Very nice and comfy

The hotel and room were very pleasant and comfy. Everything was modern and clean, the staff was kind and helpful, they have coffee and a great selection of tea station at the lobby, they also had some nice Christmas cookies (for us travelling during Christmas) and a small shop in the lobby. The free parking outside is good, the location is easy reachable by car (I think even by bus). Across the hotel is a great all you can eat wok and sushi place. Overal experience - very good!

The breakfast is not included in the price but it costs additional 20EUR per person (which is a lot for a breakfast, and not even some fabulous one). The smart TV option would also be good to have in rooms (especially since their cabel TV is only german language syncronized so it's not suitable for foreign tourists).

Good hotel with good breakfast and transport connections.

The hotel is reasonably good, everything went well. It's just about some corners away from the A1 motorway exit, so it's easy to found if you arrive by car. With the free public transport tickets provided by the hotel you can easily reach the centre with trolleybus line 4. Hotel serves buffet breakfast which was absolutely fine, I wouldn't say it's cheap, but reasonably good and has a wide selection of choices. Parking was ok in this time of the year, in the evenings there are more cars in the area, but we always found a place.

A good hotel, nice rooms, very comfortable bed. A bus station near the hotel. A big public parking right in front of the hotel.

The cleaning in the bathroom could be improved. Too many parking spots reserved for other businesses, hotel could have more parking spaces reserved.

+ super staff! + good location, with bus station to the city center 2 minutes by foot + nice rooms (including bathroom) with nice amenities (water heater, tea&coffer, very good shampoo&shower gel) + great breakfast, very varied and good quality (mostly local, Austrian) products

- they need to clean a bit better - a bit limited parking, but we managed to find a spot

Not the best you can have, I won't be coming back

Great location near Mease Salzburg,, we were attending a conference.

Some walls between the rooms are not made of concrete, so when someone closes their room door it will literally shake your bed. All footsteps are audible, it's not comfortable. During the first night someone in a nearby room decided to smoke a cigarette, and since the rooms are absolutely not isolated, I could smell the smoking as if someone is smoking inside my room. I found a 2cm long dust bug walking on a wall inside the room.

I would recommend this hotel

Everything was great, the employees were very polite and helpful. The room was big and comfortable, the bed is super comfortable, only there was some unpleasant smell from the bathroom (it wasn't terrible but you can work on it).
