Modern room in a great location with good transport links to city centre

We only stayed for 1 night but the family room was very spacious. Comfortable beds, good bathroom facilities and staff were very helpful.

Stay over for rich hipsters

Very attractive receptionist and rather close to the airport. I mean the hotel :)

The permanent smell from the kitchen in entire hotel. The double bed was a set of two single beds. The price is quite high. Almost 200€ per night for such a hotel which is worth 80€ max!

The best service ever.

Want to say thank-you to the lovely staff they attended to us as we arrived as they opened. And to the lovely man who was able to check us in before 10am after we caught an overnight bus to get there! The staff really go above and beyond, we really appreciated it.

Quiet location, Comfortable beds for stay and very helpful staff making the guests comfortable

cleanliness and the beds are very much comfy. I liked the Air conditioner feature. And they are really good in helping us through the mobility tickets wihtout even checking in the hotel. Amazing staff providing the comfort for the guests and helped with the tourist spots as well.

We enjoyed our short stay here and would recommend it to other's.

The breakfast had alot of variety of foods and drinks and we liked it. The Pan Asia Chinese restaurant on sight was very good. The hotel has a good location. We took bus 9 into Salzburg using free passes from the hotel. The bus stops were easy to navigate. We especially liked the great service and welcoming attitudes from the staff. They went above and beyond to mail to the US, my belongings that I left in my room.

The room had just been renovated and there are a couple of adjustments to the bathroom door that need to be done.

The property was only a few minutes from the airport and the Old Town. The room exceeded our expectation and the staff went out of their way to be helpful.

The bathroom

No elevator, breakfast was mostly cold cuts. We left a diamond ring on top of the hotel shower gel in the bathroom that was attached to the bathroom wall. When we called to claim it we were told that they did not find it

Lovely experience

Staff very friendly and helpful, provided all necessary information and was available at all times mentioned. Room was super clean and beds very comfortable. There was 2 bus lines to the city available less than one minute walk from the hotel with frequent buses which were also very punctual. Definitely recommend🙂

The room was spacious and comfortable. The area is very quiet and the staff is very kind. Bus station and mini supermarket are close by (walking distance)

In the description of the hotel, it mentioned that they have washing machine, but they don’t have that service. There aren’t restaurants close by. You should walk around 15 min to find a couple of them.

A great stay!

The rooms were clean and the hotel staff were friendly and helped with any questions we had. The hotel is approx. 15 min from the city centre by bus and the bus station (no. 9) is 50 meters from the hotel. Breakfast was great with all the options we wanted.

You need to use the stairs to get the the rooms, which was not a problem for us but can be for some guests.

We loved that it felt "homey". The AC unit in the room helped keep the family comfortable through the night as it is starting to warm up. We loved that the hotel had free private parking. The parking was easy to access and made coming and going from the hotel a breeze. The breakfast was a nice add as well. Staff was friendly and happy to make recommendations and answered all of our questions.

Nice short stay in friendly hotel close to transport and amenities

I checked in the evening and stayed 1 night. It is well located. it is in a calm area. I was able to get back to the old town with the bus 9 or 28 and returned on the bus 28 around 11pm. takes about 20 mins on the bus (bus 3 euros per trip or daily bus pass for 4.30 euros I bought this after 9am) . It is also close to the Europark shopping centre (10 mins walk or 2 stops on the 28 bus) if you like shopping. there is also a grocery shop across the road so you can get your essentials from there. This is a family ran hotel. The staff were super friendly and helpful. I forgot my European charger and the reception came to the rescue! (there were no USB ports in my room). The staff member I spoke to was fluent in English, French and German. My room was clean comfy and very spacious. I did not have the breakfast so cannot comment on that. I would definitely come back to this hotel if I came back to Salzburg!

Very nice place to stay in the outskirt of city center.

The room is nice with plenty space for 4 of us. Good function. Facilities are good. Staff is friendly. Easy to get key from the mailbox as we arrived late.

Very close to airport and clean.

We got there early than we were expected. At the first floor of the hotel there is an Asian restaurant and we decided to eat something there while we waited for someone to come because they don’t have a front desk person until 4 pm. The guy from the restaurant treated us like trash. Then when they finally realize that we were going to stay at the hotel they changed a little bit. It was the most uncomfortable situation. They were so rude in front of everybody. We were starving and there weren’t a single restaurant close to us to eat. They refused to sell us any food while they had many people on the restaurant eating still. We just wanted something to take with us to the room or outside. NOT very good customer service. I didn’t like that they didn’t have a front desk person at least to welcome me. You have to get there at 4pm if not you are in trouble. ☹️
