Comfortable place in the heart of Salzburg!

Everything was wonderful!

I don’t think they offered breakfast (not totally sure), but we found local places to eat which were wonderful.

The hotel is well located between the station and the old town so is walkable to both. The staff were super friendly and helpful with a 24 hour reception. The room was comfortable clean and a decent size.

The decor is dated in the lobby, lift and corridors. We were woken at 2:30am by a bunch of German speakers banging and shouting, this isn't the hotels fault but the rooms could be more sound proof

Good location and very friendly staff.

The hotel is in a great location for access to the train, old city, and catching bus to the Hellbrunn Palace. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. Our room was spacious.

The cost was a little high, but we had to book last minute after an issue with our initial accommodations so we were very happy for a room.

Room size, comfort and facilities all excellent. Friendly helpful staff plus a good breakfast in a great location by Mirabell Place and Gardens, theatre and across the river to the old district.

Limited fresh fruit. Could have had more fresh fruit selection eg. sliced melon, orange, grapefruit plus a fresh fruit salad.

Location was excellent, rooms were great, coffee was great. There was real tea and a breakfast buffet that I never wanted to leave.

Charming hotel, with all the amenities of a modern hotel.

The staff was extremely helpful and very friendly, which made us feel very welcome. Breakfast was wonderful - with a great variety of foods, and very very efficient service. Thank you Sema in the breakfast room for bringing us cappuccino even before we sat down, and getting refills without asking.. You were so quick and energetic and pleasant. Everyone at the front desk was helpful and efficient Location was great - less than 15 minute walk to all attractions and the beautiful Christmas markets. We will definitely come again.

The location was central and right opposite Mirabell Gardens. The breakfast was a highlight each day. Sema, the head waitress was an absolute delight and looked after us so well.

Very nice stay in Salzburg.

Staff are all excellent…check in was quick and smooth. Staff at breakfast were extremely helpful and friendly. It is located just across the street from Schloss Mirabell.

Outstanding People, Memorable Experience

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it to fellow travelers. Staff & Service: The staff were outstanding, especially in the restaurant the wonderfull Sema, where their friendliness and professionalism made every meal a pleasure. Rooms: Clean, spacious, and traditionally decorated in a classic style that gave the hotel a warm and elegant atmosphere. Location: Perfectly situated in the center of town, making it easy to explore the area. A public garage nearby added extra convenience. Pricer reasonably for the location. Breakfast: Exceptional! A wide variety of fine food and drinks were available, making mornings a delight. All in all, this hotel offers a great combination of comfort, service, and location. I would recommend it wholeheartedly to anyone visiting the city.

Location and staff. They remembered my mother's birthday and gave her a card and a gift.

The location was centric, many restaurants and shops around. The hotel was clean and the staff friendly. The room was spacious and we got a crib for our baby.

The breakfast had many options but we felt lacked on fruits, baked beans, hash browns, pancakes, etc. Other than that, the staff was very helpful and nice :)

Location

Dated and not quite what I expected based on the photos. The bed was incredibly hard, pillows uncomfortable and amenities scarce. A lot of money for what I would rate a 3 star hotel. Bathroom tiny and dated as well. No where nice to have a drink or meal in the hotel. It is very noisy with a view into an ugly courtyard. It was a shame.

Julia Dofner was amazing manager who helped us and made our trip so much worth it. We will be recommending this place as she represented the company so well

Great family stay.

Great room for families - our family of 4 fit into a room with one large bed and a sofa bed. It felt like we had plenty of space and was very comfortable! We had a view out over rooftops to the church steeples and mountains. And I don’t usually comment on bathrooms but this one was huge with a great shower, which was amazing after a lot of traveling. Very nice front desk staff too - they helped us figure out some transportation options that were stumping us. Really enjoyed our stay!

We were travelling with our teenage son so the family room was perfect and with a balcony too. The kettle to make a cup of tea and the coffee machine were lovely. The room had air conditioning if needed. The staff were so welcoming. We didn’t have breakfast there but there are cafes a short walk away and the markets on Thursday morning just around the corner were lovely. It was great to walk by the river (we love early morning walks) and take in all the beauty of Salzburg with everything it offers. We also chose this hotel as it is around a 15 minute very easy walk with luggage to the train station 😊

Cute little hotel in a gorgeous, dreamy town..

Location was outstanding... Just a walk from almost all things to do at Salzburg. Clean and tidy property with decent rooms Incredibly patient and helpful staff. They are almost your tour guides and tell you all you can and cannot do in the tome you have at hand. They're also helpful with your dietary restrictions

There seems to be no separate Kitchen. Food for breakfast comes from outside through a caterer. The catering lady though, is incredibly sweet and helpful and tries to adjust and accommodate to the best possible ability

A relaxing quite hotel with good choice of breakfast great location good value for money in the heart of salzburg

The Mirabellplatz is in such a good location for sightseeing and buses. The staff was most helpful with any questions we had. Exceptional clean hotel, breakfast was very good and staff very attentive and pleasant. I would recommend anyone to use this hotel. Good value for money and in such good location very quite.

Excellent location and yet quiet.

It's clean, quiet, and has a great location. The shower is excellent, and the wifi works. The beds are fine, although if you advertise a queen do have a single mattrass.

Room is dated and needs care Breakfast is an overpriced buffet. The bedding is out of date. The furniture is worn down. Every add-on gets milked, and yet what's offered is sub-par.
