Compared to price it is a clean, well located hotel.

Breakfast was ok, choice of food was not satisfactory and same every day. Parking was free. Location is excellent and quiet. Hotel was very clean. Rooms are well equipped.

No staff was present only in next hotel. Breakfast in neighbouring hotel. Beds are quite narrow and unconfortable. Bin emptied in 3 days only, no air conditioning, heating only in bathroom.

Quiet area. Friendly staff. Good free breakfast. Room very nice, clean and modern design.

Need to walk 15 mins to bus stop, at nighttime the area is dark.

Clean hotel with kitchenette by the river.

Love that it has a balcony overlooking the river. An easy 20 min walk to centre of Salzburg. Great for a few days as a family.

Breakfast is realy poor. Eventhough you can read in the description that there are balconies, you have to make a special demand for the room with the balcony.

Thats is only clean. In my opinion breakfast is overrated. So far city centre.

I went to the hotel at 13.00. but receptionist stated that we could not enter the room before 15.00. They sent it back even though I have two children aged 1.5 and 6 years old. I went on a tour of the city center and asked for permission for late check-in. but they asked for my credit card information for late check-in and I had to give it. However, I had confirmed my reservation. I don't think I will come back and stay here as someone who came from thousands of kilometers away and was returned from the hotel door without being checked in. Not everything is business. I won't let this happen to my family again. Think again for this situations about your Booking. If there is anything contrary to what I said, the hotel will deny it anyway.

Rooms were clean and nice. Staff were helpful and friendly. Decent breakfast.

The kitchenette mentioned doesn't include a induction stove. It is just microwave, sink, basic cutlery. Of course we were told that was according to the rules in Austria. But this is just a note for anyone thinking kitchenette will include induction.

Lovely stay by the river

Lovely room for a family of 4, lots of space and a beautiful view over the mountain. The location is good if you like walking, the nearest bus is around 10 mins away and goes every 15 mins and takes 5 mins to reach the town center, or you can take a walk by the river - it takes around 40 mins to reach the center. Our kids were used to walking so they were okay, however at the end of the day they were getting a bit fed up of walking. The breakfast was nice, standard selection - mostly continental with only bacon and scrambled egg as a cooked option. Staff was friendly and helpful and added bonus was a little gym tucked away in the basement.

Great hotel to enjoy Salzburg. Recommended!

Amazing new structure, super comfortable and cozy. The bathroom was big and nice and the room had also a small kitchen available. To get to the city centre you can walk for 20/30 mins next to the river, a very pleasant way to enjoy the city!

There is only one minor thing: I would change the pillows, that were too small and soft in my opinion.

I would stay here rather than our H+ previous first choice hotel, nice walk into town.

Excellent choice. Real bonus was the one person single room, less than half the price of the H+ single B+B rate.
