Dass, das Hotel direkt neben der Arena ist, somit erspart man sich die Parkplatzsuche, Stau und stress. Das Hotel sieht sehr schön aus - Ambiente, Zimmer, Eingangsbereich sehr modern. Preisleistung für das Zimmer ist angemessen.

Semmeln waren nicht frisch. Frühstück war für das Angebot, dass es vor Ort gab zu teuer.

للأسف كانت تجربتي سيئة جدًا. حجزت جناحًا عائليًا لمدة ليلتين، وفي الليلة الأولى أصبنا باختناق شديد بسبب رائحة معطر الفرش القوية بشكل مبالغ فيه، واضطررنا للذهاب بالإسعاف إلى المستشفى. في الصباح فتحنا النوافذ فخفّت المشكلة، لكنها عادت عند إغلاقها ليلًا بسبب البرد. بعد طلبي تغيير الغرفة، قام مشكورًا السيد “الموند” بمساعدتي ونقلنا لغرفة أخرى، ليتضح أن السبب فعلًا هو المعطر شديد التركيز في الغرفة رقم 238 ☢️. قمت بإبلاغ الإدارة لكن كان ردهم مخيبًا للآمال، حيث أصروا على أنه “لا توجد رائحة” بدلًا من الاعتراف بالمشكلة. مؤسف جدًا أن يكون التعامل بهذا الشكل مع ملاحظات حساسة تتعلق بصحة النزلاء. Unfortunately, my experience at this hotel was very disappointing. I booked a family suite for two nights, and on the first night, my family and I suffered from severe suffocation due to the extremely strong air freshener used in the room. We had to call an ambulance and go to the hospital. The next morning, we kept the windows open which made it slightly better, but once we closed them at night because of the cold weather, the same issue happened again. I requested a room change, and Mr. Almond kindly assisted us and moved us to another room, where it became clear that the problem was indeed caused by the overly concentrated air freshener in room 238 ☢️. I reported the issue to the hotel management, but their response was very disappointing—they simply denied that there was any smell instead of acknowledging the problem and taking responsibility. Very unfortunate and unsafe way to handle such a serious matter affecting guests’ health.

Die nähe zur Messe war perfekt. Sehr nettes und bemühtes Personal. Frühstück war sehr gut aber trotzdem etwas teuer.

Obwohl der Kellner im Restaurant sehr nett war, war er schwerst überfordert. Haben fast eine Stunde auf unser Essen gewartet.

Very good hotel in a quiet neighbourhood.

It is a good quality hotel next to Salzburg Messe. Clean room, nice staff.

It is not exactly in the historical centre. There is an Obus coming from the railway station, and there are two more lines to get to the city. Public transport is quite good in Salzburg, but we had to wait a lot for our Obus, it does not go very frequently. It has nothing to do with the hotel. If you travel by car, there is no issue at all.

Niet proper er was nog al veel stof aanwezig. De douche het glas de handen stonden er nog op van de vorige. Tapijten in een kamer is het vieste dat je kunt hebben. Ook heel veel lawaai in de gang tot midden in de nacht.

Goed hotel iets buiten de stad maar met het openbaar vervoer ben je er zo.

Gratis voucher voor openbaar vervoer in Salzburg tijdens gehele verblijf.

Schoonmaak personeel vermoedelijk weinig tijd waardoor glazen afwassen soms overgeslagen worden. Geen garantie dat restaurant/bar ‘s avonds open is. Let op dat je gps je niet langs de parking van de Messe stuurt want je betaalt sowieso 3€ voor 5 seconden doorrijden.

Very clean and spacious room. Quiet neighborhood. Very satisfied overall.

I asked for a double bed, and instead, the bed was indeed double, but it had two single mattresses with a gap in between, making the experience a bit uncomfortable. Furthermore, it is not close to Altstadt, just FYI. No issue for us, just as a reminder.

Tolle Lage zur Messe.

Zimmer waren sauber, modern u. der Platz war ausreichend. Beim Frühstück war genügend Auswahl vorhanden u. für jeden was dabei. Die Lage zur Messehalle ist super. Auch das Zentrum kann man rasch erreichen.

