Great hotel for short stay, clean and comfortable

We were warmly welcomed on reception, the room was spotless. I really liked comfortable bed and the room size. I will search for this hotel for my next travel to Salzburg.

It would be great if there were tea/coffee facilities anywhere in the hotel.

Nice place to stay close to Salzburg Central Station.

The place is just walking distance from the central station. Isabella, the manager, and the staff are so accomodating. The property is newly renovated and bed feels comfortable. The coffee vending machine next to the reception is a plus.

Was comfortable and close to old town for a short 1 night visit

It had parking, easy walk to old town by the river, staff was exceptionally nice. Our room was so new we were the first to rent it and it didn’t even have a number. The shower was great with hot water.

It was so new, we didn’t even have a garbage can. and they will probably add a table or another night stand.

The hotel is an excellent place to stay. Location, comfort and hospitality, on point!

The location of the hotel is perfect. It's only 15 mins away from the Mirabell Garden. The hotel manager was very accommodating and our room was very clean and comfortable. We definitely had a restful stay!

What could be improved would be the breakfast selection. An additional pillow would have been nice as an option for travelers who love to have more pillows in bed.

Lovely breakfast with homemade marmelade and juice! We looved it!

This was a clean, comfortable, with a great location and easy access to town.

Everything was very clean, and the room comfortably fit 3 adults. Updated fixtures. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Even let us check in at 8:30am! Bus stops were near by, and only one stop away from the main train station.

Great and strategic stay in Salzburg

Staff gentilissimo e professionale, si sono curati dei vari aspetti che erano importanti per il nostro soggiorno. Abbiamo iscritto del comodo parcheggio dell'hotel; nella notte che abbiamo trascorso ha nevicato, e lo staff la mattina ha spazzolato i tergicristalli delle varie auto affinché non ghiacciassero o dovessimo farlo noi, veramente molto apprezzato! La posizione dell'hotel è perfetta e strategica.

La finestra non chiudeva perfettamente, diciamo al 90%, perché rimaneva un leggero spiffero che faceva passare rumore dalla strada e aria fredda. Abbiamo dovuto alzare il riscaldamento al massimo e chiudere bene le tende. Il riposo poi è stato eccellente, ottimi letti. Le porte di ingresso delle stanze sono un po' sottili e datate, le serrature generano molto rumore poiché le chiavi sono classiche ed i movimenti meccanici vengono amplificati dal legno leggero della porta.

Buono

La struttura è bella e lo staff molto gentile e disponibile. Camera spaziosa e ci è stata fornita la culla per il bimbo. L'hotel si trova in una posizione tranquilla ma attraversando la strada si può arrivare alla passeggiata pedonale sul lungo fiume che in 20/25 Min ti fa arrivare a piedi in centro. La struttura fornisce anche il biglietto dell'autobus per i giorni di soggiorno, la fermata è davanti all'hotel, molto comoda. Abbiamo soggiornato col nostro cane pagando 15€ a notte.

Le pulizie quotidiane erano fatte in modo molto approssimativo, Senza spazzare per terra o passare l'aspirapolvere e dimenticandosi di portare via la spazzatura o aggiungere nuova carta igienica. Avendo un bambino piccolo e un cane ciò ci ha creato disagio. Inoltre fuori dalla nostra porta veniva appoggiata la spazzatura di altre camere rimanendoci per giornate intere. Considerato il prezzo pagato ci aspettavamo di meglio sotto questo aspetto.

Una habitación grande, espaciosa, para 3. baño grande y muy cómodo. cerca de unas de las arterias principales, pero aislado fantásticamente, ni un ruido. muy próximo a la estación de tren. Camas cómodas y sabanas de calidad.

El precio del Parkig, Aparcamos fuera, para nuestra suerte, (no hay prácticamente sitio cerca) pero me parece que para clientes, el precio es excesivo. El acceso, para personas con movilidad reducida esta complicado.

Nur wenige Gehminuten vom Bahnhof. Superfreundliches Personal. Wenn man mir noch mit meinem Gepäck geholfen hätte, gäbe es für das Personal einen 1er mit Sternchen. Schönes Badezimmer.

