Room was clean and well equipped with a comfortable bed and excellent shower. Excellent double glazing so well soundproofed from the road outside
Very close to train station and only 15 mins walk along the river to the Old Town.
Breakfast is in the cafe next door and was superb - a buffet with everything you would expect from a 5 star hotel with lots of local, organic produce. Loved the industrial juicer and piles of fresh fruit and veg for you just to help yourself and create your own recipes.
I'm sure Salzburg is a safe city but the front desk team were a bit lax with leaving the front door open and the desk unstaffed so anyone could have walked in.

Convenient location close to the train station. Some people have commented on the demographics of the people in the area but coming from cosmopolitan London, we were not bothered, even with our three young kids. Food options on hand nearby, as well as supermarket and pharmacy which was super convenient, and easy transport link with bus and bus-trams to the old city. The breakfast was fantastic, and the rooms super clean and comfortable.
No reception staff after 3pm but we didn't really need anything anyway.

Honestly, everything was great.
The room was spacious to fit 2 adults and 2 children; the bathroom was separate from the toilet, lots of windows that could be tilted, breakfast was beautifully prepared and of quality. The bed was so comfortable, a dream! Shower pressure and bathroom toiletries smelling great.
The staff was brilliant, at reception Tijana was kind and attentive, she was eager to give us solutions and help us during our stay. The cleaning lady was very sweet and respectful; and at breakfast the team was warm and very attentive.
The location could not be more comfortable, couple of minutes away from the train and bus station, but also close enough to the city centre if you prefer walking.
The hotel also counts with a vending machine at reception with drinks and food.
This is a super child friendly hotel, they had toys and books both at reception and at the breakfast room.
We will stay again at Levy’s rooms when we come back to Salzburg, because we will surely be back!
I believe the hotel is already top, and this is not so much as a dislike comment but potential “improvements”. I felt the pillows were a bit soft for my taste (but I didn’t check in the closet nor asked for a different one, I am sure they would have provided with different textures)