Gründsätzlich hat alles gut geklappt. Schade nur das die Küche erst am Abend öffnet. So konnten wir leider vor der Aufführung nicht's mehr ordern. Aber bei der Messe konnten wir dann doch noch eine Kleinigkeit ergattern.

... wenn nicht gerade vom Personal wer um 05:00 Morgens glaubt er/sie muss vor den Zimmerfenstern lautstark telefonieren oder Glasflaschen in den Glascontainer werfen. Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit einer Verbindungstür zum Nachbarzimmer ( hatten wir nicht extra gebucht ) wo man jedes Wort ( wir hatten Glück mit sehr leisen Nachbarn ) aber es ist wie es ist, man hört da wirklich jedes Wort durch.

V ČR jsme zvyklí za tuto cenu na větší čistotu.

Příjemná je voda v lednici zdarma (perlivá a neperlivá). Snídaně formou bufetu není špatná, žádný velký luxus to není, jogurty jsou na výběr 2, nabírají se naběračkou. Cena je pro nás vysoká, ale v porovnání s ostatními hotely nízká. Spolubydlící jsou většinou cizinci a Češi.

Zrcadlo bylo tak zaprášené, že se na něm daly číst vzkazy bydlících před námi. Celkově by se čistota dala zlepšit.

המלון נמצא במיקום נוח מאוד למי שמגיע עם רכב, מחוץ לעיר עם תחנת אוטובוס צמודה, חנייה חינמית ממש ליד המלון! קבלת פנים נעימה וצ'ק-אין מהיר | חדר קצת יותר גדול מהרגיל, נקי מאוד | חדר רחצה גדול ומרווח, מקלחת נעימה וסבונים | יש מקרר בחדר ושני בקבוקי מים קרים כלולים | ארוחת הבוקר הייתה פשוט וואו – עשירה, מגוונת ומפנקת: הכל טרי, מבחר גבינות, מאפים, לחמים, פירות, וצוות שמנקה ומסדר כל הזמן. בגלל שהמלון ממוקם בפאתי העיר - לא צריך להיכנס עם האוטו למרכז. יש תחנת אוטובוס צמודה למלון, במרחק של כמה צעדים, וצוות הקבלה מסביר ומדפיס הסבר ברור עם קווים ושעות נסיעה לעיר. נסיעה באוטובוס לעיר העתיקה של זלצבורג לוקחת כ־25 דקות (4 אירו לכיוון או 6 אירו ל-24 שעות)

המלון לא ממוקם במרכז העיר – אך זה היה צפוי מראש, ובעינינו דווקא יתרון למי שמגיע עם רכב, כי כך לא צריך להיכנס למרכז העיר, אלא לחנות בחניה החינמית שהוא מציע ולקחת אוטובוס (אמנם בתשלום) בסיוע הצוות המקסים בקבלה

Die Lage direkt neben der Messe Salzburg, bei Veranstaltungen ideal. Vom Trubel der Altstadt abgelegen, aber nur wenige Kilometer entfernt. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und bemüht. Schöner Radweg und Park entlang der Glan. Spielplatz in der Nähe.ca. 400m entfernt. Gute Anbindung an die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel.

Zimmer sehr sauber und komfortabel ausgestattet. Lage perfekt, direkt bei der Messe Salzburg (paar Meter entfernt), parken kostenlos möglich wenn man herausfindet wo.

Frühstück - qualitätslos. Musste Frühstück mit Riesengruppen aus aller Welt einnehmen - Masse statt Klasse spiegelt sich auch in Gebäck, Eiern und Sonstigem wider.

We had a junior studio which was very comfortable. Staff were very helpful. Clean and well kept hotel.

It’s bit far from city Center so you have to plan to get the bus to/from the city but bus is pretty frequent so it’s not too bad. Breakfast is also bit expensive for what is offered.

Das Frühstück war ausgezeichnet, große Auswahl und es wurde um 10:30 noch immer nachbestückt. Kleines Manco war die Sauberkeit, da und dort konnte man erkennen, dass keine Zeit für die Reinigung von Kleinigkeiten ist. Das Bett war jedoch picobello sauber!!
