The way the entrance is set up, a sign for the escalator should be more visible. It seems like you should walk up the stair to get to reception.

Good hotel overall

The hotel and rooms are quite new. I liked the facilities. The hotel is located in what looks like an Ecopark. There is an IKEA across the street and beside it a mall, though I didn't go to either. I was informed my room got upgraded because there was a conference going on at the time I was there. Good toiletries, they keep the room clean.

I never used the main entrance -- I don't think it makes sense for hotel guests who are all travelers to be climbing up several steps with their luggage etc. I used the side entrance as it was more accessible with the escalator and elevator. The side entrance goes out to the open parking area, so you have to walk a bit if you booked a car/taxi because they can't enter the parking area. They had limitations on when they served lunch, I think it may have been because of the conference while I was there. The only meals I had at this hotel were breakfasts which were buffet and pretty much the same food everyday - the food was not bad though. You need to slam your hotel room door to really close it, a gentle nudge does not work.

It’s a good property , fairly well maintained Saw very few guests around so it was pretty peaceful . The staff at the check-in and check out were really helpful .

The rooms are very small, difficult to imagine these rooms are part of Mariott property . The hotel is fairly far from old town , public transport is good . Would not recommend for people without a self driven vehicle to stay in the city

Pleasant stay. Would love to repeat.

Location was very good, close to public transport and shopping mall. View from the room was exceptional. Room was well provisioned and comfortable. Staff was responsive.

There was a bit of an issue with room isolation. You could overhear people talking in the next room. Also, there was a frequent feeling of furniture being moved in the vicinity, leading to a sensation of the wall shaking/vibrating. Or perhaps this was caused by the closing of door of some room next door.

Great hotel, would recommend a friend to stay there!

The hotel was basically brand new, and everything was very clean and neat. The staff was also very helpful. The size of the bathroom was surprisingly big, which was a nice. Also has AC, which is a big bonus.

Fantastic clean, safe and comfortable hotel in great location

Amazing brand new hotel with incredible facilities nice staff. Clean, comfortable and safe room. Only 5 minute walk to a shopping centre with anything you would need and bus stop there with buses that go into the city.

The first staff member we interacted with when first checking in was hard to understand and a bit rude but the rest of the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful.

We chose this hotel because of it being fairly new it only opened in November of 2024 and as Salzburg is a small city it's very easy to get around so the location wasn't really a problem. It's on the bus route.

We left the hotel at 840am as we had booked a day tour. And we returned to the hotel after 9pm only to find our room hadn't been cleaned. The reception when we called said housekeepingvis closed that's why they didn't answer the call.i went downstairs to reception and wasctold sorry we can't clean the rooms now. My friend had woken up with a piece of plastic which was in the bed stuck to her foot . She was now expected to get back into that bed. The man on the reception couldn't understand why this was a problem.. when we askedvto speak to the manager, the guy said he had left already and will ge back in the morning. After a sleepless nightcwhere my friend had taken a shower several times duting the night , we got up. we again asked to speak to a manager but other than apologising they were not able to offer an explaination other than that the hotel was full and they must have overlooked cleaning our room.

Hotel und Zimmer Top, Personal an der Rezeption Flop

Die Parksituation. Obwohl die Tiefgarage des Hotels so gut wie komplett leer war wurde uns gesagt, es sei ausgebucht, wir mussten in der daneben liegenden Tiefgarage parken. Auch am nächsten Morgen war die Tiefgarage leer. Weiters sollten wir unsere Kreditkarte mit 50 Euro belasten oder bar hinterlegen, weil wir sonst ohne zu bezahlen "abhauen könnten" wurde uns wortwörtlich an der Rezeption gesagt. Das Zimmer war aber bereits zuvor über Booking bezahlt. Kurz gesagt, das war sehr mühsam und unangenehm. Wir nächtigen oft in Hotels, da wir sehr viel reisen. Die Abbuchung geschieht in Minuten, nur bei der Rückerstattung dauert es auch mal 2 Wochen und muss natürlich auch kontrolliert werden. Ich empfinde es als unfaire Vorgangsweise da dies auch vor der Buchung nicht kommuniziert wurde.

Parksituation, keine hoteleigenen Parkplätze, gab keinen Erfolg bei der Kennzeichenerkennung, mussten ein Ticket ziehen und haben daher mehr als die vereinbarten 25€ Tagesgeld gezahlt, das geht nicht! Eine am Empfang war sehr unhöflich in Bezug auf das Thema, wenn man als Hotel etwas nicht hinbekommt (kennzeichenerkennung), kann es nicht sein, dass der Kunde deshalb mehr zahlt ?!

Das Frühstück war soweit in Ordnung. Gute Auswahl, allerdings finde ich es schade, dass der Essbereich eher einem Kantinen-Flair entspricht.

Egal was man versucht hat, im Zimmer wurde es nicht wirklich warm. Zudem finde ich es irgendwie komisch, dass im Badezimmer eine selbstschließende Tür eingebaut ist - was zur Folge hat, dass es im Badezimmer ein wenig komisch riecht.

Das Einchecken ist nicht optimal gelaufen 😥 Wir sind mit neun Personen angereist, ein Zimmer wurde doppelt belegt und auf unsere kostenlosen Bustickets mussten wir sehr lange warten. Ist schade aber menschlich 😊

Sehr gutes Frühstück. Schöne, saubere Zimmer. Betten bzw. Matratzen sehr bequem. Sehr freundliches Hotelpersonal. Sehr gute Lage und Anbindung zur Autobahn.

Helix Parkgarage: trotz Vorreservierung mit Kennzeichenerkennung leider Probleme bei Ein- und Ausfahrt. Ärgerlich, da bei Ausfahrt keine Ausweichmöglichkeit für PKW - somit wurden nachfolgende Fahrzeuge blockiert.

Ne- a placut tot. In mod special atentia la mici detalii,cum ar fi mesajul de pe tavan,cand stingi luminile si produsele de igiena din bae. Am avut fier de calcat si masa in camera ( detaliu ce nu se mentioneaza niciunde) Amplasarea foarte buna. Cand mai revin in Salzburg,tot aici ma cazez.

Nu mi a placut ca ne a luat o taxa de garantie de 50 euro despre care nu se mentioneaza niciunde. Am factura pe 106 euro dar am achitat 156. Asteptam restituirea taxei de 50 euro,care nu am inteles pentru ce am achitat o.

Da es sich um ein Atrium handelt, ist es in den angrenzenden Zimmern sehr laut, wenn die Gäste sich im Innenhof (Nachts!) unterhalten; den Aufenthalt im Atrium sollte man nachts zeitlich begrenzen (z.B. Max. 22:30 Uhr)

Nový, hezky zařízený pokoj, poměrně velky a s pelíškem pro psa 🫶

Pan recepční. Byl milý, ale nedokázal vysvětlit, proč se mi zablokovali depozit (15000 Kc), který mimochodem drží 14 dní. A dále bylo velmi podivné parkování..jasně bylo na ceduli napsáno, že je o víkendu zdarma, ale chtěl po nás 25€ na noc. Nakonec jsme neplatili, řekl, ze si pak mame vyřešit to, ze neprojedeme závorou, která nás ale bez problémů pustila ven.
