Very good hotel in a quiet neighbourhood.

It is a good quality hotel next to Salzburg Messe. Clean room, nice staff.

It is not exactly in the historical centre. There is an Obus coming from the railway station, and there are two more lines to get to the city. Public transport is quite good in Salzburg, but we had to wait a lot for our Obus, it does not go very frequently. It has nothing to do with the hotel. If you travel by car, there is no issue at all.

A bit outside of Salzburg but the hotel offered free bus tickets and the bus ride was 10-15min into the center so it was ok. Free parking outside the hotel. Friendly personnel. Modern and comfortable rooms with view of the mountains.

The breakfast was expensive so we skipped it.

A good hotel for 4*

Very clean and spacious room. Quiet neighborhood. Very satisfied overall.

I asked for a double bed, and instead, the bed was indeed double, but it had two single mattresses with a gap in between, making the experience a bit uncomfortable. Furthermore, it is not close to Altstadt, just FYI. No issue for us, just as a reminder.

Great hotel for enjoying Salzburg

We had a junior studio which was very comfortable. Staff were very helpful. Clean and well kept hotel.

It’s bit far from city Center so you have to plan to get the bus to/from the city but bus is pretty frequent so it’s not too bad. Breakfast is also bit expensive for what is offered.

This hotel was fine, but nothing special.

The room was fine and the locations was acceptable. The breakfast wasn’t pretty average, and there was a large group having breakfast when we were there, which made things a bit crowded.

Nice location, nice hotel, good value for money

Clean place, friendly staff, very good breakfast. Also the fact that there is a free parking area was an advantage for us.

Somehow, every evening there was cigarette smoke coming into the room, probably through the ventilation system. That was annoying…

Modern rooms that are very comfortable. It’s located in a very dull area.

The rooms are very modern. Great bathrooms, comfy beds and heating you can control yourself as well as windows to let in fresh air. I think the room was great!

The location is really out of the way for sightseeing. I knew the distance from the old city when I booked but I am not sure I realised that it would be in a very high density residential area with zero character at all. We paid a lot because it was New Year’s Eve. Almost £250 for the night. A very ugly area to be in for that money.

Very good

On the day of the check out, we went out for coffee and came back well before checkout time. Our room was cleaned and the cleaning staff told us we couldn't use it any more, even though we hadn't checked out and had plenty of time left. Ridiculous.
