Great hotel, well positioned and perfect for our short break.

Room was clean and warm. Linen and towels were clean and lots of hot water. Hotel is well positioned with frequent buses very close by and using the Salzburg Guest Mobility ticket all public transport was free.

Our room faced the main road which was busy and noisy early in the morning.

great location, old town center by foot like 30 mins slow walking, by bus much faster

bed/mattress are rather low end, but okay for 2 nights pillow is way to huge to my liking, maybe ok, if someone want to sit and watch tv for hours breakfast is ok, in case you are not expecting omlett or anything freshly made, so it's mostly cold dishes

Sunlight in the morning

didn't have shutters, so we woke up at 5h30 AM because the curtain didn't protect but amplified the sunlight.

The room was noisy, hot, and crowded (with only two people)

There is not a lot to like in this hotel. The one bright spot in this hotel are the staff that was really amazing. They helped us in many ways, and facilitated our tour of Salzburg.

The room we got was no more than a dormitory room with attached bathroom. The room was very small, we barely had room to open our laguage. The room did not have a coffee machine, no kettle to boil water, no fridge, and the closet that was in the room was without any shelves, i.e., useless. The only additional thing is the room was a fan, since it was 35 degrees. The bathroom was clean and sufficient, like in a dormitory. Our room was on the street side and the noise was unbearable. We barely got any sleep at all. One additional issue, after 18:00 there is nobody on premises to help.

20 min walk to anywhere you want to be. We used the bus system. It was not reliable.

Uncleaned room in a Salzburg hotel

We stayed for three nights, and our room was never cleaned. I asked three times, and the front desk staff kept promising...we got new towels on our third evening. Shame on this hotel, charging over 100 eur a night, for such a lousy service

Reasonable hotel

The breakfast was nice. Cleanliness was very good. We were able to charge our car during our stay. The hotel was very well connected via public transport. Staff was friendly and helpful.

The entrance of the hotel was not very welcoming. The room was warm, there was no airco, and when we opened the window it was too noisy. One of the beds was making very much noise. The bathroom fan was super noisy, we couldn't hear each other.

A good comfortable hotel in a fairy town

The family room was very big and comfortable. The location is great, near the river and there is a good brewery nearby. You can have a nice walk along the river to the town centre (about 25 minutes).

Breakfast was not included and we decided not to have it in the hotel because it was too expensive.

Breakfast was good and plenty. Dog friendly with a park nearby. Walking distance from the river and the town, but area itself a bit like a ghetto, probably not best part of the town, so not so great to walk around at night time. Parking was good, we reserved in advance and had big enough spot for a Jeep. Even by the main road, it was quiet in the room so I'd say well soundproofed rooms.

Some parts were not cleaned that well. Location bit dodgy.

I would recommend this place for short term overnight stay.

This hotel exceeded my expectations. The rooms were exceptionally clean and comfortable. The room service was excellent.

The only negative for me was that I could not try the breakfast as being muslim I avoid places which serve pork or other meats which are not halal.

Staff is very friendly and helpful. On busline to the Messe Salzburg and Hauptbahnhof.

No coffee or tea is available in rooms or from the kitchen before 07:00 or after 18:00.

Not a good choice

Hitel staff friendly and helpful.

Hotel is not well maitained, quite ugly on the inside, walls are VERY thin, could not get any sleep. There is nobody at the reception desk after 8pm, and crowd of some guests were wandering around hotel screaming and celebrating something all night, there was nobody to complain, they ignored other guests who asked them to he quiet, police never showed up.

A nice and cozy hotel not far from the center

The room was clean and cozy, in a good spot to explore the town. It is 15 min walking from the Hauptbahnhof and a nice 20 min walk near the river to reach the Altstadt. The room was clean and tidy, and well equipped. The staff was also very kind

Exceptionally nice staff, grear breakfast. 5 minutes walk to my office-which is the key to me. Nice sized rooms.

Rooms facing the main street are very bright even at night due to the street lighting. I would suggest to have better curtains.
