Nice hotel with comfy room for short stay. Good access from highway and to city center by car.

Fast check-in, free parking in front reception, nice cozy room, comfortable bed, shower gel available in shower, elevator which helps with luggage. Best receptionist ever seen in hotel, helpful & friendly 100%

Breakfast selection of salami, ham, yogurt, vegetable.... was big enough, would be only bonus have some warm food (scrambled eggs/boiled sausages...)

A good stay if you have a car as it is a bit of a distance from the city center.

Charming hotel with nice ambiance. A good size room and comfortable bed.

Easy to park. Friendly staff. Room and bed were really good.

We missed breakfast - 10 mins late - but also we weren’t on the breakfast list apparently even though our booking included breakfast. So there was no bread or breakfast food left to offer us. Staff were accommodating and apologetic though and provided us with coffees.

Across the road is a church the bells ring on the hour, 1/2 hour & 1/4 hour. 24 hours day . Lovely sound but if it’s unfamiliar it might keep you awake as was our experience.

Lovely hotel with friendly & helpful staff.

A very clean & tidy hotel with a lovely restaurant serving great food reasonably priced, all the staff were friendly & helpful. The hotel is not far from the centre of Salzburg. My cars battery was flat in the morning & the receptionist went out of his in his own time to help me get it started again- many many thanks for getting me out of a potentially stressful situation. Would thoroughly recommend staying here, am hoping to do so again in the future. Danke schön.

Not bad for the money, but...

Parking excellent, room was clean.

Poor selection breakfast. Walls literally from paper, neighbors alarm clock woke us up, you can hear everything. No heating at night, was very cold. Heating only evening and morning, and because it is not good isolated , got cold very quickly. Only German language tv channels, not one English, news, music nothing.

It was so hot in there and only one very old pedestal fan was provided for the twin room occupants. I went to the reception and requested my room to be changed and be given a room similar to the other double room I had reserved as well. But the receptionist said that I should have told him within 5 minutes of checking in to the hotel. I asked the receptionist please show me where have you laid out this condition? The answer was avoided and an extra fan to compensate for the old one was given. I had to carry the same to the first floor in a very small lift myself. Breakfast- There was only one guy replenishing food for the guests, at a time when the hotel was supposedly full- as I was refused a better alternative the previous evening. We waited for 10 minutes for yogurt; the lady and her family on a table next to us had to request for ham (Schinken), and I can go on like this. After this we stopped requesting any further. I am not blaming the person looking after the guests. My question is why would anyone visit a hotel where even the basic food item is replenished only after a guest requests it?

Classic old style. Restaurant on-site with great food. Breakfast included with accommodation - was very good and service was professional. Comfy and chill.

Noise in the room - would have rated it higher if it had not been for this. We could hear people snoring in another room.

No air-conditioning, very old style room, the worst thing was a very loud sound from very loud bell sound that rang every quarter of an hour (the bell tower was in the same square as the hotel). We couldn't sleep until 1am and were woken up by a chime at 7am Saturday

Neither so good, nor so bad !

Daily cleaning of the room and changing of towels !

1. The body and hair shampoo were nearly exhausted when we first arrived in the room. No one cared to check from the first day for our 3 days stay. 2. Limited breakfast options. No change of breakfast for the 3 days. Always the same every time ! 3. No shuttle facility, no taxi available nearby. The nearby train station is Liefering around 1 km away from the hotel so be prepared to leave for the train station about an hour early to reach the Salzburg Hbf because the frequency of city trains is each after 30 minutes ! 4. No tea maker, no electric kettle. If you need to have hot water mid of the night, you need to come down before 11:30 PM or else need to drink cold water, because the Restaurent is closed after this time. Even getting normal water on Monday is impossible because the restaurant is closed that day !

The location is good, 15 mins by car from city center. The place is quite nice and comfortable. The staff is friendly. The breakfast is ok.

It was a bit cold in the room and the heating was low. Also the breakfast was good but there was no any hot meal except coffee and tea.
