Super pleasant apartment

Quiet neighborhood with super convenient public transport to the city center. You will receive a free public transport card for the duration of your stay which is amazing. The apartment is clean, warm with all necessary equipment for a nice stay.

Loved the shower and the fact the ship was just around the corner

Nice a little noisy one night, very warm place . We wasn’t keen on the low bed but we put that down to our age Trying to get our old bones to get up .

The only thing I wasn’t happy about was we arrived late we had no idea where the shops was. Would have been nice to have some tea, coffee, milk, and maybe a few biscuits etc. Like we do in England but apart from that it was a lovely stay

Cycles availble on property to checkout and use. Great way to see Salzburg. Ample car parking space for residents. Facility area with commonly needed items availble for use We reached late at night and the code did not work but fortunately someone was monitoring the situation and they buzzed us in.

Low cieling is some places 1) Above the bed, Above the bath tub, left of the main door (shoe rack area) so people could bump their head easily if not careful.

Lovely apartment in great location, but not great communication with staff.

Great location, very clean, well-stocked with supplies (dish washer soap, soap for bathroom, etc.), very easy check-in!

-No bed linens readily available for sofa bed, due to property management assuming our booking for 2 people meant a couple. Contacting management about linens was quite stressful, as they were not responsive through their website & were very hectic over the phone. -Only one, very loud fan available. -rather expensive.

Spacious, cozy apartment with balcony with perfect view

The apartment was spacious and facilities were well equipped, perfect for our family of 5. The location was just few minutes (by car) from city center and it comes with free parking. We also like the balcony!

Lovely apartment and garden.

The room was very clean and has all the facilities anybody would need. Beds are very comfortable. Lots of parking. We stayed in one of the top apartments and the views were spectacular! Location is good, if you don’t mind a bit of a walk to town. Lovely, enclosed garden around the back too.

The apartment is perfect for our family. Spacious and clean. It has all the things we needed. The surrounding area is peaceful and feels like home. It is also not too far from the old city. Grocery store is few mins walk away.

Beautiful apartment in a great location with fantastic customer service.

The property was in a great location, free parking is a bonus. The property was well decorated and thought out. The self check in was easy to do, the little extras were great, providing dishwasher tablets and washing powder for the washing machine. Nice touch with the coffee machine and pods. Beds were comfortable and they accept dogs. There was nothing not to like, we would definitely stay again. We left behind a bag with holiday gifts in and the staff were so kind as to help us with getting it shipped back to us, the first time a company have ever been so honest and helped us to retrieve things, I must try better to not leave things behind in future! All in all I can this is one of the best apartments we’ve ever stayed at and we’ve stayed in a lot of them. Mondsee is a must to visit whilst here.

Superb

It was 2 room apartment(1 room + 1 hall cum kitchen), it was nice cozy apartment with all the amenities(except chimney hood) It has 5 dedicated parking and 6-8 bicycles, reception has all the equipments. The apartment was a bit far from center but cycle was provided and bus stop was just 300 m away. The surrounding was peaceful to enjoy the scenic beauty.

I felt it to be a bit pricey and it was really hot during our stay and when asked about an extra fan they couldn't provide it.
