Excellent location in a quiet, peaceful neighbourhood. Within 5 mins walking distance to two different bus stops, which run every 10 mins from early morning to late evening and on weekend. Easy access to centre, main attractions, bus/train station. Various supermarkets (Lidl, Billa within walking distance/ on bus routes).Spacious, cosy accomodation, with amenities required for a holiday let - very good heating system, excellent shower, constant hot water, heated towel rail, good sized bed with clean bedding, oven, hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, sufficient crockery, table and chairs, washing machine, decent storage. Felt secure and safe. Quick response from owners re issues e.g. agreed early access not being set up on door entry code, broken kettle, which were listened to and solved with a polite, quick response. Cleaning equipment available, extra supplies e.g. toilet rolls, hand and body wash etc available. Available storage room if you arrive before check in is possible or to use following check out. Secure little area, with table and chairs to sit out adjoining the apartment through the rear door.
Not ideal that our apartment could only be accessed through the Reception area - frequently the light was left on in the Reception and the door was not being closed properly by people accessing it. Unfortunately, we had an issue with ants in the kitchen, toilet, entrance and bathroom - which we left a note about on departure. Apartment would benefit from some tlc - toilet wall scuffed and marked, wall in main living area scuffed, floor scratched, sliding doors to wardrobe/washing machine not easy to open/stiff. The oven would benefit from more than one shelf. There are no oven gloves. For anyone who wants to self cater the apartment would benefit from a baking tray and oven dishes. Some of the kitchen equipment needed cleaning before use. Overall all things that could be easily addressed making the accomodation a 10.

The apartment is in 2nd floor, very difficult to handle check in luggage to 2nd floor without light

These were great appartments for a big family group. Great kitchen and living rooms - great beds - bath was spectacular!!