Sehr freundliches Personal. Schönes Zimmer. Allerdings ohne Kühlschrank oder Safe. Schönes, sauberes Badezimmer. Für einen Kurzurlaub total in Ordnung, nähe Bahnhof und mehrere Bus Stationen in der Nähe, nur ein paar Minuten Fahrt in die Innenstadt. Auch zu Fuß nicht weit.

Schöner Aufenthalt. Würde allerdings nicht mehr in diesem Hotel frühstücken.

Sehr freundliches, zuvorkommendes Personal. Extrawünsche wurden umgehend erfüllt. Sauberes Zimmer und sehr gute Lage. Hauptbahnhof in Gehdistanz und Bushaltestelle in unmittelbarer Nähe.

Leider war das Frühstück nicht den Erwartungen entsprechend. Alle Tische waren noch schmutzig von den Personen, die früher gefrühstückt haben. Der Brötchenkorb war chronisch leer und die zuständige Person musste zwischen Rezeption und Frühstücksraum hin und her pendeln.......

Das Personal war sehr freundlich, aufmerksam und zuvorkommend. Das Zimmer hatte alles was man braucht und vor allem war es sauber. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt.

Wir hatten Glück, dass in unsere Etage nicht viele Gäste waren, denn es ist eher hellhörig.

Nettes bezahlbares Hotel

Nicht weit von Altstadt und Bahnhof, saubere neu renovierte Unterkunft zu vergleichsweise erschwinglichen Preisen im mega teuren Salzburg. Sehr freundliche und bemühte Mitarbeiter. Das Haus und die Zimmer sind scheinbar erst vor kurzer Zeit renoviert worden. Schöner Balkon, war aber leider zu kalt.

Vielleicht kommt es ja noch: Im Zimmer waren keinerlei Ablagemöglichkeiten (Garderobe, Haken oder Kleiderschrank) für Kleidung oder andere Sachen. Wohl ist das Hotel noch im Aufbau, denn draußen konnte ich nirgends den Namen entdecken. Früher hatte es, glaube ich, auch einen anderen Namen.

Struttura nuova, semplice ma bella. Bagno spazioso e nuovissimo. La proprietaria Isabella cordiale, solare, attenta al cliente. Da da numero cellulare per qualsiasi necessità.

Poderia ser muito melhor, se tivessem mais funcionários e um pouco mais de cuidado com o conforto dos hóspedes.

O hotel está reformado e as instalações novas.

Eles estão com menos funcionários do que precisam, então, raramente a equipe de limpeza passa pelo quarto. Sentimos cheiro de cigarro no quarto algumas vezes, apesar de ser proibido fumar no hotel.

Super budget ubytování kousek od centra Salzburgu

Hotel se nachází v klidné čtvrti Salzburgu a v dobré dochozí vzdálenosti do centra. Parkování v prostoru hotelu stojí 10€, což se na delší pobyt velice hodí, nicméně od soboty (13:00) do neděle je parkování na ulici zdarma. Skvělá komunikace s ubytováním ohledně příjezdu a dalších záležitostí. Přijeli jsme ve 14:30 a už jsme mohli jít na check-in a na pokoj. Pokoj je relativně malý ale má dost velkou a moderní koupelnu. Televize funguje a k nalezení je docela dost kanálů. Velmi jsem ocenil, že i přes vysoké venkovní teploty bylo v pokoji neustále "příjemně" aniž bychom si všimli klimatizace nebo čehokoliv, co by teplotu regulovalo. Na jednu dvě noci velmi solidní ubytování, kam se v případě další krátké návštěvy Salzburgu rád vrátím.

Postel byla hodně měkká, respektive při ležení na jednom místě moc dlouho se dělala prohlubeň. Polštář mi také nevyhovoval, ale to je subjektivní. V koupelně mi chyběla nádobka s mýdlem/mýdlo - pro umytí rukou jsem si musel šáhnout do sprchy pro mýdlo.
