walk to the train station and restaurants.

Parking wasn't the best, but we were fortunate enough to find a spot close by. Parking is available at the Windham Grand for a fee. There's also a Parking lot at a nearby mall for a fee.

Big clean room

The location is downtown next to train station. Not a long walk to center but still with children not so comfortable, also the area feels unsafe, especially at night. The rooms are safe of course and you can only enter the building with a room key but still the location of downtown wasn’t for us.
