Good breakfast and nice ladies in the breakfast area

The room quite big, the ladies in breakfast area were kind and prepared extra bacon for us,when it wasn’t served on that morning.

The hotel room feels little humid inside. Found cockroach in the toilet basin.

A good place to stay for a night or two, safe location and in 15min bus ride from the downtown.

Room was clean and beds comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful; Parking was included and on the property and safe to leave the car while we took the bus, which was complementary given by the hotel.

Room was smaller and dark, unlike the pictures presented on the website. Someone entered the room an hour before the check out, without knocking which was very unusual.

PERFECT

Everything! When we checked in, it was so smooth. We were also given a city pass for free for us to travel around the city via bus and that was really nice of them! The bus stop is just right infront of the hotel, about 15 mins ride to the city! Super convenient! The receptionist, Fehad, helped us during our stay, accommodating to whatever we need. Very friendly and helpful! Would highly recommend this hotel and will stay here again if we visit Salzburg in the future!

Pretty decent place to stay if you don’t need to be right in the city centre

It was clean and quiet, and our room was spacious. The hotel has an art gallery inside and a big patio. You can walk to the city centre (30 min.) or take a bus (15 min.). By paying local tourism tax, you get a free pass for the bus during your stay. Staff is really charming and willing to help. There is a supermarket (Billa) close to the hotel.

Breakfast is not included and is too pricy (19 €/10 €, adults/children). You can find a cafe across the street, but it is also expensive.

Nice stay

Expectations Exceeded

First the Staff greeted me warmly, knowledgable and friendly which continued through the stay. The hotel is charming, artistic and entertaining. The room was comfortable. There is a wonderful restuarant across the street serving local delights. Also a bakery serving up delicious pretzels. I will stay here whenever in town.

Avoid ground floor rooms

Staff were very nice and helpful. It was clean. Location was pretty good. a bit far from center but well connected. 15 minutes by bus to the center. the neighborhood feels safe.

I reserved a single room and paid around 100 euros per night. I wasn't expecting luxury but the room was the size of a closet. furthermore it was on the ground floor and close to the road. whenever a truck drove by I could feel the bed vibrating. But the worst part was a beeping sound from the hall which started every 40 minutes or so and lasted over a minute. I didn't sleep at all. I told this to the guy at the reception. apparently they were aware of it and were trying to fix it without success. He moved me to a room on the 3rd floor which was fine. still small for the price but that's Salzburg. The first room was a shame and I would have written a much worse review if I had stayed there 3 nights. don't stay on the ground floor that's my advice.

Great Hotel, welcoming and helpful staff

Great hotel with amazing artwork throughout. Loved the Marilyn Monroe bathroom door in the room. Super friendly and helpful staff. Great breakfast. 2.5km walk from the Old Town that we enjoyed on a daily basis. There are also bus stops right outside the front door. We would definitely stay there again when we come back to Salzburg.

The room was tiny and a weird shape/layout The coffee machine didn't work A lot of noise from above so possibly sound proofing issues The funky art work is all well and good but in my opinion it's simply style over substance. Disappointing because previous reviews had been good.

Superb

Convenient spot for a short stay. The #1 bus goes from right outside and will take you straight to the centre of town. Walking to the centre is also do-able. The room has everything you'll need and is very quiet. Check out Café Pierre a bit of a walk down the road while you're there.

I'd go here again & again!!!

Tho a bit further than expected, the BONUS was that the Hotel is EXCELLENTLY located. Right opposite the Bus stop. The staff is extremely helpful, ALL of them. I Remember Vipin, Anjela & Joy. Understanding and extremely kind. The rooms small, but very very clean. Ideal for backpackers. If you have luggage, please inform the Hotel in advance, they could give you a bigger room. The Artwork? BRILLIANT!!

One thing missing is that there was no kettle in the room, should you need to make a tea or coffee for you. OF COURSE, on asking they did give us one. The rooms are rather small.

Exceptional

The Property was neat and clean. It was easy to locate and the best part was it was just a min walk from bus station which could connect you to the city center easily. All the people at reception were helpful and easily approcable. They made us feel comfortable and helped with all things. If i am visiting salzburg i will be booking this one again. Thanks for making us feel like home.

Reasonably priced, extremely comfortable, fully equipped, cozy and clean. The staff was very kind and helpful, and the breakfast was great! Overall a wonderful experience, I highly recommend!
